I went in for a pre-purchase inspection and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The inspection was thorough and done in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy service with genuinely friendly people.

Mark provided a fantastic first time customer experience. I heard a terrible grating sound from my rear wheels. They got me in quickly, identified the issue, and resolved it. A rock from my gravel driveway was wedged against the rotor and could only be dislodged by removing the tire and getting behind the dust shield. Glad it was a simple fix! What really won me over was they did this for NO CHARGE, just the good faith request that the next time I need my vehicle serviced I'd come to Action Auto. Very classy. I'll see them next time!

This shop helped me out a lot when a well known shop in Northlake did not complete service correctly on my BMW. They also happened to do some other work on my car at a cheaper cost. These guys are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, you can tell they care and know what their doing. I will continue to trust them with my Beemer going forward. Thanks again Action Auto!

Love Action Auto! I recently moved up to Charlotte and they were more than willing to work on my Mercedes 4500 Sprinter, they go above and beyond. They even came in while they were closed and finished my van and got me moving again. 5 Stars!

From the moment Ken picked up the phone when I called for the first time, to later when Mark helped me with additional questions, I had a "gut feeling" I'd found a gem. Their entirely kind and professional service from towing to driving my car home proved I was right! They were a one stop shop for what I needed, which made the whole repair process much simpler and less stressful. I'll be going back for my oil changes and other routine maintenance now, too.

It is very rare that I give 5 stars, but these guys are AMAZING! They did a fantastic job on my car and very reasonably priced. I have been taking my vehicles to Action Auto for nine years now and have always had excellent service. The services that they have provided for me range from a complete brake job including rotors and pads on several of my vehicles along with tires and diagnostics and so much more. Action Auto has never let me down actually they have bent over backwards on several occasions just to make me happy. And most importantly they have never tried to upsell me on something that I didn't absolutely didn't need. When the driver's side window disappeared into the door with 100 miles still to go and rain expected, my son-in-law phoned ahead to Action Auto and they were ready to take me when I arrived in Mint Hill. They put my car inside and began work on it in the morning. I could not have been more delighted with the friendliness, accommodation, professionalism, and decent price. So I found my go to Auto repair spot. Action Auto in Mint Hill. These guys are amazing. They went the extra mile looking at my RV which they dont even specialize in. Great attitudes and great customer service. They are fixing my a/c right now and advised me on my hydraulic problems. Please go to this place for your Auto repair needs!!!!

I had an issue with my tires for months. I took it to another place but it wasn't resolved until now. They were great! Knowledgeable, attentive to details. And better than anything... problem solved!

I had an excellent experience with my mercedes transmission service. Very courteous staff and prompt communication. Kindly gave me a ride home and back. Also, favorable pricing compared to the dealership.

Brian and his team are both really nice people and highly skilled mechanics who do trustworthy and reliable work at a fair price. They're the only straight shooters I've found in the area. I had an AC issue with my old and ugly Dakota, and they were able to pinpoint the issue and save me hundreds of dollars over what others wanted to charge.

Had a very good experience with Action Auto Care. Went in for an oil change on my 97 Eclipse Conversion Van. Then, after talking to Brad, I asked if they could look at the door actuators. Two other shops could not get the actuators to stop. After diagnosing the issue, I was presented with two options. Then, during the day, Brad would call and update me on the status. Who does that anymore? Oil changed, actuators disconnected. Life is good. Will use Action Auto again.

The team here is awesome! I showed up because my check engine light came on my older car. They quickly checked it out and determined that it was a safety recall that the dealership needs to address. I appreciate their honesty and advice that will save me money.

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only do they drag their feet with repairs so they can overcharge, they prey on uninformed motorists. They do not treat your vehicle with respect, aggressive test drives. And when they damage your vehicle they have the audacity to be argumentative unless you provide proof that they damaged your vehicle. My ‘invoice’ showed 200 dollars for a 3” long piece of ill-fitted fuel hose when an entire fuel manifold only costs 40 dollars. Ontop of over 600 dollars for just ‘labor’. Not only could they not correctly identify details of my vehicle (even when i told them information and gave them documents) They could not identify any part numbers. After they damaged my vehicle dealing and communicating with them became problematic and traumatic. They could not locate a correct part replacement. When i received the vehicle my carburetor was improperly adjusted by them and the vehicle was idling too high. I was promised good service and was taken advantage of. The owner is as crooked as he walks.
