Show part listed online. Drive there first thing. Guy looks part up. Then says they don’t have it. “If you’re looking at the one we show online, it’s still on the vehicle”. Never a give us some time, come back tomorrow. Just a waste of time. Why list the part and waste someone’s time.
Picked up late model subaru outback door,, insurance quality,, clean,, the guys got it off and loaded on my truck in 10 minutes,, dealt with Chris,, super good guy,, knowledgeable,, nice clean waiting area,, not your average salvage yard,, highly recommend these folks...
Called for a part for the truck. Drove 40 minutes one way to find out the part was damaged and didn't work after putting it in. Had to drive back to get a refund. All in all spent nearly 2and a half hours wasting my time for a part that was bad. Wasn't really impressed with the basic service.
I would like to say If you need a part this is who you need to use. Jeremy went above and beyond helping me locate the right part for my Durango. All conversations were through email since I was in Alabama. I had searched all over and me being female some people didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. But he was quick to respond. Shipping was easy and I received my part today. Thanks again.
Called up there this morning, the guy I talked to was very rude, I asked about a rear knuckle and a E brake cable that attaches to that knuckle, could not tell me if the cable was still there and did not offer to have someone to check, when I asked a similar question to one I previously asked that he did not make clear he said I already told you, like who talks to a customer like that very rude unprofessional I run a local automotive shop and have done a ton of business thru them however will not in the future!!
I called 7 minutes before closing urgently needing a car battery. My vehicle, totally dead and parked in the very active right lane of the hwy, was half a mile down the road. I expected the the person who answered to be annoyed with me for calling last minute and try to deter me, but he didn't rush me or appear aggravated at all. He answered my questions quickly and provided right answers, so I headed over. The guys greeted me at the door and were super nice. The man who assisted me had the exact battery I needed right away and charged exactly what I was priced over the phone. Even better, the USED battery has a 6 month warranty! I didn't know that was even a thing. Employees rushed to help me load the battery in my friend's car, once I learned that they're actually super heavy. The whole thing took maybe 4 minutes. Still, it was an awesome shopping experience with a clean and up to date office, friendly and helpful staff, fair prices and policies, informative and fast service, toped with a lengthy warranty. People should definitely make them their go-to Salvage Yard. I know I have.

Needed a wheel for my beater van, didn't know if what I had was steel or aluminum. Guys told me to bring it on in, and see what we could do. I walked out with the wrong wheel, (TOTALLY my fault).
Came back, they happened to have the wheel I ACTUALLY needed, and they squared me away with no issue.
Price and service were bloody fantastic, and BEYOND worth the drive from the west side of Winston!
Definitely going to be the first place I look the next time the beater takes a dive on me!

I'd given them 0 if I could. Try to charged me $79 bucks for a shift khob lever!!! A used one at that. I called O'Reilly's and I was chocked. A brand new kit was $42.99. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Very well layed out and they pull the part for u. All parts are already out but still in car so u just have to wait for them to drive down get it and come back up.
Went there looking for a rim. Unfortunately, they didn't have one, but they were able to order me a new one for less than I could find one. Plus, they had it there the next day. Great place.
They cut the wiring harness on the door and one of the headlights instead of unplugging everything, had to reuse everything inside my old door including the window regulator because they pulled the cables that move the window. And had to go to another yard to get a bottom door hinge because they "couldn't pull it" called all week about getting a whole front clip of a car and when you get there they act like you never called. Saleman Jeremy worked out a deal over the phone and wouldn't hold up to it in person. They forgot my grille, broke the header panel and told me to glue it back. All in all terrible parts pulling skills and lack of responsibility on the yard costing customers extra money after they already paid 800 dollars to you.

I needed a manual trans for my 2006 Crossfire and was not having any luck finding one until I got a referral for Keith Parsley, manager @ HP Salvage. He was very easy to work with and said that he had one trans in very good condition. Also asked who was going to do the install and my choice was an independent Euro shop (4) miles away. Turns out, they knew each other, small world. Keith said he could send the part over for inspection. My Mercedes person gave it a green light, I paid for the part and had it installed in one day. So far, so good. Keith gave me a fair price plus a one year extended warranty for a little extra. Highly recommend Keith and HP Salvage

Ordered a center jump seat for a GMC I have in stock, found they had it in stock, I called them to verify, they took pics of item and shipped it super quick. Have been using Keith @ HPAS for at least 15 years. In those 15 years have bought $1000.00"s in both Body Parts and Hard Parts. I cant remember the last time I got a bad part from them. They are my go to people, even though half the State is between us!
I was picking up my wife and pulled in the gate accidentally and felt real uncomfortable all I did was u turn to leave and workers kept stopping my car not even to help just to see why I was a black man in their area.. I will not recommend this lot to anyone who doesn't want to be judged wen trying to conduct business.. fact is your racist
Some of the best guys in the Used Auto Parts business you will ever deal with. Anytime they have something I need I do not hesitate to use them. They have been serving the High Point area for many years and I hope they continue to.

Definitely very rude . Couldn't even get what I was calling about out without him him asking me 10 times before I could even get a word out and then he had the nerve to continue to raise his voice Everytime he asked me what I was looking for. The employee definitely needs customer service skills or just needs to stick with picking parts instead of answering the phones .
