When I called the person I spoke with was very professional and very helpful. I gave her my information and she was able to find my information. She told me they had what I needed. As soon as I arrived she was able to assist me with purchasing a new battery and a battery for my key fog. The other staff member installed it for me. He also informed me that the bracket was missing from holding the battery down. They both were very helpful.
I hit a rail on I95 with the snow blizzard of 2025, with my 2002 Subaru Outback Ferrari Tank with 275k miles. They were so helpful. The lady manager, Dusty, really went all out for me. We got the car and started a new battery. The next day, the car died, and I had more complex issues with the electrical due to the hit. They set me up with a shop next door, thank God !! I was back on the road again after 3 days stuck.
never a problem with this company especially this store all the staff members acknowledge you as soon as you enter and even if they are with a current customer they will still take the time to welcome you and let you know you will be helped as soon as someone is available. I also feel seriously strongly about the supreme quality of knowledge and understanding of whatever I have asked about if I dont know the correct terminology for the engine part or description. They are extremely patient with all patrons.
On this particular occasion, I needed info about an 'extra' replacement part I found while scrummaging around my house. O'Reilly's counter help looked up the part# on the box and I found out it went to my Isuzu Rodeo 4WD Hemi V6. Satisfied, I can sleep well tonight !
Brandie was awesome and very professional when trying to remedy an incorrect orders made by one of her coworkers previously and even saved me a little bit of money doing so. I really appreciate all her help and her listening to my issue without causing a bunch of unnecessary hassles.
I had car problems last week while traveling south on I95. I called and spoke to Travis and was pleasantly surprised surprised with his knowledge about the unusual parts I needed. He was able to supply me with everything I needed that day. He was courteous and professional, unlike most folks you find behind the counter today. Thanks Travis!
Our check engine light came on as we were headed back to Virginia from Florida, Google maps recommended stopping here to get it checked out. Assistant manager Jose came out and checked the code for us, he explained that a speed sensor has gone bad, warned us that our speed may not be accurate but the car is fine to keep driving, and put our minds at ease for no charge. Thank you so much, Jose!
Our alternator went out as we were headed home from vacation. We broke down about 2 am on Sunday, Father's day no less. My fiance was able to walk up there when they opened only to find out the alternator we needed was not in stock. They were able to order it for him and have it delivered THE SAME DAY! Did I mention it was Father's day? What a wonderful thing that they were able to do that. To make this story even better, the staff lent the tools my fiance needed to fix the alternator, even knowing that he had to take them down the road to the hotel we were blessed to have found when we broke down. If not for the very knowledgeable and friendly staff at O'Reilly, we might have been stranded a lot longer. 5 stars for this business!!!
