  These guys got me out of huge bind today. Was pulling the jet skis to the Wrightsville Beach boat ramp and my axle broke. I was in panic mode, called the office and they were able to come tow the skis and trailer to my preferred destination within 45 mins.   These guys are awesome!! I was visiting for a conference out of town when my car wouldn’t start. I called early in the morning, they were able to come out the same morning earlier than estimated. I was very happy about the earlier time. They also communicated very well. And even provide and easy to use link for payment. And most importantly they were kind, friendly and professional!

They went out of their way last night to help get me off the side of the road after my driveshaft fell out of my pickup. Excellent customer service timely response and extremely affordable and reliable. I would not recommend anyone other then Hooked up

  There has been a major, dangerous obstruction on my road for almost six months now. Multiple calls to the owner, the business, and the PD did not solve the problem. A man I believe to be the owner personally took the initiative and within 24 hours the obstructions were gone. I am EXTREMELY grateful and will absolutely be using this company in the future.

Zachary made sure someone got right out to him and Chris took care of the tire and gave my son some great advice/tips if it should happen again.   We’re in a scrape with flat tire and no way to change it. Called to be towed. The young friendly man who came was very professional and on time. He proceeded immediately to remove flat and installed spare. The price was surprisingly very reasonable! Would recommend to anyone!
