I got an inspection and oil change. They checked over the car and let me know about a couple of other things that need fixed but didn’t pressure me at all.friendly and helpful.

Friendliness counts - Sean is awesome and has helped my son and my family figure some tough stuff out with his car. They stood by their word on a repair on apart that failed through no fault of the shop, but needed work anyway. Good local trusted service.

Called several Auto repair shops and Singleton’s was the only one that called me back with courteous response. They fixed my issue and fixed another one that I had and was very honest with reasonable pricing. I will definitely use them again.

We had our car towed there. It was checked out, and we were notified of what it needed to fix it. However, the guy was honest and said the car wasn't worth the price of the part because something else could easily go wrong with the number of miles it had on it. Honesty goes a long way with me, and I appreciate the owner for just being upfront with us. It was a good experience.

I left my Chevy Tahoe there last week to be fixed I believe Thursday and they were slammed but I explained my situation and they made sure I had my vehicle done by Tuesday. They did absolutely amazing. My vehicle had 2x4s holding the rearend up and I had no idea till I looked one day and seen that mess. They replaced it all. I had rotates, brakes, struts, shocks, and valve cover and a heater hose replaced! For all that and when it was done absolutely would recommend them for your work.

Wonderful service as always. Sean is a real communicator and advised me of the pricing and worked with me on the pickup time. Not Singleton’s fault, but I’m missing the little cover for the transmission lock. The guy from Haddons that delivered the vehicle probably is responsible for not putting it back in place.

Had some lights come on and usually it was gas cap not sealing. Did the gas cap trick, but check engine light never went off. Looked up possible issues and knew it was outta my league to fix. Read reviews about this shop and thought they are close and will give them a try. Really nice folks, explained the process of tracking issue. Gave me a lift home. Next morning called with repair needed and break down of cost. Mid afternoon picked me up and got the car. Any mechanical work is pricey these days. Sticker shock on repairs is a reality. After I looked up the repair cost for repair for this repair they were within the range. Trust them and will take both vehicles to them from this point forward. Timely work, reasonable cost and customer service is outstanding. Recommend them.

Amazing work! Sean was amazing not only did they get it done early (granted waited on parts for another person) but they double checked everything and fixed not just fixed what I thought was the issue. And stayed open 5 more minutes to allow me to come and get it!!!! 10/10 stars!

From start to finish Singletons was 5 stars! I loved the text message update feature complete with pictures of what repairs were needed which included detailed descriptions. As a woman I have basic knowledge of parts and systems but this helped me understand what was needed. Shawn was amazing, I truly appreciate him and the mechanics at Singleton’s. I’ll certainly be sending referrals to them. I now feel safe driving my truck again!!! AKA Slick Rick 😊

Excellent service, had my transmission fluid flushed. Was able to schedule the appointment within a reasonable time and not have to drop it off and wait a week. It will be my regular go to shop.

sean at singletons was hands down the best person to handle my car. so much was wrong with her (sort of still is, mostly cosmetic/inside stuff i wanted to do myself) they helped me so much with forfeiting charging me labor on some parts because of how bad this car was. she’s running and running good thanks to them. def bringing it back if it’s got any more issues.

Let me start off by saying that I am not from North Carolina, but my car chose to break down on our way home from the mountains. I was alone with a young child and trying to figure out everything. The towing company (Hatton’s-Nick)that came to pick me up was planning to take me somewhere else based on what I was told to do by AAA. When he assessed the situation, he told me that he had a better option for us and felt like I would be very pleased with them. He called Singleton’s and they told him that they would look at it. As soon as I walked into that office, I felt a comfort. Everybody was completely friendly and helpful. It turned out to be my water pump and much to my surprise, they said that they would complete it, so I could be back on the road. Keep in mind that this is late afternoon and they typically close At 5:30. Bailee, the Awesome Mechanic, quickly got to work and found the problem. He took video of it and showed me. That alone made me feel even more comfortable because I knew they were not just trying to push a service on me that wasn’t necessary. All that being said, they replaced my water pump and the thermostat and sent me on my way. This place is an hour and a half from my home, and in all seriousness, I’m debating on using them for my future services. I know it’s well out-of-the-way for me, but it left that much of an impact on me. Sean (Office Mgr) kept me informed and after watching him with all of his clients, I know that my treatment was normal and not just for show. Everybody that walked in there seem to have a good relationship with them. Sitting in there, I got to hear all of the conversations and some of the phone conversations, and he was completely respectful and honest the entire time. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is the absolute best garage in Haywood County. Sincere, honest, caring and efficient! They genuinely care about the citizens in Haywood County. They will even go out of their way to help young, single mothers that are struggling in today’s economy. We witnessed it with our own ears and eyes! Their work is superb and gets you back on the road fast! Highly recommend! The only place that I will ever use again.

10/10 would recommend Singletons! Sean was such a great help and everyone did such a wonderful job! I came up from out of town and my car broke down on my way home. They did a great job of getting my car in and efficiently worked on. I would absolutely recommend this place, great people, great work, and made sure to take care of the customers.
