I had a car engine, axle in my garage and some other metal materials. Went to car parts NC and asked if they could pick up the engine. They took my address and almost beat me to my house to pick things up. Great customer service!

Extremely rude and unprofessional
Ordered a fuel pump for 2012 dodge challenger I picked it up 2 days later after I paid for it which not a big deal
But I ended up with totally different fuel pump than the one I need it
The guy refused to even to accept that’s a wrong part and denied to replace it or refund my $65 back
Definitely he had issues and don’t know anything about customer service
This is the cleanest, most arranged, best organized Salvage Yard I have ever experience in 30 years going to a savage yard. They have the most competitive prices and very prompt and they don’t make you wait call ahead compay get your part thank you yeah I’ll come.
Rude and expensive Russian jokers. Stay away ! Quoted a price over the phone, drove hour and a half to reach them. Upped the price by 30%. Rude unethical owner said “ take it or leave”!
Yes I left never to come back again.

I am been to the business twice in the last 90 days. the first was a simple oil dipstick . Mr Igor the owner took about 20 mins to help me find it and was successful. The price was so reasonable (sic) didn"t charge me. Went back about a month later and bought a replacement battery for my Mazda seems to be working fine after about a month of On and Off. Very reasonable price. So with 3 older cars in the family our first stop when needed will be. Mr Igor's Car Parts. on North Tryon near Hwy 485

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called about a windshield, after being told they have it, was told I had to buy it before they would even remove it for pickup. Paid in person, because I don't trust phone transactions, and was told I'd receive a call when ready to pick up @12. Called at 2, told it was ready they just forgot to call. Upon arrival, they had two guys load into my van. I drove ten minutes down the road to a professional auto Glass shop to find it had a long cracl all the way down the middle. The pro at the auto Glass shop was able to find the original chip in the bottom area of the windshield and it was definitely old and potentially easy to miss if not inspecting.
I called the staff here, and to make a long review not excessive; was met with three separate and increasingly rude people, by rude, I mean telling me if I didn't catch it before I left that's on me, when I brought up that I read the entire invoice including returns and they gave no "as is" clause for Glass, they became more aggressive, cutting me off, accusing me of breaking it to scam them, and it's my fault for driving away with it, to which the pros in front of me stated was ridiculous because they pickup windshield in cargo vans, mine was on cloth in a minivan. Bottom line:
They stiffed me my $, offering me store credit but refusing to give me a refund. I have no want to accept store credit from a store I will NEVER again shop at. The level of "tough guy" was strong with these three, over the phone that is. I will be contacting the BBB, and considering what other actions I can take.
Update: Shame on you, and you know you are a liar! I'll help you out since reading my review was out of your purview, yes it had no Crack, however the chip was there. And according to the professionals that transport the windshield daily on wood slats, the only way it cracks (not shatters) from top to bottom is if it had a pre-existing. And as I said above, what good is a store credit at a place I will NEVER again set foot into? Shame on you, on your sales invoice, nowhere do you state "all sales final" and again as stated above I had to buy it before you would even remove it so I could pick it up. Lastly jack@$$, "shame on people" like me? Why praytell? For being unsatisfied with your service? Are you the friggin thought police? Your reply further proves the point that I'd rather wash a "store" credit down the drain than to ever step foot in your place of buffoons again! Shame on b*$tards like you!
My experience here has been one of the best in 20 years at a salvage yard. Prices are fair and service was great. They take you to the part and than pull it apond your approval. Yard is not over grown with weeds and space between cars. Which makes it even better not hoping over around weeds and cars. If I ever need anything else I will call them first. Also I live close to 50 minutes away from yard.
I had been looking everywhere for a couple of parts that should not be hard to find, but it turned out they were. I contacted CarPartsNC, and they quickly found the parts I needed, and I was able to pick them up the same day. The staff here definitely go above and beyond to find what you need and to do it quickly. They have a great inventory and I will definitely use them in the future!

These guys are awesome! I have bought parts from them for years, and they are always quick, reliable, fair priced and always help where they can. They won’t sell a part to you that they can’t guarantee the quality of. This past experience, they provided a free tire to me (to go along with the rim I purchased) and gave me name/number of a company that could put it on for me. I had a donut spare tire on my car driving through heavy rains, so these guys helped me out of a pretty serious safety issue. Thank you carpartsNC!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Purchased a motor that my husband immediately had concerns about. He called the owner and was given a promise "that we would be taken care of if there were any issues." My husband went about switching out the motors and found water in the replacement motor. He returned the motor right away, and it was done within 7 days which is supposed to be this business' return policy. We were put off and ignored for multiple weeks, and have been told we will not be getting our money back. When we stated we would file a complaint with the bank, the owner told us to call our bank and hung up on my husband. Do not give this man your money or trust.
RESPONSE TO VENDOR: Your response shows how you do business. There are lies in your reply that can be disputes by your own words to the BBB. You will be hearing from our attorneys shortly since you denied the claim with bank after stating you would handle this matter to the BBB.
I needed a horn and I remembered my friend had came here. When I got there, there was customers in the lobby but Caesar acknowledged me and told me he’ll be right with me. I didn’t wait long AT ALL. Then should me which car he had to fit my car and let me picked which one I wanted him to pull. It literally took him no time to get my part off. I really enjoyed my experience. I had been running around all day trying to get my car inspected and it was very nice to come to a business that not only have a good selection on cars..reasonable pricing and THEY TAKE THE PART OFF FOR YOU. I do not like getting my hands dirty so I was very thankful. I totally recommend this place!
I met a guy who said he can get me a cheap new part for my bmw for $210. He got the part from here(which is not bad, just not what I wanted) I told him I didn’t want a USED part. He brought me the part and I noticed it was used. I told him to take the part back and that I wanted my money back!! He returned to the store raised hell , when it CLEARLY says no cash back, no returns on the wall and on the receipt. I met with the guy a got the part back and receipt. The receipt said $160 was paid for the part. I was heated ! He ripped me off for not only my money but my time and for selling me a used part. There was no problem with the part he had purchased for me , I just didn’t want it used! I highly recommend everyone to go to CarPartsNC if you need good used car parts, they even pull them off the cars for you ! How amazing is that! I’m conclusion, I spoke with Mr.Edgar the lovely manager and was able to resolve this problem! Please watch out for scammers!
Seems like a hit or miss for good service... definitely missed when I came to them for a rim. Very unorganized, I stood in the office for 10 minutes until i was helped... it was just me and another Russian behind the counter. Said they have it and asked me to go help look for it in the yard, looked for 30 minutes and couldn’t find it walking through the mud. I was warned but gave them the benefit of the doubt and left disappointed
These guys are excellent, I have a 2006 Infiniti M35x. I got transmission but 2 weeks later it went bad; I called Egor and he got me a newer with lower miles transmission within 5 days of the 1st call at no additional cost.
I have build a relationship with these guys & I’ll recommend them to family and close friends.
They are very honest and fair..
