Been coming here for years and still continue to come back for the high quality of service and hospitality - Don’t see it changing anytime soon. I usually see Steve and Dave who do a great job. Service is usually fast too.
Wow! That's all I have to say. Steve and Dave are some of the nicest people I have ever met... especially at an auto mechanic shop. They do great work, don't price gouge, and their customer service is on 10, all without out that, "whoo a woman we can take advantage of vibe" (maniacally rubbing hands together) Every person who answers that phone sounds like they wish to do nothing else in life but help you... I was referred for these very reasons, and it's all truth! 10/10

“That looks great” is what my wife said when I brought my car home from Creason’s body shop. Charlie and his body shop crew did a tremendous job repairing damage to the rear bumper and fender caused by a hit and run driver in a parking lot. Not only was the job fantastic but so was the price. Charlie was 40% below two other quotes. The other quotes had several junk fees and jacked up the hours required for the job. Do yourself a favor, “Better call Charlie”.
I don't recommend it at all. I took my car to change the brakes and they were charging me $654 to change 1 which is very expensive. and I don't understand why it says they have a free estimate and they charged me $54 to review it.
They were able to get me in to take care of my busted AC (in this heat!! )

I've used them twice for annual vehicle inspections and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It's a family owned and run business which shows in the service they provide.
I use to like e think they are honest, last time I drop my car off they didn’t find the problem, I also ask for a inspection and they charged me $115 to change wiper blades without asking me.
I felt so disrespected, probably not coming back anymore.
I am a single mom; I made the mistake of taking my Chevy Cruze into Creason about two years ago to have a new AC unit put in. Creason kept my car for two weeks stating that the AC unit he had ordered came in defective and was waiting for a replacement. (I will not mention the fact that I had nothing else to drive back and forth to work for those two weeks or that I had no way to get my child back and forth to school.) I paid him close to $3000.00 when I picked the car up. After driving it for a couple of days I noticed that the AC was not working properly so I called him and took my car back in, left it there for another day. When I picked the car up from Creason he told me he could not find anything wrong with the AC unit. So I made the mistake of trusting his word and decided that maybe it was struggling because of the usually hot weather we were having that year. But last year ( only one year later) it took the AC unit 10 to 15 minutes to decide to start blowing cool air and this year it does not work at all. I have called Creason several times asking if he Guarantees his work and what he is going to do about the faulty AC unit he installed in my car. I have yet to hear back from him. So, Women watch out. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that will not take advantage of you Creason is not your man.

Scott Clark Honda said I need to replace my full AC do to a faulty clutch for $2600. Creason’s had my car for 30 minutes and identified that all it needed was a new relay switch which cost $153 total including parts and labor. Ac works great!
Had a major repair and body. The repair was completed when promised and they even saved me money. Same goes for the body work. A family owned business grand dad son and grandson all work there. Good honest work.
This is a top notch auto repair shop .. with a body shop .. they do what they said they will do and you can't ask for anymore from a auto shop than that ..their team is very knowledgeable and they listen to what you are saying and fix what's broke with no up sale , another plus is the back lot security, everything is aways locked up I feel very good leaving my car over night there ...
Trustworthy, family run business. These wonderful people have taken care of our old and new cars for years. When the dealership wanted $1k to fix an oil leak, Creason's told us the truth and did it for $20.
I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and work done in my 2005 Toyota Camry last week. Not always you have a good experience at car repair, but this one is a keeper. I'm pleased to share.

This is the only place I'll take my car in Charlotte. Spent $500 at the dealership and they couldn't get it fixed. Creason fixed it for a hundred. They've also checked on the car, spent hours with it, and sent me home without a charge. Best spot in town.
I had a jeep cherokee break down on my way to school one day. I had Creason auto tow it while I hitched a ride to school to take an exam. When I returned later to pick up my jeep cherokee after having them fix the issue, my rockford fosgate subwoofer and amp were missing from the vehicle. I never had these items returned to me as I didnt notice the items were missing until I left their wrecker yard. I highly recommend NOT using their services if you care about losing anything in your vehicle. After reading another review, it seems this is not the only time this has occurred. I think its pretty low to steal stuff from a high school kid. This a few years ago, so while I don't care much for the missing items at this point, I just want to warn others.
We have used Creason since 2011 when we moved to Charlotte and have been nothing but happy with their personnel and workmanship. Just as importantly is their record keeping and knowledge of mileage to make sure transmissions, belts, and the rotation of tires take place on schedule.
Have been coming here over 15 years, always prompt friendly service. Mechanics are very detail oriented, and they always give you the scoop up front, no surprises. Highly recommended.
Creason Automotive is a great local full service shop that always does wonderful work at unbeatable prices. Steve, a technician there, has been working on and repairing vehicles there for over a decade. He is an excellent mechanic, very through when checking your vehicle, but also very trustworthy with the assessment of what needs repairs. I trust no one else with my and my family's vehicles. I highly recommend this shop.
I have been taking my wife's and my cars to Creason since 1985. The service has always been excellent, reasonably priced, and fast. Creason employees are great people to work with. I recommend Creason very highly.
I took my 2008 Honda Accord in for collision repairs. The staff was very friendly and they really owned the whole situation from top to bottom. They contacted the insurance company of the person that hit me and facilitated getting the adjuster out to look at the damage. Once the work was approved the body technician Tom Had the vehicle done in TWO days! I have never seen that kind of turn around. I picked the car up and not only were the repairs done perfectly, the car was sparkling inside and out. It doesnt get any better than that. I Highly recommend giving Creason Automotive a chance if you need anything done to your vehicle.
