Trust Towing staff is phenomenal! They know how to make you feel SO much better in a stressful situation. The majority of tow companies do not have this reputation but I'm here to tell you that Trust is a very trustworthy towing company! The staff is very understanding, professional and all around good people. Patrick and Brittany will always remember them!!!
Total low life's. They put a cable lock on my tractor trailer wheels without warning when I was parked in sams club shopping center at night resting then knocked on my door and told me I had to pay them $2500 in order to have lock removed. These people are nothing more than criminals with a license to steal hard working people's money
I wanted to put one star because my car was towed lol but as far as customer service Jacob was noting less of amazing! He was down to earth and funny. He made us feel a little better after all we went through with the towing situation. He also waived a fee for us to get our car back. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need or to speak to when dealing with Trust towing! Thank you Jacob the goat.

Record every call . Turns out this place STOLE my truck . I paid the fee wasn’t tripping until I realized the unit wasn’t parked overnight . 1. Not sure if my car getting towed was personal by the apartment complex or if this was random. But ever since they towed my car, I've had to fill my tires up with air almost every day, three different tires. So not only did I get scammed into paying them to get my cars back, but now I have to drop $100 on tires because of this. So I can't speak on the quality of service completely, but I can definitely speak on that one.
2. Also, I don't like how I came here twice and they didn't even give me the correct amount to pay that they gave me over the phone. I shouldn't have to speak up or press y'all to do good business. Or to not get scammed.. you guys have to work on your integrity. I love to support black businesses, no matter the business, but I'm not going to support anybody that scams people for a living.
3. Not only were my tires messed up after you guys towed my car, but I also have several scratches that I hadn't had before and I literally just got this car less than 3 weeks ago.
4. So instead of calling the number that was left on the car, you guys just went ahead and towed the car. ... hm ok.
5. I'm trying to figure out why you guys towed my car, and then the weeks to come, y'all just put stickers on peoples cars instead of towing them. Why didn't I get a sticker? I just got straight up towed.. no warning or nothing. not even wanting to mention that since I've lived here, the same cars have been parked in the parking lot. I have never seen anyone got towed on my street, no sticker, until my car was gone.
I too, thought Trust Towing company was a scam and like any typical "black business" so I wrote a bad review. However, after investigation my situation it was my leasing office in whom I blame for the towing of my car being that they did not inform the residents of towing enforcement neither are the signs posted in a path of travel for all travelers to see entering the complex. I thought my car was stolen the police told me my car was towed. Mr. Grier, employee of Trust Towing, he's the one that told me there were signs posted in my neighborhood. I went back and sure enough Mr. Grier was right. This time I'm looking for the signs though. So after learning all of this information Mr. Grier and the other two employees one female one male were really nice to me. Mr. Grier explained to me how the towing company operates in the state of North Carolina and he also was very attentive when I was explaining my reasoning as to why I was emotional our first encounter. I know this is a long story but I feel it's worth it because they were nice, they will listen if you can at least act like you have some sense even if you have no sense at all, and they may be willing to work with you in some form or another. So to Trust Towing, I appreciate all that you and being patient with me and taking the time to inform me of towing company operations. You did no wrong whatsoever. Thank you again.
I’ll tell you about trust towing. They are theives. I was down on my luck and was homeless living in a camper. Was parked at Walmart. Nobody ever told me I had to leave . Had a motorcycle and a truck with me. My camper got broken into…the only thing stolen was the title to my bike. Then a couple days later Walmart asks me to leave. I couldn’t haul the bike while towing. I chained the bike up. I told security I was coming back, and if it wasn’t that day, then something happened but I’d be there the next. My truck broke a belt, got there the day after. Bike was gone. Trust towing had it. And..ill bet my life on they already had the title. A girl at walmart whispered to me that trust towing had it...walmart told me it was stolen at first. Im guessing the security guard has something to do with it .
Trust said they would cut me a deal 1300$ and I could have it back. These tow comp log into Walmarts camera system. That’s how they police the parking lot. They have contracts with Walmart. 1300$ for two days. They wanted the bike. I know who has it….ive been to tow lots, I’ve seen warehouses packed with 300’cars, 5! Campers, 4 Polaris slingshots,etc. They don’t want the tow bill, they want stuff.
