Mike really saved me today after my wife's battery went totally dead. He came and used his jump pack and was able to get it going and even made sure I could drive it to the dealership. I appreciated his patience and help - I could not recommend him more! Thank you!

Mike was more than professional and timely- he was kind and thoughtful during a stressful and overwhelming auto breakdown. He was out of town in Raleigh and made extra effort to get back into Wilmington to help me out as quickly as possible. He offered me water and a warm place to sit in cold weather. Mike Chambers is nothing less than a 5 Star ⭐ professional. Unfortunately I had an incident with my model 3 Tesla last evening. This was the first time Injabe ever had an incident with my car. I was very concerned and Nervous because the car shut down and didn't move. All I had was my tesla app to communicate with. The Tesla Roadside Service dept hooked me up with Mr Mike. upon his arrival he was just a true gentleman. he calmed me dow and reviewed the protocol he was needing to do. from the time he leafy with my car and 2.5 hours later. he stayed communicating with me .. I was very pleased with the experience. They arrived faster than expected, communicated well and looked for potential solutions to avoid the tow if possible. When it was confirmed a tow was needed, the driver was fast and efficient. The whole process was seamless and I have saved their number and shared it with my family for future situations.
Wanted to say thank you for the reasonable timed pick up of my vehicle today. The nice lady that answered the call was patient , kind and reassuring. It was a challenging day for me getting my vehicle picked up through my warranty company, so I eventually had to cancel it, and made the call myself to Chambers , and all went well. He handled our old buggy like it was his own brand new car. And to top it off, their rates were shockingly reasonable! I was about to be ripped off by whoever highway patrol called to tow my sons car after he got into an accident. I told them absolutely not paying 350 for a 19 mile tow. Called chambers. They were quick, honest, fair and super nice and charged me 125. I got his card and I will recommend them to everyone.
Had a transmission issue at the foot of the Isabella Holmes bridge today that required the need for towing services. Chambers Towing and Recovery was recommended so we called. Talk about response times...this shop was on it. I believe they arrived within 20 minutes of our initial conversation. Mike was super nice and took very good of us and our car. Delivered our car to the repair shop and even helped us with check in. Couldn't have asked for better service. We definitely know who to call from now on if needing a tow in the Wilmington area.

Called for tow after an accident. Very professional and efficient on phone, it was reassuring. Truck was there quickly. After I dealt and finished with police, I was very upset. Jarrod, the driver, asked if my ride was coming and i said I’d walk, that it was close. He was so sweet and said he would take me home. My vehicle wasn't starting up and I tried to jump start it. I spoke with a very friendly lady on the phone and the tow truck was at my house within 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly service, the gentleman/business owner ended up jump starting the vehicle and only charged a fraction of the towing cost! Couldn't recommend them more highly, very grateful for their help and felt they were truly there to help me instead of just trying to take advantage of the situation. Thanks again!

Chambers towing and recovery is an incredible business with great employees. Quick to help and easy to work with, I highly recommend them! I was finishing school and had a few beaters and these guys were there to help give me a jump or tow when need be. Excellent services. Mike came and towed my higher end Mercedes with no issues. The car is lowered and he was prepared with ramps that kept the car from rubbing. He was extremely careful during the entire process. He also gave me a ride to the shop across the county that the car was being delivered to.
Double flat left me stranded a little over a week ago. Another company said they could be to me in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later they called back and said ‘sorry, can’t help!’ Mike pocked right up, said he was available, and was right there with great service. Honest and prompt. Will definitely use again in my time of need!

Mike was such a great help to me while I was on vacation in Carolina Beach. I locked my keys in my car and through the suggestion of a local car dealer, got MIke's number. My key was in my trunk and my cars antitheft system had been activated. He spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out a way to get in my trunk and finally nailed it. He then reset my antitheft system and offered to help me get my stuff back in my car that we had taken out. He was more than reasonably priced, honest, kind, and just what I needed in one of the most stressful moments. Thank you so much Mike, my heart is grateful.
This towing company has always been there fast for all my needs. Just today my fiances truck lost all brakes with the kids in car. Stopped and ask how long to get the truck. Eddie jumped in wrecker and we hit the road. Truck was back at home safely, kids home safely, and back at work within 30 minutes. I suggest using these guys for all your towing needs.
I've known Mike for 15 years. He is one of the most professional and experienced operators in North Carolina. He has always been a good friend to me and is someone I personal look up to in this industry. Good to see your doing so well Mike. I'm sure Earl is as proud as the rest of us.
Mike Chambers is second to none. He has towed all of my vehicles when necessary and has always done and outstanding job at a VERY reasonable price. I have trusted him with our BMW's as well as our old Honda and he has always used extreme care with our vehicles.

I called Mike soon after I was involved in an accident. He replied so promptly and assured me he would take care of my car. He arrived before the paperwork was even done with the State Trooper. He gathered the things I needed from my car and made sure I was able to safely get into the wrecker him. He promptly took my car to the shop I requested and made sure all of the paperwork was in order. He made sure I had a ride back to my house and that I didn't need anything else from him before he left. I hope I don't need a wrecker again any time soon, but if I do I'm calling Mike Chambers! I would also highly recommend their company to anyone I know.
My car got stuck during some recent flooding. AAA would not come get it. I called Mike Chambers and he was there in about 15 minutes!! Can't thank him enough! You'd be silly to call anyone else.
