Called for a tow last night. The lady was rude and sounded asleep and the price just to pull my car out starting was 350. Very unreasonable. Recommend price shopping first.
Hands down the best experience i've ever had with a road call period. They Arrived about fifteen minutes after I called. Immediately went to troubleshooting the issue. Determine the problem very quickly and had all the parts on the service truck to get me fixed and back on the road. Once complete the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needed road call service. My thanks go out to the entire team at Bucks.
Wonderful, fast service! We had a 2016 Mack stuck in the area. They ran my driver by a Loves on the way to the repair yard so he could fuel up so he could sleep in the truck until morning. Lisa was kind and knowledgeable of the area and got us a tow quickly. The driver was kind and efficient. Great service! One of our trucks had an an issue where the roof of the box was peeling off. We were not able to drive it and the truck was over a hundred miles from our office. I called Buck's looking for a tow but they went above an beyond. They met our driver on I85 and finished peeling off the roof so the truck could be driven. They were very helpful and professional. Thank you for helping us in a time of need.