Predatory towing..when I told him did an unauthorized towing!!he stated that's how they make their money. Not cool at all. They have so many complaints on BBB!! How can they still be operating
$400 after towing my son's car is absolutely ridiculous!! You towed them after they parked in a parking lot that clearly says "No overnight parking" and they have proof they were parked there from late afternoon until 8pm. That's not overnight!!! What a joke!!! You're just out to scam people. We'll see what we can do with this legally.
Trust Towing scammed us out of $625. The driver fast-talked us the whole time, making up lies and changing his story every time we tried to reason with him. There were no signs anywhere in our neighborhood saying towing was enforced — it felt like a complete setup. When we went to their shady location, the driver was walking around with a gun, like he was trying to intimidate us. This company is unprofessional, predatory, and dangerous. Stay far away.

This place is the worst and is honestly out here scamming people. They towed my car from a movie theater where there was a parking lot full of cars. Then they made me pay them $400 to get my car back and when I arrived at the place my car hadn’t even made it there yet. Mine you it took me an hour to get to the place and they towed it before I knew it was even gone. Then the guy over the phone couldn’t keep up with who sent what payment and tried to say that we didn’t pay him to get the car back when we literally used and confirmed his phone number. Had to wait another 40 minutes for them to drive up with my car. This place is out in mt. Holly and my car was over in the University area. This is ridiculous.
If there was a zero star option I would provide. They left the scene of my tow after I told them I was walking over. The dispatcher said he would return in 15 min. 45 min later I called back and he canceled the tow with my insurance without informing me. Complete jerks, no regard for customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
They basically steal your vehicle and then hold it for ransom, charged us $5000 , the attorney general should investigate this place. They patrol the food Lion supermarket parking lot and food Lion should be responsible also for doing business with them.
I've never encountered a situation where a towing company tows a vehicle while its owner is still driving it. It raises important questions about values and priorities. As the saying goes, "What does it profit a person to gain the whole world but lose their soul?" It’s really disheartening to see someone choose profits over integrity. I hope you take a moment to reflect on your actions last night. Deep down, I believe you know it wasn't right, and I'm sure you'll consider how to approach similar situations differently in the future.
Would give zero stars if possible. Rented U-Haul based on hours showing on website. I put pickup for 8:00 am, I had to call the morning of because they were not there. Manager said it’s his business and he can get there when he wants which was 8:30. Tried to charge me at late fee of returning the U-Haul after hour, two safe move fees and two rental fees for the truck. I picked up at 8:30 am and dropped off by 3:53. Only reason U-Haul company is returning the extra fees is because I have time stamped photos of when I returned the truck. Safe yourself the hassle of checking your bank account, reading over receipts to make sure your not being overcharged.
N style towing is a scam and I would like to sue them for wrongfully charging me for nothing put your lifters under my car cost me $200 for pull over cutting my car off cause while it's sitting and running it's going to shake to death and cut off my husband and I was out and just left a bar and he couldn't find his phone I said just pull over and let's look before bar closed . Well in the meantime while we're looking for the phone flashing lights pull up and automatically put his lifters under my front tire my husband stops looking for the phone remind you the doors of the car was open and yes the engine was off well he told us sorry your parking in a parking overnight parking . Excuse me sir we're not sleeping her we pulled here to look for my husband for he didn't care he said $360 right now or $400 in the for what pulling over looking for our phone . We had to give him $200 dollars to remove his hooks from under the car . Remind you had not even lifted the car are put on chain for the wheels . We ride the parking lot and it serial trucks and abandoned SUV sitting in the parking lot but he didnt go try to pull or at anything to them This company just scam me out of $200 when it's not right I have taken pictures and videos of the parking lot with overmi and broken down car in this same parking lot but what also took the cake I asked for a recipet for the driver stated you will have to come by the office . Wow you take my money and was about to take my car . I' will be seeking a attorney on this matter or return my money please Ben .. N Style needs to always report and something needs to be done. I'm on it if there anyone else that what like to join me this company is crazy . God will make a way for this situation and they will pay double for troubles
Rented out my mini excavator from hickory to this towing company then they never brought it back when they’re time was due so the machine was brought straight to this yard, They cut the gps luckily had more trackers on it then charged us $2,000 to get it back
In all reality this company stole my vehicle from leaving it overnight in a parking lot that has no postings for towing enforcement. I'm lucky that I knew the owner of the establishment personally or there would have been no way to know where my car would have been. I went to report the car was stolen before being put into contact with this towing company. They are very predatory and hoping to pray on the misinformed.
