This is the most reputable and honest place. I take all 3 of my vehicles here, and I live in Middlesex. Starr, Floyd and the staff are absolutely amazing. My mini van was the problem child, and Floyd figured it out and fixed it. Forever a loyal customer!!!

We had a terrific experience here. Our car lost heat while on 95 heading north during a cold snap. We called, they took us right in, got the parts and we were back in the road in an hour. They owners are wonderful and we actually enjoyed our wait looking at the antiques and old magazines on display from 50 years ago. We are stopping on our way back to have another small thing repaired he didn’t have the part for in stock. The service, care and pricing was great. If you need help, call these folks.

I use Small Town tire and Service for Tire purchases. And state inspections. They do a lot of other work, I just don't have a malfunction with my vehicle to need their service. Great people to work with. And they will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

So thankful for the good people at Small Town TIre & Service. My alternator belt broke on my way down to SC from NYC. I pulled in and the shop was busy. Cars in every bay. They stopped what they were doing to help me out. Fixed the belt and charged a fair price. This my friends is what small town America is all about. Kids and I were safely on our way in under an hour. Thank you!!

I chose this location because I’m new to Kenly, and wanted to support local. They saw me the same day. They gave me honest and factual info, no disingenuous upsells, fair prices. I also had a flat in my trunk that needed work and said I would bring it by in a few weeks. They recommended I pursue the warranty on the tire for a discount on unused tread first. They could’ve just sold me extra tires I’d never had been the wiser. It’s was such refreshing honesty, I was floored. They really give small town, family friendly vibes. My experience here was well received and I won’t soon forget it. If you’re local or just passing by, 10/10 recommend.

People are fast, friendly and affordable. Always go the extra mile to find you what you need. Whole family goes here for their tire needs as well as maintenance.

I love Small Town Tire & Service, so much that between my family they service all 6 of our vehicles! We have used the crew for simple things like inspections all the way to extensive exploration of an unknown and pain in the back side evap issue. They are quick, honest and just down right great people!

I got tires here a few months ago on a day when I was with my 3 children on a flat tire. They were able to schedule me same day, but before I left they put my spare on so I could home. They were really kind and worked quickly. Since then, I’ve been back twice. Once to have my tires rotated and once with a low tire light. I will continue to support this business because they are so kind and helpful; and their prices are reasonable.

Amazing service! We were driving home with our Rv and had tire trouble. The lady at the counter was incredibly wonderful. She took a look at our tire and gave us an immediate diagnosis. She saved our day, trip, and spared us a disastrous accident. We are so thankful to them for their knowledge, great customer service, and kindness. The gentleman that helped us was impeccable.

While towing a travel trailer overnight across 5 states the battery in our truck died. After getting a jump and making a quick call to small town tire and service, they were able to immediately take us in trailer and all. Access the issue, install a new battery and get us back on the road within 15 mins. Amazing job, amazing people. Would recommend 10/10!

Great trustworthy place for tire problems! I took my car with a flat tire and they had it patched up and good to go in like 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. If I had taken it jiffy lube (where I used to always go), they would have upcharged me, tried to get me to buy all new tires, and it would have cost an arm and a leg. I don’t feel like I’m trying to be sold things I don’t need here. They give me exactly what I need and in a very quick manner.

We came to Small Town Tires after hitting debris on the highway while on a road trip. With less than an hour to closing, they got our car up, secured everything, and got us back on our way. Staff were friendly and down to earth, waiting area had restrooms and refreshments. I would go out of my way to come here again.

I dropped by a few times for updates on a particularly difficult repair and each time they were gracious enough to stop what they were doing to give outstanding and thorough updates. I really didn't want them to break their work stream just because I'm impatient but they were happy to do it. They really appreciate their customers. A+ 5 🌟

Small tire and service is a great place to have your vehicles serviced. The staff is very knowledgeable and Friendly.

My son was stranded and Junior the wrecker driver recommended them. They were kind enough to determine the issue, order the part for the next day and took my son to the hotel down the road! So very thankful for them!

They gave me a quick appointment. Needed to have the tires evaluated after a trip to the dealership. First time in years I was able to discuss the problem with a mechanic. Extremely friendly and even checked the work before I left. Will be back. God bless them.

Needed a used tire for my taurus and they checked all my tires on my Cadillac too great place and friendly people too. Also prices were pretty good too.
