My car was impounded by this company because I parked illegally. The customer service was GREAT! I made an appointment and I got my car back the next day. Thank you for being so kind. I was not given a hard time whatsoever.

The tow company is very unprofessional, there were two people in the truck a woman handling money and a henchman driving when they towed my vehicle and they appeared to CLEARLY BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE, and are financial predators! They charged excessively for repossession of my vehicle and I by no circumstances would hire them. I was fearful of both their behavior and presentation. Very agressive and lacking trust above all else!
Folks complain about cash only are the same ones who will dispute the charge with their bank after they get their car!!! I work for finance company and we only allow repo redemptions with cash! For those who don't understand why its cash is for this very reason!

Awful customer service and experience
I appreciate the role of a towing service and respect they need to make money. Their practices of cash versus a simple credit card is unethical as many cannot afford that much cash. The bigger problem is all the reports from social media and all the communities talking about how unprofessional some of these drivers are or maybe it’s even the same driver, especially when yelling at the elderly Who cannot defend themselves. Also, disrespecting their neighbors that come out and try to help them. I would not recommend the service based on just the comments and reviews that I have seen, and it is worthy of reporting to the authorities. Google them and report all incidents. Many HOA’s are the problem with their aggressive stance on parking.
Im not going to write a long paragraph. I just want to point out that all the latest review argue my same sentiment & the rebuttals to peoples comments are even nastier. I was towed, probably could've parked somewhere else had I known. Not mad at that, the price though.... needs improvement. $400 base fee, charging $200 when someone decides they want to involve the cops, a extra 100 for after hours, $80 card fee if you can't pay cash. Yall can say what you want but you know your intent whether people are parked wrong or not, using people for a come up, charging predatory prices isn't okay. Bullying people by way of money and possession to get them to not exercise their right is borderline breaking the law. I already know this is going to be replied too. Say whatever you like. defend it how you want, its wrong. Period. Let the record show I am not mad at being towed I am upset at the predatory pricing. Comment section retained.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Booting a handicapped persons car in front of their own house, when it hadn’t even been 2 minutes of sitting there, is beyond shady and unprofessional. They were like predators waiting to poach on their prey. HOA makes the rules, but if they knew how the company they hired were treating the tenants, then they would be angry. We will be taking it up with the HOA and the news if necessary.
Car was towed in an HOA neighborhood so it was impounded. But $400 cash to retrieve the car is criminal. It's 2025 with no way to pay electronically means money laundering no if ands or buts about it.
These predatory towing companies are really getting out of hand in Charlotte. This company is just another example of how low people will stoop to line their pockets with someone else's hard earned money! You guys literally wait until you see someone moving in and stalk them and snatch their vehicles when they are most vulnerable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Also ANY level of professionalism is essentially non existent with these people. THEY ARE also NOT TWENTY FOUR HOURS
This place is not 24 hours. Extremely unprofessional when trying to recover my vehicle. They acted as if they didn’t want to give me my car after I paid them.
Heather the owner is very unprofessional. She will purposely argue with you so they can keep your car overnight and not make you appointment for the same day. Then charge you $200 fee for calling the police or arguing back.
Beware!! A really dishonest company, you better avoid this service.