Trust towing and recovery is absolutely one of the best towing companies I have ever dealt with! They worked with me on the price of getting me home. They took me 27 miles for a very good price! If you ever stuck or just need a tow, this one is definitely recommend!

Hello, my truck was stolen, not towed. They tried to charge me 7,000 to recover my semi truck. This company LLC is dissolve, NO FMCSA or DOT so can't tow big rig. No insurance on file. I started the process with The attorney General of reach out to me asap I'd you were a victim of this company predatory towing
Totally scam. Forcefully they took my truck keys. They were trying to physically assault me. I am traumatized by this experience that i had last friday. To release the truck they ask me to pay $8000 usd as a fine. I was so helpless at that situation and i had a mentally and emotionally bad breakdown. I paid $8000 usd to these greedy people and got my truck back. Nobody helped me even police.
I have a Reserved spot in my complex, so I called as I was suppose to. The operator was rude and showed no professionalism. I waited hours and made several phone calls back to see if someone was coming out. I was told multiple of times different stories. I was even told my the dispatcher “We don’t work for you, we work for the complex. If I need emergency services I needed to call 911”. During theses conversations she told me there were multiple accidents and fatalities on the interstate. This was seven hours later when I called back. She sounded like she was SLEEP and I woke her up because I missed a call from the number I dialed. She told me no one called me or it may have been one of their drivers but she could not tell if they were coming to tow the car. She went on to ask me if I wanted her to send me the location of the accident so I could come out and count the dead bodies. This ratchet company’s contract should be terminated ASAP!!!!
I didn’t think it was possible for a towing company to have such great employees. I caught a flat tire right outside their shop and unfortunately my car had been there too long so it was taken into custody. However, The young men that assisted me with getting my car back were very nice, supportive and understanding. They not only helped me with getting my car back but also gave me a jump because my battery died and assisted me in putting the spare on my car. I was having the worst day but these guys and their positive attitudes made this usually frustrating experience, a pleasant one. I left them in greater spirits than I came.
This company is a joke! Don’t bother going to the address on Google because it is wrong! $575 (cash only which is highly suspicious) to pick up a work vehicle towed from our apartment complex Less that 3 hours before we called them. At the time they didn’t even have a contract to tow with our apartment complex which means they illegally towed the vehicle. Trailer was hooked to the back of it so of course we had to take up two spaces but when we called trust towing they said we should have unhooked the trailer (a generator owned by sunbelt) and left it in a parking spot risking it being stolen and parked the truck next to it. At the end of the day we would have still been taking up 2 spots. We drove through our complex and found multiple other cars double parked (over the line) and they weren’t towed. Not to mention where we parked the truck is where we have parked it multiple times and we have also observed other vehicles with trailers, box trucks, etc parked in the same way. Can’t find a price list anywhere for the company but $575 seems a little extreme for a tow bill when the truck won’t even be in their possession for more than 8 hours once the company owner of the truck is awake and able to pick it up! Trust anyone else other than Trust towing!!
My HOA recently contracted Trust Towing & Recovery to remove illegally parked cars. Trust has done an excellent job at clearing cars in our fire lane. This week, my vehicle developed a problem and would randomly stall. The dealership couldn’t get me in until 4/9, so I called Trust this afternoon to see when they’d be able to pick my car up and drop it off there. They were pretty busy today and weren’t going to be able to get to me until the AM the next day, but less than two hours later, I received a call from a gentleman who works there (can’t recall his name) and he was able to pick my car up. He was very professional and understanding, had clear knowledge of his job, and was able to take care of me in under five minutes. On top of that, it was very affordable. Will definitely use these guys again!
