Absolutely one of the best car care experiences I've ever had. - so thorough and handled with such politeness and thorough explanation. I felt completely taken care of and as a single woman never felt that anyone was trying to take advantage of me which sometimes happens when women go to garages. I had a wonderful experience at Fletcher Automotive! Big thank you to Taylor and the staff responding to any questions and concerns I had. They were on top of communicating any problems and getting back to me in a fast manner. They got me the help I needed to get my vehicle back on the road for a reasonable price and worked with me through it. They made a very good impression and I will be back!

Very sad to leave this review as I have used them with multiple cars before. Took it in after I had brakes and calibers installed improperly it had no breaks. Took it in and they fixed it to where they have breaks but now grinding noise was very very loud. They returned the vehicle to me In Worse condition then what it was brought it! When I told them they said I needed new rotors. So they knew something else was wrong and returned a vehicle to me in dangerous driving conditions. Took it to another shop and it was simple. Breaks were just installed backwards but yet Fletcher car care didn’t care to diag an issue fully and then lied to me to get more money out of me. I will never use them again and will always from now on recommend people to not use them. Very sad and disappointing.

I had been looking and asking around for an affordable and locally owned auto shop to get a tire rotation and oil change done. I used to go to a dealership (*cough cough Fred Anderson) where I had been burned too many times by getting overcharged, forced into services to stay on their ‘family plan’, and felt taken advantage of as a woman. That was the opposite of my experience here. A few folks suggestFletcher Automotive, which I had already received some coupons in the mail for. When I called, they were incredibly helpful, even giving me a better deal than the coupon I had. When I came for the appointment, they were quick (I was done in under an hour), informative but not pushy. They laid out some items I’ll need to take care of in the near future but I never felt like they there to upsell. You could tell they care about their work and helping folks out. I ended up paying around $65 for an oil change & TR, which was great for me on a tight budget. I definitely plan to go back when my car needs to be serviced again! There’s also a book store and an Asian market in the plaza area. Best way to kill some time!

This is my new go-to shop! These folks are very transparent, they will provide photos and technician notes on their work through an online system that gets emailed to you in a report form. They performed a full inspection of my car when I first brought it in for a simple tire rotation and found a couple items needing maintenance. They helped get my vehicle in top shape and I'm stoked to have found them. Thanks you all!

It was easy to book an appointment online. When I arrived, they were friendly and helpful. My oil change was completed quickly and at a good price. They gave me a printout with inspection results and recommended action items with price quotes. I’d definitely recommend Fletcher Automotive for oil changes and car repairs!

The staff were engaging, demonstrating a genuine desire to remedy the situation. The car was fixed in a timely manner with a follow-up text a couple of days later. I will be back for service in the future

Wanted to get my 2011 MDX checked out before giving it to my son. Fletcher automotive let me know quickly what needed doing and had the fluids changed and battery fixed the same day. The service is great here and the price seemed very reasonable

This place is great! Beginning with the guys behind the counter to the technicians in the garage. The manager Jason, has been so helpful and so knowledgeable. Taylor has a cheerful attitude and the guys in the garage listen. They follow up with a text the following day asking how the car is running. It only allows me to give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️otherwise I’d give 100 ⭐️! Thanks guys!

Repaired one of our vehicles in April of 2023 and was charged $4,495.77 for the repair and given a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the repair. When we got the vehicle back there was a ticking noise I took it back the next day and was told oh that's a exhaust leak. Which I had the exhaust installed by a muffler shop and knew it wasn't that. Was told to drive it over the weekend and bring it back Monday and if it was still making the noise to bring it back. So i did only to find out it was a bad part. Fast forward now to 2025 well we aren't in the 24,000 mile part but unfortunately we have passed the 2 years as of this past April. The car is going to have to go in the shop again for the same repair. Will be going to a different place. I have my suspicions cheap aftermarket parts were installed instead of original manufactured parts. $4,495.77 lesson learned. We put 7,869 miles on the vehicle and this happened 16,131 miles would have made the milage warranty was brought in with 116,297 24,000 milage warranty would have put it at 140,397. Current mileage 124,266 ☹️ After taking it to another repair shop in October 2025 I found out they used dorman replacement parts not OEM Factory Ford Parts. Which the shop that did the repair correctly did

I would rate this experience with the lowest possible rating. My parents took their Ford Explorer to this repair shop, requesting the exclusive use of OEM parts. Disappointingly, the vehicle suffered a breakdown shortly after the warranty expired, a few months ago. I perceive this situation as inequitable, considering my parents' limited financial capacity. Consequently, they were forced to incur an additional expenditure of 3-4 thousand dollars to properly repair the vehicle. I do not recommend this company.

