1 said we got the part come for it. And then made me wait an hour to say “come tomorrow morning”
2 called me the day after 3 pm saying “we couldn’t take it off, we will have the part ready tomorrow”
3 called me saying “we have the part ready” after 3 days wait. I arrived and guess what? The part wasn’t ready! I had to wait another 30 min for it.
Hopefully the part is in working condition. Let’s see how it goes

Asked for a part on the phone and was told they don’t have it so I just asked if they had used engines for this specific vehicle and was just hung up on very unprofessional
Even though they did not have the part that I needed, they took the time and located the park in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, these guys are very professional, courteous and respectful. I recommend using their services.
I needed a new starter and a battery and the Manager, Josh took my vehicle information and found the parts I needed. The process was very quick and smooth and he was very helpful, polite and informative! Terrible experience, all over $100. I spoke with someone said they had part I needed told us to come by on certain day and time. We paid $100 to hold it. Total was $500, so amount owed once I arrived was going to be $436. Once we got there, oh it wont be ready for another few hours. Called back later that day told still not ready come back tomorrow. We came from Concord to get the part. Called next day still not ready..kept being told well call you back in 15mins, told they cant get us the part, never said why, refund will be done. And reciept sent to my phone this was last Wed. Called Mon. Didnt see refund told Ill send reciept..never got it nevr hrd frm anyone. Called today same thing..ill call you back. Then finally i called and hubby called telling them whats up. Finally puts us on hold and refund is now in acct. then hangs up phone.
Super helpful on my alternator for my old 7 3 and price was great. Highly recommend Sam and his team! Also, the 1 given by Jeffrey Winstead is false as he has the exact same verbage for multiple automotive businesses.

This store is all about the people working there, very honest sincere, initially I thought I wasn’t going to sell them my car because we didn’t agree on pricing, but I ended up selling them my car for less than others because if the ease of the transaction! They picked up my very old car, they didn’t even turn on! Sam was nice, he’s the owner and his coworkers were nice too, highly recommended, PEACE OF MIND!
I have been buying parts since they open and never had a single issue also they can find me any parts I need from different locations and make sure it’s 100% functioning and they always stay behind all parts and will give me a full refund if and parts has an issue. Will definitely recommend them
Terrible service! Man tried to scam us out of the money we were promised for the vehicle. The only reason he worked with us is because we threatened him with a lawyer. Do not take your car here or sell your car to these people!! I would never even recommend this dirty place to my worst enemy.
Edit: he called us twice this morning (1/12/24) trying to get the situation resolved, just so we can retract my review. I will never retract my statement and their customer service definitely needs improvement. My husband went into the office to get the check, the front desk person was making fun of him and not taking him seriously, like I said before the check was only handed over after a threat of calling out lawyers. Don’t go here ever!

My car failed while driving from Massachusetts to South Carolina - on the Saturday night of a long weekend. I left my car with a garage and continued my journey. Mechanic pronounced engine a total loss.
I made calls and reached Sam Auto Salvage. They were all polite, professional, and fast. All was accomplished smoothly and quickly, from a distance, over phone and text. They very thoughtfully returned my key tag, which was the cherry on top.
I called today about my Volvo (Old Blue) and they came same day to pick him up! They were fast and saved me a lot of headache! I called a lot of places before calling them and if I had to go through it again I would call them first! They were so nice and amazing to work with!

Searched and searched for parts for my truck, found Sam’s in Charlotte. I contacted them, they were extremely helpful over the phone, not to mention their very good reasonable prices. I decided to purchase from them even though I’m 2hrs away. I arranged payment and they sent pics of the parts to make sure it was what I needed and only then they proceeded to charge me and have the parts ready fo me to pick up Saturday. I will definitely be doing business with them again!
I own a repair shop in Cornelius and did not know of Sam’s, located next to Eastway Wreckers I must have overlooked them through the years.
I had an oddball need and their staff was happy to help. The part was just as they described and priced far lower then anyone in Charlotte. It looked like they had a large selection when I went to pick up my parts, the staff were very nice and saw me right away. I look forward to using Sam’s in the future, they will be my first call for my next need.

Don't waste your time calling this guy, he's the most unprofessional business owner I've come across in years. I spoke with him initially on a Thursday to come pick up a car and we scheduled an appointment for that Saturday morning. The time came and went without him showing up and when I called he said he would call his driver and call me back. Two hours later, and no phone call from him, I called and he said that he couldn't get his driver on the phone. He then re-scheduled another pick up with me for Sunday morning at 10:00 and promised me that he himself would be there to take care of everything. Well, guess what happened. He didn't show up at the promised time. I've left several messages and I still haven't heard from him.
There are tons of companies that provide this service, don't waste your time waiting around for this clown. Save yourself the headache and try one of the others, on any level, customer service should be important to any business owner. This guy has no customer service or respect for those who wish to do business with him. Good luck, Sam, you're going to need it.
