They Are amazing. Our car wanted a tow he decided to play dead in the cell parking lot at the airport. Our insurance company called a tow company we waited for 4 hours,rented a car. Then at 9 am called another towing company and this one was no better. THEN Hunter Auto and wrecker service was recommended. Life saver. Said it would be 2 hours.. with in 30 minutes they were on the way..They stayed in contact with us and accurate updates. Driver was kind and respectful, My car that is still playing dead is at Hendricks Can’t Thank them Enough.
One of my (brand new) tires blew out on the way to work today, which left me on the side of 485 with traffic flying by in the rain. My insurance company sent to the link to Hunter Auto & Wrecker Service. I called to check the eta and Michelle with whom I spoke was very comforting as I was quite nervous sitting along the freeway. Also, it was a little serendipitous that I called to check since the insurance company had provided the wrong address (saying they 'had my location'). Then Derek arrived and towed my car and me to my dealership for the repair. We had a very nice and calming conversation on the way and he was a very safe and conscientious driver. This was my first encounter with this business and I have only good things to say.
Well they came to me. Was told the wait would be around 30 minutes. Waited maybe 5 minutes and the guy called me and said he was 3 minutes out. Locked my keys in my car. Guy was super nice and professional. No damage to the vehicle at all. my geico roadside assistance covered the cost but I asked him if he accepted tips and gave one. Really professional service.
