I had a few people try to get me me out of this ditch where I was stuck on a log. I called a few 24 hour places that were anything but…I called a tow company that got stuck themselves!! These people came quick and and the guy got it very quickly, safely and without messing my car up! I was nervous because the guy was so young but he ended up bringing a hero!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
This company is very quick and professional! We waited over two hours for a tow truck through our insurance. We finally cancelled the wait and found these guys and they were there in less than an hour! Would HIGHLY recommend!
I was sick at a gas station in Canton NC trying to patch my tire e when the owner pulled in to fuel up his tire truck. He came up to us and instantly offer any help he could. He used his tire truck to lift up the front of my boxvan and when the cheap tire patch we was trying to use didn't work he pulled out his repair kit and quickly patched my tire and asked if up. I can't thank him enough for helping us out. If I ever find myself in this situation again I know exactly who I will be calling WNC towing!!!
What an awesome company. The people you employ say everything about the company. Harley and Jackie were amazing and helped ease our stressful breakdown while traveling with 5 people and 3 dogs. Harley’s spouse Avalon helped shuttle our group to safety while Jackie and Harley got us towed to get repaired. Thanks again so much!! Saving their number in case of emergency next time
WNC Towing was wonderful and helped my son who was on his way back to college after break. His tire blew out on I 40. They were so nice and got someone to him quick! Everything was done quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
My guy Jason was on the scene quick after my call to WNC Towing. Took great care in getting our van loaded onto the truck and was so kind and funny while my 9 yr old daughter and I rode in the cab with him to the repair shop. He hung around for a while and I enjoyed chatting with him about our kids and his experience during Helene. He was even able to help the repair guy jump start our van so he could get it pulled in to the repair bay. Give these folks a call the next time you need a tow in the WNC area!
Rude, and beware they don't charge days based on hours, if your car is there for 65 hours they will charge for 4 days at $50 a day. They also randomly pick when they'd like to charge more for less miles. I paid $90 for a tow 10 miles away, but $302 for a tow 8.3 miles away. They also do NOT care if you just had a love one injured or killed in the car they have towed. Absolutely zero compassion.

Horrible company. It's a real shame that they tow all the accidents in the area. Called to get my car towed home, first they said it was going to be over $800, then said $721, ended up paying $811.
They are closed when the car got towed there (5:40 PM Friday), I called one minute before they opened, on Monday, THREE days later, exactly 64 hours from when the car was towed, which by the way, IS NOT EVEN 3 full days-
They charged me for 4 days of storage at $50 a day, plus a clean up fee ($100) admin fee ($85), and the tow from the accident to their lot, a total of 8.3 miles, was $302.00
They tell me it will be $721 and some change, then tell me it's going to be $811 and some change. Somehow, it was under $100 to tow to my house, 10 miles from their lot. But it was $302 to tow it from the accident to their lot (8.3 miles) ...
Point is, they are rude and overcharge like crazy. If you can, use Anytime Towing or literally ANYONE besides these horrible people. My husband almost died in this car, I did not need more stress than I already have with this situation. You'd think they would be considerate of this... They took advantage of the fact that THEY aren't open when the accident happened so that they could charge for 4 days of storage and tack on as many random fees as they could.
I had an experience this weekend where Harley the tech came out and rescued my car from a precarious situation with precision problem-solving! This guy deserves a raise!
Harley was outstanding! We hit something unknown on the innerstate at night and got a flat tire. Not only did Harley call to let us know he was on the way, but he kept us and our vehicle safe on transit to the tire place. What really stuck out to us was that the tire place was closed upon arrival and we had nowhere to go, but Harley did not leave us until he knew we had a plan; the area was not safe. The Uber app was not working and we had to figure out how and where to go. Harley went above and beyond to take us to a nearby hotel, despite being later in the evening. His generosity and consideration elevated his professionalism. I can tell that not only he, but WNC Towing prioritize the safety of the family not just the vehicle. This service was meaningful and we hope everyone will experience the same!
I called WCM towing to get my car towed today. Not only was the service, communication/delivery of my vehicle to my auto shop handled professionally, the price of the service was also affordable! I highly recommend this service.
Jackie showed up quickly and was incredibly kind and considerate. He helped ease the stress and was so patient in helping me through the process. A crappy situation was made much better with his presence and I really appreciate Jackie.
The most seamless towing experience I’ve had. Jackie was kind and quick. His presence calmed me in the midst of a shotty situation in the middle of the night. He took time to make sure the place he was towing my vehicle was open on Saturdays. Thanks guys.