These guys did a great job. The check engine light came on and I was referred there because I have an extended warranty and they were an authorized service location. I have a 2017 Ram 1500. They diagnosed the problem, arranged for payment from the warranty company, clearly explained to me what needed to be and went ahead and got it done with a few days. Great.

Everyone is very friendly and got my car in super fast. The pricing was fair and they got it done quickly. I needed one axle seal replaced on the transmission and they did it flawlessly. They always kept me updated with what they were doing on my vehicle.

Great service as always! While driving my Moms van the battery died. Fletcher Car Care fit me in right away to install the new battery. They always have my back which is a wonderful feeling of security.

Brady was great to work with on a recent claim. Communication was clear, everything was handled quickly, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Always good to support small businesses that take pride in their work and stay dependable. Really appreciated the effort and follow-through.

Taylor is excellent. He was honest up front about fixing my mirror. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!

Car was towed there under kind of odd circumstances and they weren't expecting it. Took a week to get to it, which is understandable. They worked well with our warranty provider, kept us up to speed the whole time, and seem to have done good work. Will go there again next time I have a repair that's under warranty.

Service was good and they honored a coupon I had since they could not work me in before expired. Since they only had one technician working between 3 other vehicles, the work was done in a timely manner. Would consider them for other services down the road. I had oil changed and tires rotated.

Fletcher Car Care is extremely well priced, very kind, and so respectful! I needed a new alternator, & they got it done a day early so I didn't have to borrow my dad's car longer than needed. I'd never been there before, but Advanced Auto Parts suggested them. I'm REALLY grateful they did! I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on!

I had a complex suspension problem. After a little bit of false start their suspension guru got involved and knocked it out of the park. High quality parts. Good communication. Prices are fair for this high quality work. Obvious efforts to provide good service and good results. My only disappointment was their inability to service the sensors…..more Ford’s fault than theirs.

Shoutout to Kohl and company for taking care of my vehicle and giving me solid tips on how to keep it healthy. Kohl caught issues with my car that the dealership did not - and should have. Kohl took his time to make sure my car was good to go, gave a fair, honest price, and was extremely thorough. Kohl and company were the ONLY mechanics who heard me out, didn't dismiss my concerns, and took their time making sure they found and fixed the problem. I can't tell you how many times I have taken this meticulous vehicle to unnamed (Flow) dealership and had them dismiss me like I was crazy. Fletcher Automotive has proven to me time and time again that they are trustworthy, honest folk. Save yourself a headache taking it to the dealership who won't look beyond the end of their nose and get you out as quickly as possible - take it to Fletcher Automotive instead and keep your family vehicle running longer.

By far, the best place to take your car!! Taylor in the office is top notch across the board. Every single person that is in the shop takes great care of your car. They have worked on our Lexus and it runs perfectly. My son brought in his Tacoma last week after being told by another place in town that it needed a $2,500 part that was on back order for the next 4 months or possibly 4 years. Which sent us into a spiral as we were leaving to move our son to college! Taylor and Winslow immediately gave us a feeling of relief and said they would start at the basics and work through it. It would be the next week but we knew it was in the right place. The next day we got a call that everything was totally fine on the truck! No insane parts were needed at all!!! When I tell you that I could have mama hugged every one of those guys! They got the truck in 3 days early! Gave us complete relief and my kiddo has his truck for school!! God is good!!! Bottom line…these are really good people doing really good things. They took our emergency and made it their urgency. We are so thankful! Take your cars here.

I took my car on for an oil change and state inspection. While the mechanic was working on my car, I was taken back and shown the wear on my tires and the need for new ones as well as some concern about a possible leak or old rubber hose (2007 car). I very much appreciated being shown things of concern and not just hearing about them. I had confidence in the mechanic, who took time to show me and explain his concerns. The front desk people were very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed very intent on providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fletcher Automotive.
