We were having the hardest time, and she took 30 minutes out of her day to help with the return of the wipers that didn't work, and worked tirelessly to help get them installed. Thank you!

I was returning to my home town after being moved away for awhile. While driving in I realized I need yet another engine ignition coil. I call the same store in Mint Hill I had bought several parts before. When speaking to Nathaniel he asked if I had round or square coils? I couldn't remember and asked him if he could look up which I had previously purchased? He anxiously started to interrupt me once but caught himself and apologized immediately. He continued on and discovered the part I previously purchased, had it ready for me and all the while was polite and professional. Once I arrived at the store Nathaniel greeted me as if we had know each other before. But Nathaniel was new, I had never meet him or done business with him. In today's world it was just very pleasant to have this experience. A young man responsible, with integrity, tenacity and capable of communicating politely while listening and responding with respect. Keep up the great work!

Yolanda took great care of me on a busy Saturday afternoon!! I came in needing 3 specific fuses and she only had 1 in stock. Like I said there was a line over 6 people deep. She remained calm and treated me like I was the only one there. She ordered the additional 2 for me to pick up tomorrow. Great old school customer service that’s hard to find these days, thank you Yolanda!

After losing reverse in my pick up truck in their parking lot, the man working inside which happened to have a bad knee, stepped up to the plate and help me push it out of the spot. It was later in the evening and I really do give him praise for that.

The folks at this store are awesome to work with! Especially Nathaniel. Such a smart, kind and helpful young man with a lot of potential and knowledge. He prioritized redoing my rotors, knowing that I’m scrambling last minute to get my vehicle up and running without the money in the budget for new ones. Grateful for his support. Also thankful for Stephy who was very helpful in communicating over the phone. Great team!

I was in there once before like a month ago with my dad and we had a really bad time. The lady who helped us then was so rude. I don’t remember her name but she was short and had really long hair and she said she was one of the managers. My dad doesn’t speak very good English and she kept getting louder when he didn’t understand things instead of letting me help explain. He’s been working on cars for 30 years, his English just isn’t good. she made him feel stupid and he didn’t want to come back. But today a light came on in my car and it was the closest place. I talked to a different lady named Stephy and she was very nice. She explained everything to me and then explained it on the phone to my dad in Spanish. I expected her to be rude like the other lady but she helped me a lot. I feel bad because I thought it would be like in our culture where women with that many tattoos are usually hard, but she was really respectful and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know enough. I usually go to Auto Zone now but if she’s there I will come back.

Overheard employee “Stephy” talking to others about how what she was happy a political figure recently was assassinated because she disagreed with his opinions glorifying death is not a good thing and especially not on the company clock makes for a very unpleasant experience in store for customers Regardless of politics!

I just came by to try to fix the splash guard and the underside of my car that is scraping while I drive. Nick was so helpful and so kind, and even came out to look at the car and give me some insight on how to fix it. Overall a really good experience and I would return.

My husband called to inquire about purchasing a battery and having it installed. He was on speaker and I heard firsthand how extremely pleasant and helpful the sales associate was. She thought they could assist and quoted a battery price, but cautioned they would need to look under the hood to confirm. When my son and I stopped by about 20 minutes later, the woman my husband spoke with was assisting a customer, but another young lady was available to help us. I quickly learned this associate was not as patient or friendly as her coworker. She asked a series of routine questions and did not offer to look under the hood. She identified the battery we needed and brought it from the back, but told us that installation would take 45 minutes and there were only two people working so they couldn’t do it. I did not purchase the battery, politely thanked her and we left. We drove to a different retailer in Matthews. The associate there asked a few questions, went outside to look at the engine/battery, sold us a battery and installed the battery in exactly 9 minutes. (And yes, we timed it because we knew the 45 minute claim was greatly exaggerated.) VERY disappointing. Having worked in retail, I recognize the challenges of being shortstaffed. Nonetheless, I also appreciate good and honest customer service and this was not it. The three stars are for the young lady who answered the phone. Big thank you to her.

Showed up to get my battery tested to see why my car was having issues starting. A gentleman came out and ran the test asked me to connect to the battery and told me it was good and so was the alternator. So I have now been told it’s not my battery. I get parts for a new starter and when the mechanic looks at it, he says it’s the battery. It’s bulging on one side. He change the battery and no other issues. Clearly your battery tester is giving false readings. Because of that this, it caused a lot of headache buying parts not needed.

