Apparently phones don’t work. This is the 4th time I’ve called to order a part and no one has answered after repeated calls. Went in to see if they were open and people were there, they were sitting listening to the phone ring and left out of pure spite. Always end up going to the internet…

I bought a school bus with a rear main seal leak and I took it to Lilley to fix the problem. I tried a service shop that was closer to where I live but they would barely talk to me. Lilley diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and treated me well. Well worth the extra drive!

We are writing this email to you so you will recognize to TJ our appreciation for help in making it possible for us to continue our business today . He went above and beyond the call of duty and he reminded us of what an old school parts guy is . We are a boat transportation company based out of Florida in business 20 years . Over the years we have experienced many break downs and very bad and costly experiences. We made it to the Quality Inn across the street by shear luck . After calling the local Ford place (we own an F650 diesel with a 7.3) I took a taxi to the Ford place and it was the wrong air conditioning compressor. We are loaded with boats needing to deliver in VA Beach today . I took a chance and called you all and got TJ on the phone and explained the dire situation we were in. I walked across the street with the one I had and he took the time to measure and try and match up the bolt pattern and pulley. It’s not the one we needed but it got us on the road so we can make our delivery and saved us a weekend stuck here in a hotel . Please extend to him our thanks again . If we are ever back in the neighborhood lunch is on us . Customer Service at its best . I will go in and give you guys an excellent review. Jack and Brenda Coleman