Called WNC told them what was going on they gave me an estimate right then and there.Took them less than a hour and they came and towed my car home.Thank you Richard!
We were traveling from OK to NC when a wheel on our travel trailer sheared off. Upon calling them, they located a trailer repair shop that could help us immediately and saw us safely to the shop. What great people!
Made an unexpected trip to NC from TX, on my way home a large tree branch fell on my windshield.
I was in the middle of nowhere. No phone signal to speak of. The very helpful people at Fines Creek community called the sheriff's office. The officer called me a tow truck.
WNC answered the call. The driver understood my situation, gave me information for windshield replacement and brought me and my car to a hotel in a safe area. He was very helpful.
I would highly recommend this towing company. I believe the driver's name was John. Thank you for your assistance
Not gonna lie, the man who answered my call was ready and willing to save my life if i had become stranded in the mountains last week. Luckily I didn't need assistance after all, but the brief phone conversation I had with this local hero gave me the confidence I needed to risk running out of gas before I reached the next exit. Thanks to him I can still maintain eye contact with my wife without feeling shame.
I was very thankful for Aaron. He was on time, professional, and was a blessing to work with. He treated me with respect and curiosity which is something I haven't had other towing services. Thank you Aaron for assisting this far from home girl and thank you for all you did. 🙂
Kevin, good man. No. Great man. Went out of his way to do a nice job towing my streetsweeper of a car with the cops rushing him over the loud speaker.
Not only that but dropped me off out of the way to make it easier for my friend to pick me up, and to leave me someone safer. Not with the lot lizards. God bless you brother man. I may you have good health, and long life.

What an excellent experience. Price was better than anybody else we called, but more importantly they were there LONG before anybody else could make it there. I highly recommend using WNC towing. I can’t say enough good about them. Thanks again for taking care of us as we were passing through NC!
Had my car break down 50 miles from home, AAA sent this towing company. The driver Patrick was there in less than an hour, very nice and efficient. Great conversation on the 40 min ride back. I definitely recommend them again.
Aaron did a great iob loading my vehicle and it was not an easy task as my rear wheel was off ! He is a true professional and was very polite and gentle with loading/unloading my car!!! Always call WNC Towing they're the best!!!
If I could give this place negative stars I surely would. They were called by the highway patrol to help me when my car broke down on a bridge about I-40. I had a car accident about an hour before and it had jarred my battery loose. Well, I didn't know that at the time, and needed my car moved from the middle of the road. He towed my car 5 miles down the road. I climbed up on the row back and fixed the wires. I had called Progressive for roadside assistance as well. But, the highway patrol's call to them responded first. So, needless to say, my insurance wouldn't cover the tow. It was all my responsibility. While I'm on the phone with multiple agents trying to figure out a payment plan, and trying to call family for money...the driver is getting multiple calls from his "boss" saying I need to hurry up. And, they don't have time to be dealing with me. Also said they had other calls to attend to, and I didn't need to waste anymore of their time. I asked the driver to please take me and the car back to his shop until I could figure out how to get $185.00 (flat fee because he was called by highway patrol). I was finally taken back to the shop. My car was still on the back of his truck while he stomped around the shop talking to "his bosses". I was still on the phone trying to get money. They told him he had more calls to go to. They ALL kept giving me rude looks, and nobody would even speak with me. My car was held hostage on the back of this tow truck for 6 hours!!! My uncle finally gave a credit card over the phone, and he wrote out my receipt and handed it to me. Sam was my driver. I go to the truck to get my car, and as he is lowering it down a lady shows up saying he had to hurry and get my car out of the way because he had another call from the sheriff. She gives me rude looks and stands there watching as my car is lowered. I get in my car. He says, I need you to hurry and move your car. I've got a call to go to. I got in and I left to go home. I lived an hour and half almost from this place. I just want them to know I did not appreciate being treated like SCUM of the Earth. And, I didn't appreciate how RUDE ... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE!! People like this company is what gives tow companies a bad name!!! Luckily, I've had to use a tow company before and know that not all people are HEARTLESS JERKS like these people. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 8 months since this happened...and I'm still mad about it.
Anyone giving these jokers a positive review must have gotten paid to do so. It took them 3.5 hours to show up after AAA dispatched them. They first told AAA 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours went by, I called again and they claimed to be 6 minutes away. After another 30 minutes went by, I called again and they claimed to be 13 miles away. After 3 hours I made arrangements to have my car fixed roadside. As the repairs were being finished and hood being closed they finally showed up. 3.5 hours after being dispatched. They are a disgrace to AAA and the community.
