We had a flat tire and no spare on Sunday of the Labor Day weekend. They were busy, of course, but the person who towed us was very professional, polite and helpful. He kept us up to date on his ETA and gave us a good recommendation for a nearby tire dealership and took us there.
Called to get a quote for a tow, price was definitely reasonable and had my car picked up, towed to the destination without a hitch!! Definitely recommend. Thanks Saad!
My parents had a vehicle towed from the scene of an accident and the towing company was great. They were helpful with retrieving their belongings and gave helpful information about what happens next in the process. One of the drivers even helped carry a box to my parents’ car for them. They were so thoughtful! They are a little short staffed but as long as you’re patient their service is worth it.
It was late at night and Jerry Lee’s towing picked up my vehicle and dropped it off exactly at the right spot. I couldn’t pay him on the spot and he was able to let me pay online with a credit card. He sent pictures of everything and gave me exact updates on what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of an emergency pick up! Thank you again

My car was stolen over a year ago and was found by the police (10/29/23)and they had it towed by Jerry Lee's towing and when I went to get my personal property out of the car, they said that before I could anything out of the car I had to pay $165.00 for me to get your personal property out of my your car or sign your title over to them,( this is a rip off and not good business practice ) they have a very very nasty attitude and will quote incorrect laws to make you pay or get your title. The law says (a) "the owner of a motor vehicle shall have the right to remove personal property from a vehicle in the custody of a tow service business and the tow service business shall permit the removal of such property free of charge or no fee (Sec.22-227.-Removal of Personal Property",

Where do I begin. Worse experience of my life . Was told i didn’t have full coverage insurance. Which I did /and do. That’s none of the tow yard buissness. She took it because of my skin color that she wouldn’t be paid . Tried to keep my personal belongings from me . I was totally confused of entire mistreatment. She has a young lady around 20/21 who want to talk smart and get sassy with mature adults and I honestly didn’t appreciate arguing with a child . I will never ever want this company to do anything for me Nor my family and friends. I must say the young man who towed car was respectful and didn’t participate in the others foolishness. Every tow yard I ever used never put me through what these guys did . This was very sickening and I wish I could do more about this situation.The disrespect was real and I honestly don’t understand why.
I am warning you guys now... please do not call them. The negative reviews on here are real! My experience was so horrible that I do not even know where to begin. Like the others, I wish zero stars was an option.
To begin with, everything was moved out of the cabin of the vehicle and placed into the cargo area without permission. Even the floor mats. Really?
I confronted them about tearing out my son's lights and wiring. They ruined the wiring. She denied it. You can look right at it and see they did this! So she mentioned camera footage, and I took her up on that offer. Of course, no footage was provided. During this episode, she asked why anyone would mess with our vehicle when they had more expensive ones on the lot. I said, "You really have the audacity to put down a teenager's vehicle?" I said more things, of course. Not nicely, and not in a nice tone.
Needless to say, I will never use this company again, and I urge you to never use it either.
If every experience with this company is like the first one, they've got my business. Had the pleasure of working with Saad when I got stranded on Johnson St. He got there in 10 minutes, got the car loaded up in 5, and got to the mechanic quicker than my mother and I despite leaving after us. He was friendly and gave some insight on what was wrong with the car. No condescension, no overexplaining, just much needed help. The receptionist unfortunately gave us the wrong price for the service over the phone ($65 rather than $85,) but Saad honored the original price we were told. These guys made a stressful day a lot more bearable.
Austin came to my house and towed my car to the garage. He was on time, courteous and professional. If I need another tow, I'll definitely be giving them a call! Thanks so much! Eric C
The service charge was $65 for anything except for the towing. So basically they rip you off of $65 service charge for them to come jump your car off or get your keys out of your car that you have locked in. No one told this to me over the phone when I called to get a simple tow. If you want to waste $65 just for a simple jump off or any service then go for it I would never use this company again. Is a complete ripoff for $65.
Just sad service!!

1) It must be a contract price with HPPD.

Friendly and professional. We called to have a van removed from our parking lot and they arrived quickly and removed it without incident. Their dispatcher was also very polite and helpful.
If I could give no stars I would. The experience I had with this company was terrible!!!!!! I had set up a appointment yesterday to have them pick up my car in the morning. I waited 4 hours for them to get my car. They told me at 9 they were in route Iended up getting another call saying it would be another hour there was a wreck TWO HOURS go by I call back to see where they were they said another ten minutes moral of the story I ended up waiting another hour I called back to just cancel the service the lady was EXTREMELY rude and even hung up in my face!!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone!
Horrible experience. They were supposed to tow my car from one mechanic to another at 6:00pm. Not in the middle of the night, but a time that had been arranged 3 hours earlier. When I called to find out why they were not there, the girl that answered the phone told me that she didn't want to turn my phone call into a career. Lol, guess what? I'm not going to lose my career waiting on your call. I will never use your service again. It's SUPPOSED to be a 24 hour service, and you can't work at 6pm??? Really??? Good luck with your "career".
The WORST EVER! I set a time a day before to get my car tow, the next day I call to meet up and the lady falls asleep on the phone and later forgets what and where I needed to get towed. Unprofessional!! Then she made it seem like she didn’t fall asleep when it was clearly her, she’s lucky I did not get her name, but I recommend not to call this place!

Great com... got stuck in a dich after snow storm everyone said no or later even one told me yea but no time or tomorrow called jerry lees and they came right out super cool guy got me out in about 5 min best tow place in my book def use them again
Horrible company, my car got stuck in a ditch at 7pm, their advertisement claims “24/7”. They asked when I’d like to have it done, I said immediately they replied with they couldn’t do it at night. Confused I said “sorry, I thought you guys were 24/7”... to which he replies “I’ll do it when I want, we do it when we want, and I’m not doing it right now” I was trying to get it taken care of before my shift at 9. False advertising, crooks.
When my Corvette got impounded and he took good care of it made sure water wasn't getting into it and gave me a break when I retrieved it they're very responsible and good people at Jerry Lee's