Now, If I had done to you what you did to my sister and her family I bet your brother would have left me a bad review. Go ahead to slander lawyers goooo! Slander lawyers are for defamation and we are not making any false accusations about your company every statements we made about your company are all true! We have proof of you asking 9,000$ to my sister for a towing service. A family who was moving from NY to FL and made a 3 hours stop at my other sister house to eat and rest, but your company tow her truck with all her belongings causing a lot of damages to her familiy. Thanks to HOA and police they end up paying you 2,800$. Is that a defamation??????? It is all true! We have receipts and ER records for you! Because everything said here is true! Now Abukar Hussein is not related to us and he said “They tried to steal my truck and when I confronted them they told me that they are responsible for the property and I should pay them $6000 but I end up paying them $4000 with out moving my truck”… what about that????? Is it a defamation too????? Be honest and fair and you won’t have to deal with this kind of reviews on your company website!
I would like to share what happened to me, so you people be careful with this company. Two weeks ago, I was moving from New York to Florida. My sister asked me to bring her some stuff from New York in my truck. I stop on my sister house to give her stuff and keep heading to Florida. I stayed at my sister house for three hours in this company came and told my truck. I understand, the truck wasn’t supposed to be in the driveway of my sister house, but we were loading her stuff into her house three hours later the tow the truck. They asked us for $9,000 and that fee was ridiculous. We went to a police station and made a complaint. After the complaint, they asked for 2,500$ the police went to the front of the office with us, and called the manager. Then police spoke to the manager and they make agreement of $2500. They told the police they were going to be at the location in 45 minutes. Police waited for 45 minutes. They never show up, police got tired and left. Once police left the location they show up. Everything is planned, once police go, they came. Now they were asking me for 2,800. I say why you charging me $300 more if police clearly say 2,500. They told me it’s $200 because I show up with the Police and $100 because I didn’t make an appointment with them, but they waited until police go so they can charge these extra $300 which is ridiculous because we all people in America have the right to make a police complaint and show up with the police anywhere you need to do it. Legally you can made a police complaint and you shouldn’t be charged $200 for doing this. After she told me about the $300 extra, I told her I am going back to the police station because the police told me to give you no more than 2,500$ now this evil person told me oh if you go back to the police, I’m going to charge you $300 more. 200$ for going back to the police and $100 for another appointment and now you’re gonna end up paying 3,100$ for going back to the police. I was crying, I thought I was gonna have a heart attack at the moment. I couldn’t believe what was happening to me. I was like wow. I just say he is the 2,800$ because I have to go. I’ve been driving for 10 hours all the way from New York and I need to drive 10 more hours to get to West Palm Beach Florida and I have my two kids six years old and four year old with me and I must go here is my money. Take care. I cannot fight with you anymore, but for sure I will bring this to a Judge let’s see what happened because what happened to my family in North Carolina with this company was not fair. We where delayed in our journey moving to Florida. They tow my truck at midnight I was suppodted to continue driving at three in the morning to get here to Florida next day early since they tow my truck I have to stay there and wasted all day, going to the police station going back to their office , and waiting for them to get my truck. I got my truck by 5 PM and got to my destination next day three in the morning with my two kids crying and bleeding through his nose. I have to take my son to the ER because he was sick and bleeding. Please be aware of them. They are very evil and detrimental.

This company clearly lacks basic professionalism and customer service skills. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable towing company. That probably explains why their website doesn’t work or they didn’t pay for their GoDaddy website subscription.
Had to one of my families car towed in a last minute situation called them and they were quick to answer and respond. The price was $125 cash which I thought was expensive but calling other places it wasn't that bad and His and Her towing provided some professionalism when they answered the phone unlike other places I called. Highly recommend if a car needs to get towed.
Beware!!! I would not recommend this towing service to anyone! They took pictures prior to towing my car. When I got my car back, they’re was excessive damaged to the inside and out, that wasn’t damaged in the pictures they took. They admitted to causing the damaged and are refusing to pay for the repairs. They broke a linkage cable to my transmission, cracked frame in the front of the car, pulled up my gear shift and ripped up my floorboard. That’s just the visible stuff. They are scam artists. Please beware! DO NOT USE THEM! They’re are completely unprofessional!
First time having our car towed, everything went smoothly with zero stress. Both driver and the person who answered our call were very very helpful and professional. Both were very kind and patient with us when there were many things happening on our end. Driver was very understanding when address was wrong and called to make sure what the address was and was patient when we were figuring out where we were. Will 100% be calling them for help if we ever have issues in the future! And would recommend to anyone who needs help with towing!

Best service in town. We called around the area to tow a car from Mint Hill to Concord and they not only were the best priced but the quickest as well. Both him and her we extremely courteous and professional. Will definatley be using them again in the future.

Alone female, stranded with flat tire. I called them up and they were there within 20 mins. Love the fact that it is a husband/wife team. Highly recommend....especially the single females. Just feels more comforting with another female around. They had bright personalities and so down to Earth.
This company provided great service. They had the best price, were on time, extremely professional and efficient with the pick up and drop off. The provided great communication throughout. I live in Charlotte but my truck was in Chapel Hill and they came up and towed us home. I highly recommend them!!!!
This was an incredibly positive experience considering that we called His & Her Towing because we had broken down on the side of the highway.
