Unfortunately, my Son and his father were in a car accident and my SUV was totaled, but thank God they are OK. As any Mom would feel, I was in panic and overwhelmed with the whole situation arriving on the scene. I do not know the actual tow truck drivers name but he remained professional despite my disposition. The next day I was still all over the place and went to the wrong tow truck lot but eventually found where my vehicle was located. Tow truck companies tend to get a bad rep and can be known for having a nonchalant demeanor when it comes to dealing with someone’s personal assets and belongings. BUT, Got Your 6 Towing & Recovery was not like this at all. Tim (the good looking one not the short one lol) was super helpful and a gentleman when it came to helping me clean out my truck. Even the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. Thank you guys for being so professional during a vulnerable time. 10/10 recommend!
I caught a flat on the highway. The driver reached me quickly and was very friendly and professional! He got the car on the truck bed quickly and efficiently! If you need assistance I highly recommend this company!
This company was dispatched by Good Sam. The tow company was nice exceptionally friendly. They took very good care of my vehicle. The office people were exceptionally nice. They scheduled a time to pick my vehicle up. They called to make sure everything was OK. Great service would recommend them

Went to pick my car up. Seems like the owner lives in a camper on the property. Called while I was there and he would never come out of his camper. When he finally did the man said he was going to charge me triple for waking him up and if I did not pay it then I would not be able to get my car back. Be careful with this company.

College kid who’s broke down in a restaurant parking lot, couldnt get it to start. My dad called from out of state and had a driver to me within 30 minutes exactly. Timothy was very helpful and friendly. He saw how stressed I was and worked efficiently to get me out of there as soon as possible. The dispatcher was very helpful in regards to my situation and worked with my dad to coordinate things. I’ve worked for a towing company myself and have never seen a tow done so fast and smoothly. And to be on a Sunday night, the price was extremely respectable and affordable. I would definitely recommend them!!
My daughter is just starting at High Point University. She dropped me off at the airport on the way home for car broke down. These guys were amazing there within 20 minutes. Make sure she was safe.
They got to me quick and thankfully tried jumping my car before towing it! We had tried jumping it with cables but they had a box for it and got it running. Saved us $20. The only bad part was still paying $78 for him to come out, jump the car, and leave. Dylan gave some good advice while he was here at least! Thanks again!
There customer service is outstanding. Dispatch was upfront with the price of my tow. There were constant text and a call from the driver to let me know exact time of arrival. I would not call anyone else if I was in need of a tow agian in the future.

I called my Life360 Roadside Assistance at 10:10 and was quoted that my car would be picked up between 11:50-12:20. At 10:45, my car was loaded up and heading to the mechanic. Got Your 6 came right away and got me taken care of. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This is by far the best tow company I’ve ever dealt with. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes of my call to them. Tim, the driver was extremely kind and professional. Dispatch was also very pleasant. I also like the fact I could pay with card or cash and they send you a secure link to pay with a credit card. The rate was extremely reasonable. This will be the company my family uses moving forward. As daughter of a former marine, I love that they veteran owned. I highly recommend this company. I was pleased he Arrived really early, but disappointed that he arrived without a bed to load my car on. He was going to be traveling a long ways from Greensboro to Lexington. Which would cause a bit more ware and tare on my tires.
