This company does business with a predatory booting company called ABP and Tipps towing. They towed one of my units on behalf of Tipps towing which was shady. I will ensure my company removes them from our road service vendor listing and uses Chavez or Hunter wrecker in Charlotte, NC. This components just as culpable IMO for predatory towing and booting IMO. Over 9,000 to get equipment they didnt even have for 8 hours. Ridiculous

I strongly dont recommend this tow business. truck was towed from weigh station to their yard. Not sure how but the driver or someone at the tow yard dented my driveshaft to where my truck was inoperable. Tried contacting company was put on hold for 20+ mins each time. Horrible service

ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I just finished picking up my car from here and I will NEVER come back here. First of all, from the very beginning, they don't give information like at ALL. We called these people a total of 4 times and not once did they give us all the info needed. We continuously kept finding things out after the fact. We were in a not at fault accident and the police department had the car towed there. We get there expecting to pay the $35/day storage fee, but NOPE. We found out there at CHECKOUT that the tow itself was $185.00. When calling for information previously, we had to ask how much the daily charge for storage was, which would have been the perfect time to say "oh hey the tow is $185.00." We also weren't told how the process of getting the car out went, such as needing to be there in person or get something notarized. Again, pretty important info to have that wasn't given up front, especially for people who have NEVER been in a situation like this before. Then, when we get there, the woman at the desk had just the WORST attitude! She was rude, kept interrupting, and when she was explaining things she was very condescending and without having the full story seemed to be extremely judgemental. She went into this disrespectful "explanation" about how "when a car is wrecked and undrivable it cant be left in the road, so it has to be towed" and "we pay the fees because it's OUR car, not theirs, they're just doing their jobs." No, really?? I didn't know I couldnt leave my ONLY and damaged car at the scene of the wreck. We were upset that we had been on the phone with y'all so many times and NOBODY. SAID. ANYTHING. ABOUT. THAT!! How would you like walking into a place, and being told one thing on the phone and then having an additional $185.00 added to your bill that you weren't expecting because anyone worth their salt would have mentioned the tow price along with the storage fee! Don't just assume people know what's going on and how your little business works. It wouldn't kill you to be nicer, especially since you're the first person people see when they walk in this little crap hole. That, oh by the way, you have to call to be let in, both gates are locked, there is NO sign saying anything about calling to be let in, and there's no working call box outside. So, not only are you the first person who's seen, you're the first person heard too. And you sound just as mean and fed up with life on the phone as you do in person. A smile does wonders. I hope God blesses you and helps your mean soul. To continue, when the tow gets there, they didn't tell us that we can't go back. They (she) said in passing "well he needs the VIN so he knows what he's looking for. Kinda hard for him when he doesn't know what he's looking for." But oh, we cant go back and help. The comments, the attitude, and just plain and simple NOT AT ALL HELPFULNESS she exuded the whole time were completely unnecessary. We didn't know how any of this works. The police told me "call Bradley's, they'll get things worked out and help you out." So when we did and YALL drop the ball time and again, it's not our fault. It's sad that doing "your job" (which you oh so unprofessionally said earlier while going on your condescending explanation of how the pricing works) makes you so unhappy and rude. If "doing your job" means making your customers feel stupid while talking down to them and making them wish they'd never had to walk into that gross little shop, then congratulations, you should get a raise for that. Because you did that WONDERFULLY. So between her, the lack of information, the hardship they imposed on the tow driver and ourselves, and just the overall just horrible experience we've had from beginning to end with this company, we will never come back here. I'm sure there are friendlier, more forthcoming and helpful places you can use. Stay away from here.

The woman who worked the front office was absolutely and unnecessarily rude. When our car was towed and I talked about picking it up, NO ONE stated that we’d have to pay the fee for towing. They had many times to inform me of the charge before I went to get the car. I go to get the car and there is an additional $185 charge that they neglected to inform me of on THREE separate phone calls. When we brought it up to her all she gave was absolute attitude. She’s honestly the rudest person at a wrecking shop that I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with and almost the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. I hope they pay her by each rude retort and statement because then she’ll be a millionaire. Go somewhere else if you can. If you get in a wreck in Charlotte ask the police to get your own towing company because if not, you’ll work with people who get mad at you that THEY didn’t tell you about a fee that they had multiple chances over the week to tell you about. I mean I literally had a full blown conversation with people from this place and NONE of them mentioned that there would be a charge and how much it was nor so they tell you about the fee you have to pay when you use a credit card, they waited until we got here to tell us that, isn’t that just skeezy??? You can spend your time and money elsewhere and not put yourself through this. We only went there because Charlotte Mecklenburg Police made it sound as if they HAD to be the company to tow i, I have AAA, they could’ve towed my car. AAA is here right now to get my car and the lady is making it difficult at every point and turn. It’s absolutely ludicrous. They’re making him drive around the lot to find our car because they won’t let us back there and they won’t show him where it is. It is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with and the lady at the desk should be ashamed of herself. Stay away from this place, you’ll thank me later.