If you want shop at a location where everyone is standing around or only taking care of their own, then this is the location you need to be at. When it was turn, no one asked for any of my O'Reilly rewards info. Customer service is really lacking here. Not the 1st time. I shopped here because it was the closest to me, looks like I'll be traveling farther from now on.

I am so disappointed in the workers in this store be careful shopping in this store they are liars and disrespectful people Vincent and a lady that wear glasses she an co managers she don’t know how to speak to customers yelling at customer after we asked her to just give us our money she just kept going the whole problem was when we got an starter from here and they told me it was ready they didn’t check it or anything so I went home and when i open the box and looked at it I seen it was broken I called them and Vincent said it wasn’t broken when it looked at it and I told it well I just open the box and it’s broken so can I come up their and said they closing in three mins when it was nine twenty so I went up there and he said to me did we have the other part off as if we switch them out that it so disrespectful to say we was stealing I can’t believe people that behave so mannerless so my brother came up there spoke with the co manager and she said the boss will be there the next day and we came up their and she said that the boss is off switch she lied saying the boss will be there and she just kept getting louder and louder with us as my brother told her to drop it and just give us the money please and the lady kept going and going all she does is cuss in that store so we left and went to a different O’Reilly up the street with no problem be careful!! They also banned us from coming back !!!

Recently my husband came in to pick up nuts/bolts for his tire as they were stripped. These items had to be ordered as they did not have enough in stock and they told us the item would be ready by 2pm in the afternoon. During our wait, we were able to find some bolts and called in to see if they would price match, in which they agreed to do at the same price as a local competitor. Upon arriving to the store, a different gentleman decided that the price difference was too large, (although they do have a price matching policy) and he began to haggle me on the price when this was already established prior to me coming in with management. I went ahead and paid the price that the guy wanted me to pay as I had an appointment and did not want the back and forth when I had to also drop my vehicle off after my appointment. This experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not return, I’d rather drive out of my town and go elsewhere, where I won’t have to haggle on pricing.

Nice employees but if you buy wipers, be prepared to possibly install them yourself. I bought 3 wiper blades (driver, passenger, and rear), and they were only able to install one for me. One they couldn't figure out and the other they were afraid might break when they tried to install it. Now I have to figure out how to install them myself when the "experts" couldn't.

Came in on the weekend with a battery issue and they diagnosed it there on the spot with almost no wait. I found a cheaper battery online and they price matched it and Luis installed it with no issues. Incredibly good service. With the initial diagnosis, sale, and install, I was in and out under 45 minutes

I came to this O’Reilly Auto Parts here in Mint Hill and I spoke to a young man who told me the reason my 2021 Ford f250 is having problems is circled on the grille, at first I was a little confused.. so I went to go investigate the truck.. to find out the only thing circled on the grille is the Ford logo itself. I couldn’t be mad at the young man, as that was pretty clever!🤣 I’m currently on the way to pick up a Chevy 2500hd! I think the young man pushed me in the right direction. I recommend coming to this O’Reillys here in Mint Hill!

Orlando, Kyle, and Ben went above and beyond to install new windshield wipers on my in-laws Cadillac. Leave it to GM to make a simple fix as difficult as possible, but they figured it out and got the job done. Thanks, guys!

I am so glad I went to this auto part store. Asia was five-star. She was very kind and very helpful to me with all kinds of questions, that I had. I was there for brakes and shocks and windshield wipers and more. She even was so kind to demonstrate how to clean my foggy head lights and the foggy head lights, disappeared in front of my eyes. I was so impressed. Well done Asia!

Knowing next to nothing about cars, a very helpful man came out and tested my battery to see if it really was bad or there might be a different problem - long story short, he didn't try to sell me an expensive battery i didn't need! Honesty will have me returning for further auto needs!

Place was awesome! My battery was dead, I got truck jumped and drove to this new O’Reillys in Mint Hill at 7:45 am. They had what I needed at a competitive price, took out my old battery for me and replaced it with the new one. That’s customer service. I would recommend giving them a try, I’ll be back.

Holy Crapola Called mint hill store.Explained to young kid that answered that i had a large order and wanted to email or fax to store for pricing.He asked me for part numbers,i explained that i didn't have any and that's why i wanted fax or email. He put me on hold.(2 min) Came back and asked for part numbers AGAIN. Asked for mgr,.She got on and explained the fax was for companies only and they had no email.. Called Albermerle store. The SECOND store explained that the fax was only for INCOMING FAXES DAH. Waste of my time, Guess they don't need my bussiness
