Spoke with Jeff whom took the info and set the appointment to come get the car. Justin showed up to get it. He got it on the flatbed truck to take to Firestone for us. Both where very friendly but professional. I was very comfortable with both and the handling of towing the car. Furthermore, I liked the fact it is a Veteran owned company since my dad was a 30 year Navy Veteran.
Great service, the car was too low when the driver arrived so he waited for me to get it raised up and he was able to get the car out of a tight spot, no damage.

I left you a one star review because you brought a roll back instead of a tow truck to get the car out of the ditch. I did not pick you myself, the insurance company did. After you told us to call someone else that has a 4x4 truck with a wench, you left. Your response to my review was very rude and unprofessional and after reading your other one star reviews, I totally get why. We did however call Arski’s Towing after you left and they were able to get it out within a few minutes. They were very nice and professional. I’m sorry that my review got that mean reaction out of you, but I did what you told me to do and another company successfully completed the job. Not sure what type of scam this company has with High Point PD. My daughter was invloved in a traffic accident and instead of allowing her to use our AAA plan to tow the car home it was towed to this lot. I was told the lot would open at 8am. I arrived at 8:05 and nobody was there. At 8:30 a gentleman arrived but he did not have the key to open the gate. At 8:45 another gentleman arrived with the key. When I asked could I get a little bit of a discount for waiting 40mins I was laughed at. They had the vehicle for less than 12hrs cost me $295. Shame on you.
Arrived within the 25 minutes given for pick up. Respectable, nice. Did not over charge me because it was a Sunday. Price was cheaper than the other 5 tow companies I called. Will continue to use for any future needs.
My wife's car broke down and we needed it towed to the shop. So, we called Got Your 6 and they came out today in less than 30 min. I believe it was about 20 min. Ashton was highly personable and professional. He took great care of the car and got it to the dealership safely while we went to work. I highly recommend this company and Ashton.

I had assistance by Justin. My Father purchased his vehicle from TN and 4 days later the car in the process of shutting down while driving on the highway and I was able to get the vehicle and park it at Wendy’s a mile from my house. Justin was dispatched and responded immediately and brought my father’s car in less than 30 mins and was able to tell me the issue with the car! Thank you Justin.
Tim did an amazing job, this was the first time I’ve ever needed a tow and he made it totally effortless. He communicated with me the whole time and even got the job done a couple of hours before the estimated time of arrival. The only reason I needed to be there was to unlock the car to disengage the hand brake, he took care of the rest! He was super friendly and made me feel at ease. He was thorough and double checked to make sure my vehicle was being dropped off at the correct location. If you need a tow, do not hesitate to call these guys! You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, my Son and his father were in a car accident and my SUV was totaled, but thank God they are OK. As any Mom would feel, I was in panic and overwhelmed with the whole situation arriving on the scene. I do not know the actual tow truck drivers name but he remained professional despite my disposition. The next day I was still all over the place and went to the wrong tow truck lot but eventually found where my vehicle was located. Tow truck companies tend to get a bad rep and can be known for having a nonchalant demeanor when it comes to dealing with someone’s personal assets and belongings. BUT, Got Your 6 Towing & Recovery was not like this at all. Tim (the good looking one not the short one lol) was super helpful and a gentleman when it came to helping me clean out my truck. Even the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. Thank you guys for being so professional during a vulnerable time. 10/10 recommend!
I caught a flat on the highway. The driver reached me quickly and was very friendly and professional! He got the car on the truck bed quickly and efficiently! If you need assistance I highly recommend this company!

This is by far the best tow company I’ve ever dealt with. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes of my call to them. Tim, the driver was extremely kind and professional. Dispatch was also very pleasant. I also like the fact I could pay with card or cash and they send you a secure link to pay with a credit card. The rate was extremely reasonable. This will be the company my family uses moving forward. As daughter of a former marine, I love that they veteran owned. I highly recommend this company.
