If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! August was first to welcome me to the store, and after speaking with her about my car, I was not sure which oil to put in since the engine had been swapped. She was extremely helpful and quickly figured out my concern with a smile. I have been to all of the major parts stores but this store will be my first stop from now on, thanks to August. She lights up the room with her friendly smile and demeanor. If you need anything for your vehicle, go see her first!
Everyone there is super knowledgeable and helpful, they were all so helpful in answering all the questions I had. Would recommended to everyone. Better than the other parts stores down the road
Poor services and waiting for her to finish with customers in Spanish waiting for 10 minutes and then putting picks up phone to get all with customer in spansh for 5 minutes before finally waiting and n me.
I went in first thing Monday morning because I needed a new battery! Robbie the manager waited on me and we went out to my car for him to install the new battery!! When I tell ya'll that man had to work to get the negative connector off, he had to work!! There was corrosion and even with the spray and wire brush it didn't want to come off!! I felt so bad that he was having to work so hard on a Monday morning!! But he just kept reassuring me that it was ok. Robbie was truly amazing and has excellent customer service!! I feel like a lot of people would have given up and told me it couldn't be done, so glad I got Robbie yesterday morning!!! That store is blessed to have him as their manager!!! Thank you Robbie for your hard work!! I appreciate you!!!!
Put on hold for 5 minutes the 1st time. Called back and put on hold for over 10 minutes. Staff said they were busy but according to website they weren't. Very poor customer service.
The customer service is great at the store (Smithfield, NC), however, it's always hot in the store but now it feels like a sauna in there. They definitely need to fix their a/c!
O'Reilly's went above and beyond for myself and a friend of mine one night it was late they were closing and they stayed opened after hours just so we could get the part that we needed. The gentlemen really didn't have to do so and I can only say thank you to the gentlemen and O'REILLY'S for their help and understanding.
Super knowledgeable folks who are happy to help problem solve and share wisdom. If they don't have what you need, they'll offer to order it, or tell you that they don't have it if they don't have it.

Very knowledgeable staff and always helpful and friendly. Also, never had any hassle on returns. If it's not in stock, they've always gotten what I needed by the next day. Highly recommend
The manager, Joe, is a pleasant man who showed an interest in helping me find a discontinued part for the car. He told me he would research the part I was seeking and give me a call. The call never came.
Super nice customer service. Put in my brake light for me for free. I hate I forgot the employee's name. He was super helpful so I apologize for not naming the nice young man.
Had the only front brake caliber for a 88 Monte Carlo in the area. I called ahead dude on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. When i arrived they were ready for me.
Store was neat and orderly. Looked to be well stocked. I was able to get what I came in for and ask my questions. Overall good experience. Will return for any more auto needs.
Man!!! What 5 Star customer service!!! I was that guy that went into O'Reilly's right at closing tonight. Rakiem (think that was his name) was all about taking care of the customer in front of him no matter what the time was. The relay I needed was a hard part to figure out but Rakiem was determined to get me the right part and he did!!! Excellent customer service O'Reilly's!!!
If I could do no stars I would. First off, when I walk into the door, don’t greet me with an annoyed look and a “wassup”. Second, when I ask to see why my check engine light is on, I don’t appreciate the attitude of “I’m the only one up here,” and we aren’t allowed into peoples cars. Now I understand we are in a pandemic, but the fact that the employee WASNT EVEN WEARING THE MASK PROPERLY I just find it a BS excuse not to have to work. But that’s okay. There are plenty of other auto part stores that would like my business.
Could not have asked for a better night manager to help us , such a pleasure with a helpful attitude and a smile on his face while helping my husband great service. Will be back to do business with him.
I went in to get some paint to match my car. Rakiem helped me out and while he mixed the paint he went out to give me some advice (at my request) on how to complete the job. I bothered him with hundreds of questions and he was the consummate professional with me. He was Knowledgeable and professional, as where the other employees I encountered. Definitely five stars!
Great place to get parts for your vehicle if they don't have it can usually get it by next day.harder to find stuff for older vehicles in stock,,friendly staff buy alot of stuff from them
Really great people working here, one man specifically but we can't remember his name. We stopped here after having alternator issues while on a very long road trip. The sweet gentleman working there, whom we never met before or will prob meet again, offered us his own personal vehicle to drive 45 min to different store for the right part. Really wish there were more ppl with hearts like his on this earth. God bless you sir.