My son was in an accident, and the NCSHP called them to tow the vehicle. They came out very quickly, faster than HP. The driver of the wrecker service was so polite and helpful. Under the circumstances, I forgot to get his name. If all their drivers are as good as him, you can't go wrong with using them. Thank you so much for all your help with us.

Very nice people. I was in a wreck on 85. Somebody side-swiped me on May 8th, and they came and towed my car. had no issues getting my personal belongings out of my car. Has no issue releasing the vehicle to the insurance company.

The place wasn’t the best atmosphere, and under the circumstances of finding my totaled, stolen, car I wasn’t impressed but, the service given by Johnathan was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and so nice to me under my bad circumstances. He went above and beyond with generosity and I appreciated it.

My experience was bad from the beginning. First, I took my tow truck to Bradley's wrecker service and no one immediately assisted me. Secondly, after my tow truck was sitting there 4 business days, no one gave me a status update until after repeated calls. Third, when I did finally speak them, I spoke to the office manager, Martha Green, who lied about the mechanic looking at my tow truck. I realized that when I showed up unexpectedly and saw my tow truck sitting exactly where I left it. She did eventually apologize, however it was an indicator of their mischievous practices. Fourth, the repairs were done before I approved the charges. When I did get the invoice, after asking for it, they overcharged for labor. They also never communicated when the work was done. Overall, do not do business them because they lie, are mischievous, and overcharge.

We were very disappointed at the level of service or the lack of that was provided by this towing company. The towing agent did not inform us before the vehicle was towed that we would not be able to take off accessories that were approved by our insurance company to retrieve. Bradley towing claimed that their insurance will not allow the owners of their vehicles to take any parts other than the tag or paperwork. The unprofessional manner in which the two women spoke to us because of us questioning their policy was surprising. It became very clear that they felt a sense of entitlement not to have to respond to us as being a people of color, even hung up on us and our insurance adjuster . Obviously, we had concerns that this company would not take care of our truck in a proper manner until the insurance company retrieved it.

The lady in the front office was nice enough to let us get our tag but couldn't get anything else out of or off of the car unless I paid $100 deductible. It could have been worse and it could have been better.

EXCELLENT customer service! We were trying to locate our vehicle and Bradley's was one of the only companies to answer. They were beyond helpful with their customer service and pointed us in the right direction of what company may have towed our vehicle.

The towing did more damage to my car then the wreck , car was stolen and some how they ended up with it and I had to pay to see if I even wanted my car and get belongings out , supposedly it was ran into a pole but no hood damage, only front bumper damage. Personally watched them drive cars off roll backs and had bumpers falling off left and right

I was super impressed with the service and care I received from Bradley's Wrecker Service. Reese was the best. He towed my car from the accident and was kind enough to crawl through my back seat to help me clean out the trunk the next day. Nikki was also wonderful and I am so glad I had the pleasure of dealing with these two after such an awful experience. Kind people make all the difference. Great job!

Literally got my truck towed 2 miles down the street and they charged me 600.00. Wouldn't use this company again if they were the last tow truck on earth. Nicky the dispatcher told me it was 260 a hr at a two hour minimum. Definitely call around never use the guys unless your desperate.

Very Rude! I spoke with a Lady the day before I picked up my car and she told me the charge amount and when I got there there was a very rude guy assisting me. Even if was a misunderstanding on their end, it's still a professional way to talk and treat ppl. The trucking company I work for uses them but I will definitely be letting them know of this unprofessional experience.

3 months after my car got stolen I Had to pay 200$ just to find out what the condition was. They couldn't be bothered to look under the hood for 2 seconds. Why am I even paying you anything?

Had my car towed from Charlotte airport. I was not in a good mood so after the tow guy repeated himself several times I asked him to leave me be. Since I'm a mechanic I knew they were going to need the car in neutral. Upon their request for the key, I responded by offering to do it myself because I did not want anyone in the car for the sake of valuables. This man then decided to get nasty with me and did not want to tow to my requested destination but rather to the tow yard which would leave me stranded. His intentions were clear. After we both repeatedly yelled out our choice of destination, he gave in. Would you believe that when we got to the house, I was waiting for him to bring the car down and then handle the payment as I have experienced with other tow companies. Instead, he drove off because I was using my brothers' card whom had just left for work and we both watched him leave. He knew I would not be paying with my own card so by requesting for an ID, after overhearing my conversations with my brother in his truck, he figured that was his chance. Bear in mind I already had my brother on the phone call and who was returning to the house to present his ID. I checked this companies reviews and it makes sense why their rating is so low. I tried to distant myself from them in order to not cause any friction but it seems that didn't matter. @CLT Airport need to find better companies who are better experienced in customer service.

They wouldn’t allow me to get the rest of my personal items out of my vehicle, and they said that in order for me to get to my vehicle I had to pay $100 upfront. I would not recommend this company to anyone simply because they are overpriced, and rude! Please make sure you get all of your stuff out of your vehicle if you do get stuck with them! They don’t deserve one star period !
