My wife’s SUV had an issue on the ride back to Elizabeth City with her brake pads/calipers locking. Tim (store manager, who was off and happened to be at the store) secured the needed parts from another Autozone store (which I picked up and brought from Edenton) and proceeded to assure my wife that he could replace the caliper and brake pads with the tools he had in the trunk of his car. When I got there, he and an associate (Mike) were honored to help and insisted they didn’t need to be compensated in any way. Tim and Mike were a godsend. A complete joy to be around and I’m so grateful for the care and concern they showed my family.
Mike was very helpful & polite at the auto zone in Williamston NC. He explained to me all about the rewards at auto zone. His customer service was excellent!! Will be asking for him next time i visit!!!
Here at AutoZone in Williamston, NC. There was a guy name Tim Williams who is the best. So helpful with helping me with my car. Just moved here can't complain about anything he's great.
James was the best! He asked management for help, and they was pretty much rude to him saying that they're busy and not to yell out their names. James helped me find what I was looking for, without their help! Ask for James!
I stopped at the AutoZone in Williamston Square in Williamston North Carolina, and Aaron help me out Tremendously my car wasn’t running and sounding the way it normally does And when you a long ways from home cause I’m from Henderson, North Carolina, but Aaron he came out and he checked my battery and there was a dead sale and he changed my battery for me. I am so grateful that I was able to continue to pick up my son from Elizabeth City State University because of his response and his willingness to help this, I recommend this store to everyone. Great customer service. In the next time you stop by ask for Aaron.

James D was very helpful with assisting me with my battery. I was told my battery was going bad, turned out I just had a loose terminal. Im very greatful for his help.
My battery failed on me 2 times with a 2 week span. I stopped to the Williamston location on the way to work and got it checked it out and indeed I had a bad battery. Mr Tim Williams the store Manager help me purchase a new one 7:45 in the morning and replaced it and had me rolling again. Many thanks!!

I stopped by AutoZone in Williamston North Carolina today. And I was assisted by a very helpful gentleman by the name of Tim Williams. He was very efficient and friendly as he walked out to the car to ask me if I needed help. He was able to assess the concern. I had about the oil and help guide me in making the proper choices to correct the situation. He was also very informative in regards to future maintenance and preventative maintenance I would need. The fact that he was very familiar with Nissan products Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely suggest this AutoZone location and it’s helpful staff to future customers.
Best place to go when needing anything! The Manager, Tim Williams, was wonderful and helped us figure out exactly what was needed! Will definitely be back.
I really love this particular auto zone. Tim always helps me out, he removed all the corrosion from my old battery & put in my new one. He also helped me save a lot of money, unlike some of these other automotive companies. They told me i needed to spend money on a part that wasnt cheap, I brought the car up here & TIM told me i dont need to be spending extra money if i dont have to. I walked in with a sad look & Tim just made my entire day, Shoutout to him & Autozone!❤️
Showed up at the store at 9:30 on Sunday and online and in person says they open at 9:00 and of course no one has opened the store on time and if that’s not the hours then it needs to be changed!
Tim the store manager was an excellent person Who not only help me figure out what was going on with my battery help me change my battery and help me with my Oil. I thought he was a very good person and I’m so thankful for AutoZone that allows us people to be able to stop there and just get our cars checked on for free we really appreciate it. God bless.
I came to the Williamston store just to see Tim Williams. He was a great help in Edenton, and continues to impress with his product knowledge and experience. He was able to save me over $400 on the same parts I was quoted at Advance Auto. Tim has become my #1 go to guy for parts.

From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and ready to assist. Each person played a crucial role in making the process smooth and efficient. Their teamwork and expertise were truly impressive. They were not only knowledgeable but also patient, answering all my questions and making me feel confident in their service. I highly recommend them for any car battery needs – their dedication and skill are unmatched! Not to mention how comforting Tim made my friends and I feel, by giving us chairs to sit in while they worked on the battery. Five stars and more!

Friendly local mechanic get the part put on in the parking lot and get back on the road— while it’s always hope to make it up the road without incident I am happy these folks were here when needed!
As I pulled into the parking lot to buy a battery, the Check Engine, Check Transmission, and Check Emissions lights all came on. The guy who helped me hadn't worked there very long but was still knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When we needed some additional help, the sales manager jumped in and went the extra mile to assist me, even with some recommendations for local mechanics that might could help resolve my unexpected car trouble. I will definitely be coming back here for ALL of my auto parts needs in the future.
My experience was awesome !! I needed a new battery. Young fellow checked my old one , installed my new one, and I was ready to go.. most importantly, the keep documented your purchases.. was set up an account, and my receipt was emailed as well.. that's the coolest .. I needed that for anyone out there who didn't work on your own vehicle. Be sure to keep a copy of your purchases for your benefit.. Trust me. Taking your vehicle to a shop could backfire. At least you have proof!!! Awesome guys at this branch!!
