First time ever writing a review but this place was really good. They had plenty of people to help out and assist you. I went there today and looked around and found plenty of my exact make and model. People are super nice and friendly.
Really terrible service. the people there are absolutely know help and have 0 knowledge of vehicle. i highly doubt they even check there lot on a regular basis. i’ve gone here repeatedly for a friends auto shop to pick up parts. website will list that they have the parts available and they’re not on the lot or they’ve been listed wrong. ever try to put a 4x4 transmission that they listed as 2x4 in a vehicle. it doesn’t work too well. and when i tried to return it they refused me my refund even though i was well within my warranty date. 10/10 do not recommend going here
Great owners, workers. Prices were great they just didn't have a great deal of selection. But if people don't sell them their junk cars I guess they won't have a great selection they have allot more them this picture shows
I ordered a steering wheel part from AAA Auto Salvage, Inc., and Woody and Dalton were absolutely fantastic! They were helpful, communicative, and packed my part extremely well. The part itself was in superb condition, exactly as described.
They also went above and beyond by letting me use the more affordable USPS Flat Rate shipping option—I just paid for the label, sent them Free USPS boxes and emailed the label to them. That kind of customer service is rare these days!

This place is a joke, They are literally no help. I had called about a part and they wanted me to go check it out and when I went to go look for it I could not find it and they could literally not help you out. They were like it’s just there look for it in the yard. Especially with an attitude. They act like if they are doing you a favor and they are giving you the part for free. if I were y’all, I would just take my business somewhere else. Highpoint auto salvage is way better.
Called about a tire tool because my husband had a flat tire 2 miles down the road. He walked along 29 during 4/4:30 rush hour traffic in a 1 lane construction zone. When he got there they were very rude and 3 men kept telling him to hurry they were closing soon. He also asked to use the restroom and he was told to go out back and pee behind a car. We definitely will NOT sound business with these guys again!
I just picked up a 2013 Red Fusion bumper cover… from the call to check the parts… to me picking up the parts the service was great and fast they even took it off for me… awesome team!!
If i could avoid coming here would. But the inventory they keep and me being a mechanic makes it inevitable. These people EVERY SINGLE TIME do not want to help you. They make you feel so unwelcomed no matter how good of an atitude you come with it will not rub off. I never play the racism card but if you aren’t a lighter complexion(white) then just know you’ll be stared down the whole time. Its like this EVERY SINGLE TIME BY THE WAY. GREAT INVENTORY BUT KEEP YOUR FEELINGS AND SMILE TO YOURSELF.
AAA has always been the best place to go for anything I’ve needed. Not sure if I just get lucky, or if they just have the best inventory, but I’ve never had to go anywhere else for parts. Super reasonable price! Friendly, helpful and the front lobby area is always filled with customers when I go in. Highly recommend.
Called for a use part and they had it. The guy stated if I got there no later than 430 he would give me the part. Which was what I did. Then while I was waiting i asked about a second part and he sent me outside to the guy removing the part to ask him about it. Well when I did that part remover guy had an attitude and stated if I wanted me part today I needed to leave him alone because he only had 30 mins to remove the part so needless to say I didn't get the second part. So then I took the used part I got home and it didn't work. Had it tested and tested bad. Went the following week to get an exchange which they stated they would do that over the phone. . Upon arrival the guy gives the money back. I asked about getting a second used part and he stated if I wanted to remove it then I could but it wasn't worth their time for a second time. Mind you I drove 40 mins, twice now to get this part....why didn't he state that on the phone. Just bad business would probably never go back here.
I drove 2 hours to get a transmission for 13 accord v6, I called them few times to make sure the right transmission is ready to go when I get there. When I got there the transmission was ready to load up i got the transmission drove back to Va I drop the transmission off at the shop calls me back says is the wrong transmission. I call the AAA auto parts talk to the owner I hope he was the “owner” he said he was the owner of the AAA. He was very rude idk how is he the owner he’s no help at all he’s not willing to be professional to help customers is very rude very dishonest. Honestly, if I can put a zero stars for this business, I don’t know if this is a business or or what, because they are very disgusting people to work with very unprofessional. I will call BBB and follow a report as well
Doing business with them for over 15 years and never had a problem. Since new parts fail, a used part can do it more. If something happens they solve without so many questions. Dwayne is always helpful and if they don't have the part I'm looking for He tells me where I can find it. I highly recommend it.
Wonderful experience. The guys were very accommodating. Called in the morning. Told them I would be there during my lunch hour to pick it up. They had it off the other car waiting for me at the front desk. I just needed to pay for it. Saved me a few $100 vs. brand new.
Poor customer service, Dwaine was rude and not professional. Drove over an hour to get a door just to see that the door had damage that Dwaine never mention.....and the worse part of it is that his attitude showed he did not cared that he wasted someone's time. will never work with them again.
Called in to purchase a rim. They have it. Dewayne acted like I've given him a hard time over many occasions (1st time calling and last) all I needed was to know who to call with a credit card number. Instead was put on hold for 8 mins which seemed like it was on punishment and he's getting aggravated because of some invoice he is not able/willing to print. OK. Even after waiting on the hold and being treated like I've caused him all the problems. I'm just told in to fax in whatever and he will do something then i got hung up on. Thx Guys! I'll go elsewhere!
This is a good place to get salvage parts. The day I went I got a bumper support for a Honda civic. Bought it for a good price. Was a easy transaction. Be warned this is North Carolina and we have red mud. That lot has plenty of red mud. So if you can don't plan to go after a big rainstorm.
Bought a brand new item, and was told I could not get a refund. They stated a sign was in the office, but it's not very visible. It's not printed on the receipt. The lady wasn't very friendly over the phone either. I won't be returning and will not recommend them to anyone. Most new parts come with some warranty, they have no warranty and no return policy!!!
