I had previously purchased a part from them about a year back which was an awful experience as it took them three tries to get me the right part. I decided to give them another chance, called them and apparently they don't let you pick up at this location now? I'm in Charlotte. The part is in Charlotte. But I would have to have them ship it to greensburo or forest city, both a 1.5hr drive from here to pick it up? Makes no sense. After last time, there's no way I'm making a 3 hour round trip for what would probably be the wrong part.
Me and husband have brought so many things from them. I am talking about a couple transmissions, engines, recently fender and hood. Everything we have brought have worked out. When no one has what we are looking for they always have it. The guys make it have easy and simple to order and they always call us when our part has arrived and its ready to picked up.

I was prepared for a long wait based on other reviews, but I received a text just two days later letting me know my part was ready for pickup. The part was in great condition when I arrived. The staff at the pickup location were equally great—friendly, careful, and professional when loading the part into my car. They assured me if there were any problems, they'd be happy to make it right. Fenix Parts exceeded my expectations.

Fenix parts is managing a few junkyards around charlotte. We have purchase 2 engines and 1 transmission. Had problems with all 3 and the last one had not have a refund yet. Poor quality and lack of responsibility
Called in on a Monday to order a part for the dealership that I work for. The part was supposed to arrive Tuesday. Called Tues afternoon to be told that there was a delay and that I would see it Wed. I understand sometimes things happen no big deal. Wed comes and by the afternoon still no part. Call back in and talk to numerous associates and no one can give me a straight answer. Finally, I got an answer that is was put on the wrong route and delivered to the wrong company. This is sad when I specifically stated my business name and location to the first associate. So I was then told that the part was going to be shipped by UPS ground to me which I said was not acceptable because is has now been 2 days waiting on the part. So I was told that I would get the part Thurs. Thurs comes and by Thurs afternoon still no part. I call into speak to a supervisor only to be sent to a voicemail with no return phone call. I call back again and finally get someone from the local area that knows our account and she was helpful. She spoke to her manager who got a warehouse manager to bring me the part at 5pm on Thurs. Only problem now is that the part that I received was damaged to where it is unusable and I ended up having to go to the dealership for the part I needed. Overall very poor customer service and poor quality of parts. Will not be calling Fenix as my first call. Now they will be my last resort.
Put a warranty off on an engine after it blew with-in warranty time. Closed the claim and then stated they weren’t replacing engine! Don’t buy anything from here.
I have been waiting for a mirror for a whole week, the phone does not answer and no one calls you back. terribly do not recommend! They don't have parts in stock!
