This towing company should be shut down and investigated the owner clearly doesn't care what's going on with his/her business they have workers who are very disrespectful they are very unexperienced and unprofessional they tow your cars for no legitimate reasons literally came to my family house parked for 2 mins come outside my car is gone remind you my car is up to date they gave me a ridiculous excuse and said my car looked like it's been sitting and thats why they told it then tried to over charge me $340 dollars just to get out for there mistake then told me it'll be $380 more dollars if I don't pay at certain time for storage fee I'm definitely trying to take these people to court because this specific tow company is diabolical

Worst experience I have ever had. Where I was parked at the towing enforced sign was not present. I later found it & took pictures showing them that their sign was down & not visible. Zero stars

Tow truck Drivers do not even have drivers licenses, no insurance and company owners refuse to pay their taxes.

My daughter was in a car wreck Sunday and the High Point Police Dept. evidently uses Gotcha Towing. We called them about getting her stuff out of her car. We called to see what we had to do to get her stuff out of her car and someone told her there were 3 things she could do. 1. Hand over the title. 2. Proof that she had complete coverage on her car. 3. Pay $200.00. I ended up paying $200.00 because her car was old and paid for and we couldn’t find the title. She also had some sentimental things that belonged to my mother who died in Feb. I was not going to let them keep my mom’s stuff. We go today to their place on English Rd in High Point. We go in and tell the girl we want to pay to get my daughter’s stuff out of her car. She asked me how I was going to pay. I told her I was paying with my debit card. She said if I paid with my debit card there would be a 4% charge. I told her I would go get cash, that I wasn’t paying them $ 200.00 and the 4%. This place is shady. She was in the process of moving and she had clothes and other stuff in her car and the stuff they throw on the road to soak up the oil and the debris from the cars, they threw all of that stuff into her car all over her clothes and stuff. There was some sketchy people hanging around that place. This company is a big rip off!!!

Towed my vehicle from my residence, then had the audacity to charge me $420 to get my vehicle back!!!

My car was illegally towed from Charlotte NC. Company claimed I didn’t have a parking pass on my car when the pass was very much so visible but due to it being night along with improper care to residents my car was towed off with no attempt to contact me. along with charging me $340 dollars cash only when it wasn’t impounded for a full day. When confronted about this i was told to take them to court so unfortunately that’s what i’m doing. Along with not being accredited by the BBB this company is ran out of the back yard of their home.

This business takes advantage of the elderly. My 74 year old mother delivered some medication to a sick family member. She was in their apartment less than 5 minutes to drop off the medication and let the family member know that she would call and check on her later in the evening. She had parked in the handicapped space legally but forgot to hang the placard on her rearview mirror. As she exited the apt building and her car was getting ready to be tower she tried to explain that she was parked legally but forgot to hang the placard. The driver of the tow truck stated that he didn't have time to search or look for a placard anywhere else and drove off with her car as she pleaded for him not to take it. She was charged over $277 dollars to get her car back. Now the ironic thing is that other residents and all their guest (party goers and such) use this very same space to park in overnight and for long periods of time with no tow service in sight. I guess these folks aren't as vulnerable as a 74 year old woman. In my eyes this shows a lack of customer service and what little respect this company has for the elderly. I hope that $277.00 is worth it for their profits and keeps them out of the red on their end financially. I can only hope and pray that no one ever takes advantage of their elderly family members. This business doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I had to give it in order to write this review. I will never recommend this towing company to anyone.

Will put dolly’s on your car just to charge you extra even if you your car doesn’t need them

Trifling workers who give you the run around when being honest about completing deliveries in the area. Nice attempt to get $125 out of someone trying to make a quick dollar. Zero stars if I could.

This place is a rip-off. After an accident, they tow your car away to their place and not to where you want it to be towed . So you either have to go there and get stiffed another $120 just to have it towed to where you wanted it from the start, or pay "storage" until you can have it moved by your own devices. I also got charged $50 because the driver claimed he used "rollers". Which, by the way, he didn't. The lady I dealt with was very disrespectful and unprofessional when I disputed this charge. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! They named this place right... GOTCHA!!!

This place is the poorest of poor. They are selfish and only care about ripping you off!! Don’t ever go with these guys especially CJ. They will rip you off. Charge you $300 and only had your car 15 mins. And wrongfully took my car.

Over priced and they are not 24 hrs so they charge a storage fee when you are not able to pick up your vehicle.

Got into a car accident over the weekend. Police had Gotcha Towing to pick up my car. I stopped by today to grab personal items and release my car to my insurance company. I received quick and proficient customer service from a young lady there. I should have gotten her name. But, kudos to Gotcha Towing for hiring proficient and professional people.

One of the worst experiences with any business I have ever had. If you are a business and looking to outsource to a towing company DO NOT go with these people!! They ARE NOT A REAL BUSINESS just some guys with trucks overcharging for the time being until they are inevitably shut down. The amount of time and money I had to spend going back and forth to a random location and waiting for them to answer their phone after 30+ calls is absolutely ridiculous!! On top of the lack of professionalism they showed they also CHNAGED THE PRICE MULTIPLE TIMES!! Which seems like it's illegal but of course I don't have a law degree which is why they are trying to TAKE ADVANTAGE of desperate college students. They need to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

Listing on google says 24 hours... That's ALL LIES! I called thus company merging a tow at 4 a.m. and the lady said 3 hours... in her you woke me up voice! I'm just saying if it's not 24 hours stop false advertising like it is!

Kinda scary over there my mom went to get her wallet out the car that they towed illegally and they closed the gate as if my mom would run off with our car the man also walks around with a gun and that's scary as is IDK I just never want to go through that again

Towed my car with my wallet in my car when I was allowed to park there. Told me it was closed when I got off work leaving me stranded uptown and a 4 and a half hour walk home

They were very prompt I was able to do everything over the phone. Hopefully I won't need them ever again. LoL
