Update : I once again had to use Fletcher Towing . On Jan 3, 2026 they towed my daughter’s truck and today they towed my car. Both times they were very professional and very reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else’s but hopefully we are done getting cars towed ?
Jan 3, 2026: Gunner was amazing today. He had great skills socially, as well as his ability to load, drive, and unload my truck to where I needed. Best towing experience I have had, shout out to him!

While traveling to NC, I had a vechicle issue that required a tow to the dealership for service. I called my roadside assistance and AAA with little success. I then called Fletcher Towing and they immediately responded. Great customer service, very professional and courteous!
called Fletcher Towing twice beforehand to confirm what I needed to pick up my vehicle. I gathered all the paperwork they said was required—title and ID—and nothing was mentioned about payment having to be in cash. When I arrived, I found out I had to pay $1,000 in cash, which was a huge inconvenience since I live two hours away, the banks were closed, and the ATM limit was $400. I had funds available on my debit card but they wouldn’t accept it.
The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. When I ran into an issue with their cash-only policy, he worked with me and even offered to hold my car for two extra days without charging additional storage fees. In the end, I was able to get my bank to raise my ATM withdrawal limit, and he kindly discounted the bill by about $125.
Overall, the process was inconvenient since I wasn’t told ahead of time that payment had to be in cash, especially for such a large amount. That said, I appreciate the effort he made to help me find a solution, and in the end it worked out fairly.

They were absolutely wonderful. From the dispatcher, Susan to Logan our transporter the service was so appreciated. We got stranded in Asheville and they got to us within an hour. We had called 6 companies previously including AAA and no one could come in less than three hours on a Monday morning! This company provided better service than even the largest fleets. Our Porsche SUV was placed on a flatbed quickly by Logan and we were on our way. The right was beautiful, and there was room to ride to the repair place with him. We can't say enough about the service and kindness of this company.
Had to have my Jeep towed, Logan showed up in about 15-20 min, which is exceptionally fast considering it was a Sunday evening. He loaded quickly and was finished in less than five minutes. Went to the office the next morning to coordinate vehicle drop off and make payment. Pricing was lower than I anticipated. Outstanding service start to finish. Definitely would recommend and will use again.
A gentleman came out and towed our camper after so many other companies denied us due to the severity of our predicament. He was extremely kind and professional and took away so much of our stress. I wish I could remember his name, but if everyone working for this company is even a sliver of how wonderful he was, they deserve everyone’s business.
Our RV was sliding off a hill and fletcher towing saved the day and didn’t take advantage of us like all the other companies were trying to. Nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered and very knowledgeable, got the job done quickly and safely. I definitely recommend Fletcher Towing!! This all happened on Fathers Day nonetheless!!

They were amazing and reasonable with their pricing. They responded quickly and were able to get my truck out of a tough spot. Right now it’s winter and the ground was frozen with a thick layer of ice and my truck kept sliding sideways down a steep slope. Me and my wife tried pushing, cutting the wheel, etc. and he was able to get me out quick and efficiently. I’m honestly pretty impressed and I highly suggest people use this towing company.
Highly recommend! I contacted them move a large laser. This was done on a Saturday from Brevard to Saluda. They were on time, knew how to accomplish the task and had all the right equipment. Adam was very professional and friendly.

I’m a professional driver and called Fletcher Towing to get me out of a very difficult situation, over the side over a very loose hill with very little room to maneuver. They showed up quickly, were absolute professionals and incredibly kind and polite. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They saved my day. I used Fletcher Towing today to get my car in for a repair. My experience with Fletcher Towing was A+ from start to finish. Polite & helpful on the phone. I called 3 different tow company's after my vehicle broke down on a Sunday. Fletcher Towing was the least expensive and quickest. You may think its because there service suffers but, you would be wrong. Tristan tge Driver was very polite and knew what he was doing and there tow Truck is very well kept. I am very happy I called them and absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.
I do NOT recommend this towing company. We scheduled a tow 24 hours in advance and they no showed. No one bother to call and cancel, nor did they answer the phone. Even our insurance company called them several times and no answer. It upsets me because my son had to sit and wait with my husband for over 2 hours and then had to wait another 90 minutes for another tow company to come out.
We scheduled the tow in advance to avoid this. I do not recommend this company for your emergency towing needs. You may as well push your vehicle, you'll get it to mechanic quicker.
I can't say enough about Wayne! He is the Dude to call!. I watched this dude show so much expertise in removing a vehicle that had no wheels from my lift. He had tricks. He had tips. He was spectacular. Took care of my concrete. 100% recommend Wayne from Fletcher towing!. Will call him personally for his work and tows. I found my towing guy!

Unable to start my push button start vehicle and stuck at a local business. Called and spoke to someone who reassured me on the phone. Driver arrived with a flat bed but he was able to get my car running so I could get it home. Very kind and courteous.
