Not open 24 hours, called at 12 am he “doesn’t fix flat tires”. Okay no problem. Fixed the tire, my parking light won’t disengage, came for help in the morning 9am. Was told again he “doesn’t fix flat tires” then when I told him my issue “Goodyear is down the road” and not in a friendly suggestive way. Not only was the attendant rude and disruptive, but also unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Shop was quick and very professional. They were able to get me in and determine the issue I had and repaired quickly.

Great Service. I called spoke with Dennis and he gave me a same day appointment. My car was ready within a few hours.

Lloyd was available right away when I called for a tow. All went well and the bill was not out of line.

This shop is the most honest shop you will fine in North Carolina. The people that work here are amazing and very knowledgeable. I have been going here for the last three years and not only have they fix everything fast and very reliable but it didn’t cost what some of these new shop are over charging. Plus they care. I cant express how many times I’ve been in tight situation and they’ve worked me in and fix my vehicle in a reasonable time. Dennis has always been amazing. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place at a reasonable price and not be overcharged for work, you don’t need there’s no second-guessing this place. My mother drove from Raleigh to get her car worked on.

I highly recommend Cox Repair Service!!! My daughter I were traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Westchester, New York. My personal car broke down on Keen Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524 around 6AM in the morning. Ironically, the manager’s name is Lloyd and the service technician’s name is Lloyd. Both Lloyd’s are phenomenal. Lloyd towed my car to the shop, scanned it, and informed me my transmission must be replaced. However, he gave me a solution that enabled me to drive to New York without having to replace it immediately. Thank you Lloyd, for your prompt response, professionalism, expertise, and not taking advantage of the situation. As a female, I felt total peace at this establishment. Our family was traveling a long distance and broke down on a Saturday early morning. We found Cox Auto repair and Lloyd answered our call at 6am! He helped us get back to his shop, diagnosed the problem and helped to find someone else to help us since he didn’t have the part needed to have it fixed that day. Lloyd was like a guardian angel to us- he was kind and trustworthy. We had 2 kids and a dog in tow and he helped us to feel comfortable and safe. Just another positive experience from Cox. Dennis is the best! My 88 year old mother in law's car broke down on Friday afternoon at 12:30 while I was out of town. My husband called Dennis, they had a truck in Rosewood to pick it up in 30 mins, dropped her off in Princeton, took the car to Smithfield and had the transmission linkage repaired by 3:30....AMAZING! Not sure where else you can get that kind of service these days.

Car broke down on our way home. Called .. spoke with Jay .. picked us the exact time he promised and had us fixed ASAP. We were made to feel like part of the family. My car’s AC was blowing hot air intermittently which made it difficult to diagnose. But the Cox folks didn’t give up on it. Although it wasn’t a cheap fix I appreciate the service they did. I highly recommend them.

They took care of moving my vehicle as I wasn't able to stay until they arrived. Towed it to the garage I wanted. This was an emergency call and but they didn't charge me extra. I always call them. Being a mail carrier my vehicle will break down a least 2 or 3 times a year. They are an awesome company.

When I was stranded on the side of the road on i-95 I was fortunate enough to contact Cox repair service for towing. They changed the alternator and I was pleasantly surprised to be charged a lower price than I had anticipated. Everyone was friendly and kind. Excellent service!

Driving from Florida to Pennsylvania for a new job. Went to Cox because one of my left headlight wires burnt out and was recommended by AutoZone to go there. It was late on Saturday and everywhere was closed that could help me fix the problem. I'm sorry I didn't see your name tag but he fixed the problem for me quickly. Thank you again sir for helping me! I have known the cox family all my life. . They are very good Christian people and do a good job for a fair and reasonsble price. is ok to go there or call even if your Little Niki, they don't mind. Even the son of the Dark lord has car trouble every once in a while. So next time you need a tow or have a car that has the devil in it. Call these guys.

My son broke down at the Smithfield exit on 12/30/18. He was driving alone back to college in Tampa. After some research, and reading the reviews, we decided to call Cox. He spent the night in his car, and Cox picked it up the next morning. It was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered, and he was underway again just after noon. Integrity and honesty are important to me, and Cox repair came through. A VERY uncomfortable night, and situation for a young kid, but they made him feel at ease, and even offered to drive him somewhere to get some food. THANKS AGAIN from a father 550 miles to the north!

My wife had problems with her car just outside Smithfield and I was over 2 hours away. Cox Repair Service came and got her car and took it to their shop where they fixed it. Highly recommend best there is!

Dennis is the man. Very nice staff and very professional. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. They're reasonable and very understanding. Came to get my break fluid checked out and he filled it up for free. Definitely coming back to get my breaks changed when needed.
