There aren’t many opportunities for me to offer five star reviews for an automotive repair business. But Creason Automotive deserves that rating. Their honesty, integrity, and customer service is refreshing and frankly, restores my confidence in this industry.
“That looks great” is what my wife said when I brought my car home from Creason’s body shop. Charlie and his body shop crew did a tremendous job repairing damage to the rear bumper and fender caused by a hit and run driver in a parking lot. Not only was the job fantastic but so was the price. Charlie was 40% below two other quotes. The other quotes had several junk fees and jacked up the hours required for the job. Do yourself a favor, “Better call Charlie”.
I don't recommend it at all. I took my car to change the brakes and they were charging me $654 to change 1 which is very expensive. and I don't understand why it says they have a free estimate and they charged me $54 to review it.
