True professional! Our class B Pleasureway van needed to be towed and after 2 tow trucks couldn’t figure out how to do it because of the low clearance, we called Hockaday and James showed up licketysplit and had us hooked up and gone in under 5 minutes. We only wish we would have called them first! Highly recommend!

I locked my keys in my van. I googled businesses who could help me, and this one was the first to pop up. Gentleman answered right away. I explained my situation. He finished what he was doing rather quickly and got to me in less than 30 minutes. When he got there it took him less than 10 minutes to get my keys out.
He treated me with respect and professionalism from our first interaction. This isnt my first time locking myself out my vehicle. I've had others before treat me horribly and damage my vehicle where I have other problems with it now.
But yeah, he was a genuine kind hearted, professional person. That shows right there what kind of business this is.

I had a great experience with this company after my RV was stranded on the side of the road late at night. James was very honest and easy to communicate with through out the entire process. Literally a lifesaver! Locked myself out of my old truck on a cold as hades night and couldn't do anything or get any help out in the sticks. Hockaday Towing came to the rescue in less than an hour and was very friendly and had me saved in less than 15 minutes!

It was the one of my WORST days. Got into a wreck the patrol didn't call a tow truck and as I drove off my car overheated. I called these guys sobbing in tears like a blubbering baby and they were the best people Cole who came out and his dad that answered my call. I only waited about 30 mins. I will leave the rest of their graciousness between us. But I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!! Kind and caring people are far and few in between these days. It was nice to talk to and meet some! I will be stopping by your office once my car is fixed to thank y'all in person!!! Our 5th wheel caught on fire, the result of its inverter. Within minutes our camper was gone. Hockaday's Towing was sent to clean up the remains. Our back yard was a mess from the fire - they cleaned it ALL up. Mr Hockaday & his team were efficient, professional & knowledgeable. They addressed all of our concerns, removed all the fire related debris & did not leave until both my husband & I were happy w/ the results. Way overpriced, I used his services for 15 minutes then he said 250 an hour but I was cool with that but then he said minimum of 2 hrs. Which was ridiculous
But I knew I'd be able to review him on here one day. If he was straight forward with pricing we wouldn't have used him
