Very thankful for Anthony today he deserves some recognition! Anthony was sent to me after I got in contact with Caliber Collision about towing arrangements, and after another driver (not sure what business) had told me they weren’t capable of accessing my car. Anthony arrived somewhat early with a truck equipped to navigate all throughout a narrow parking garage with low clearance to get to my car. I had been worried it couldn’t be done, I would have to make an unsafe attempt to move it myself, or my car could get more damaged. From the initial call upon arrival, to my car being delivered to the shop, Anthony was amazing at his job and I finally felt some peace and support during an unfortunate/frustrating time..He was extremely friendly/kind and accommodating, took some time to talk about the whole situation, answer questions, offer advice, and made it apparent that my wellbeing was top priority. My car was safely transferred with no problems, and I received pictures which was very much appreciated.

Their drivers are going to kill someone, with the way they drive on the interstate. Weaving through traffic, tailgating, passing in the emergency lane. And you can tell by how reviews are responded to, that the company doesn’t care and lacks professionalism. Hopefully my dash cam caught enough of the driver I saw today for the police to do something.

I needed to have my truck towed. I has planned to be there when they brought it home; but I couldn't make it. I called and told them where to put it. The driver called and explained that the wrecker was too tall and driving it up the drive way would damage branches on our beautiful trees. We discussed alternatives and he placed it exactly where we discussed. Great and thoughtful service.

Hunter are the best, I worked for them years ago, we did normal towing and we did police towing. Most don't understand if you are towed from the police or highway patrol, we didn't have time to stand there and talk to the cops about it, under a police contract, you do what they ask, the hunters treat you with respect and your part of the family, there would do anything for you, just wish I hadn't messed up or I would still be there, but that's life, I moved on and living in Myrtle Beach

He was able to get in within 10 minutes after going through a 3rd party within enterprise ( it was a rental) and several others tried and gave up! he was very confident he would be able to get the job done and did just that. I recently had a pretty gnarly situation to deal with for a non-profit project I've been working with which involved moving a 20' and 40' containers. The 20' was on a 12-ton utility trailer, and the 40' was on a shipping container chassis. Both containers had windows and other non-standard items attached to them, and had to be removed from their trailers and set on the ground in two different locations. I was concerned about the timing, damage to the windows and other parts of the units, and various other related logistics. I went by Hunter's office, which is right between NODA and uptown, and met with the owner, Rick Hunter, who came recommended by Rick Beaver, the owner of Piggyback trucking - and has also been very helpful with this project. Rick Hunter sat down with me to discuss the project, and surprised me by almost immediately going himself to the project location and scoping out the containers and one of the destination sites. We discussed our plans, and he was surprisingly accommodating of my uncertainty about the destination (I was still figuring out exactly where they needed to go). When the day came, he sent out his heavy lifter (a very impressive large vehicle used for lifting trucks out of rivers and that sort of thing I think), a flatbed, and a regular towing rig, and supervised some of the operation himself. It was a tremendous relief to get these boxes moved, and I'm convinced almost nobody else in town could have pulled off Hunter did in terms of experience and equipment. I'm very grateful for all their efforts. Rick's a no-nonsense guy, and I know from past experience he's partnered with Habitat for Humanity, and will not hesitate to recommend them for towing and equipment relocation.

Horrible service. I hope no one has to encounter any business of any kind with this company. Obviously - you are in a bit of (car) situation to deal with them. Dale was extremely rude on the phone, seemed very aggravated to give us information on our vehicle. As we got there, he was just finishing a call and upon hanging up he called the customer an idiot. He didn’t see us sitting there witnessing him being extremely rude. He then proceeded to assist us with a nasty attitude. The woman to his left was nice. But Dale shouldn’t have any interaction with any customer of any kind. He made it a complete hassle to recover our vehicle after it was stolen - as if we didn’t already have enough to deal with. It’s filthy in there. Looks like that place hasn’t been cleaned in months. Make sure you wash your hands before you leave. As I’m writing this review another guy walked in and got into a shouting match with Dale for being rude…as I write this - the guy is literally about to fight Dale. Dude has no people skills.

They drive around the city and tow cars but only have a few tow trucks to pick people up on the side of the road. How you a tow truck company and only have 2 trucks running but quick to respond to a tow truck towing for a complex. You are a liar bc when I called you said you only had 2 trucks running. Clay you are a liar and I had to switch company’s and they came in 30 minutes. You are a joke just like your company. Having people wait for a service that is pathetic. Aaron and John were my heros today! Im a female and had such a bad experience stranded on 485 for 2 days searching for a tow company that could do commercial trucks and even saw 24 hr companies were closed (REALLY) and then after numerous calls I was desperate and called Larry Campbell Towing that charged me $500 to get our commercial Truck off 485 inner and towed under 6 miles.But then when I asked if they could move our truck from 1 parking space to another ON THE SAME LOT MIND YOU, as I found out it was a rental space They said yes, but $500 more 😳Mint Hill storage saw I was sooo upset and called Aaron and he worked it out as he promised and got John to come out to meet me at the lot and made my weekend nightmare stop.THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING MORE REASONABLE THAN OTHER TOW COMPANIES AND REMEMBERING THAT WORD OF MOUTH GOES ALONG WAY AND SO DOES SOCIAL MEDIA. On 05/23/2024 My son ‘s car was towed there after he was found deceased in his vehicle at the QuickTrip on NORTH GRAM STREET. The detective states they sent the key fob with the vehicle. He even took a picture of the key fob before detaching it and placing it in the vehicle. We drive into Charlotte from Florida pay for the tow just to be told they have lost the key fob and we the grieving mother and family need to pay for a new key fob that hunter wrecker lost or tossed. This is a family owned monopoly, they don’t care about nothing but money. They are VULTURES.

Needed my car towed ASAP and Andre in Truck 61 was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had, my car is lowered and I’m used to tow truck drivers causing damages and then not covering them due to my car being low. My gas tank was punctured driving to the airport and I was stranded and hour and a half from home. Anthony on truck 52 showed up within an hour and was efficient, professional, and made me feel safe driving all the way back to my small town with him. He was such a great driver and was so friendly. He worked quickly to get the vehicle unloaded and in the right place the automotive business wanted. I fully recommend their towing service if you get Anthony!

Broke down where the truck and trailer had to be towed separately. Took the truck to the shop and the trailer to their yard. Stored trailer for couple of days no additional charge. Was reasonably priced. Actually expected two tows to cost more than $750. Drivers were awesome.
