My truck was towed to this shop I saw about 8 guys hanging around no visible office finally a got appeared that seem to be in charge.I was told he couldn’t get to it until the next morning.I was told that the truck was ready that next afternoon paid him drove less than a half a mile to a fuel stop when I came out 7-10 minutes later my truck wouldn’t start.Acting like it did when when I had it towed.He came with his service truck couldn’t figure out what was the issue said it was probably the computer.He said he tried a used computer off of another truck and it started he said the computer and programming would be $3,500.I said okay ,I finally got my truck on Wednesday I was charged $250 for towing it back to his shop which I thought was robbery because apparently the computer was bad when he said it was ready.My experience with them was terrible very unprofessional paid $800.plus another $3890 something.Now,my cruise doesn’t work and the traction light stays on I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

We had a Cascadia broken due to a fuel code, it was on derate. I called this shop (Jim) and he said he does computer diag, but nothing far from the reality. As soon as he stepped in he said it was the BOX (DPF big box) and that needed to be replaced for 13k or take DEF system off for $3500. He had NO clue on what was going on with the truck, so I took it to the dealership and of course that was not the issue. Would not call him again for any issue related with computer stuff. Plus he took forever to hook it up to computer and was talking his sweet time to do everything.

I couldn't get anyone to look at my peterbilt in a 50 mile radius. These guys said bring it in we will look at it the second you get here. What I thought was a clutch brake ended up being broken pressure plate springs. These guys pulled it in got everything fixed fast and got me back on the road. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Super nice guys. If I ever have trouble in this area again my truck will always come to them!!!
