Personally I've met Eric the owner on two separate occasions and both times he's been nothing but helpful and understanding. His team and staff makes sure to give you great services and give you professionalism to match down to earth people. Their a one stop shop give them a call they always answer or call right back.
Got my car towed here. The next day I came to get my cellphone out of the car and it had magically disappeared. Tracking it told me it was here, so I go in and ask them and they suspiciously swear that they haven’t seen it, tried to blame the family that was searching their car next to mine, which was incredibly racist. Will never use this company again.

I can’t say enough good things about this wrecker company and Charlie Allen. He went above and beyond to check o my son who was riding through an area that is unknown to us and was involved in an unfortunate situation that kept him on the side of the road for hours in a rough part of the town. My son was 3 hours away from home and he was unable to tow him that far but recommended someone and even drove to him to check on him and stayed with him until the other wrecker showed up. He even called later to check and made sure my son made it home. If you need a wrecker that has workers that go above their duty I would definitely use this company.
This is the only towing service that I use. Ive been relying on Eric's for more than 12 years, His Rates not only competitive they are usually the lowest. I would recommend Eric to anyone that needs any type of towing service there understanding and are willing to work with you
Called Eric's wrecker service told the man my situation and location!! It was early evening on Labor Day !! Was there in no time at all. Very knowledge hooked and booked no problems!! Myself i'm so thankful they came out when i'm sure some wouldn't have!! Really appreciate them,if i need someone to come and help This is who I'm calling!!Thank y'all so much!!
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was in a small accident and the police are the ones that actually called Eric’s for me. He was timely, friendly, and when I went to retrieve my belongings out of the vehicle, he was happy to help, he even took the tag off for me. I like that he was knowledgeable about the insurance process and what would happen after I called them. This was my first wreck so I had no clue what to do. I would recommend Eric to the next person!!!
It's a wrecker. Any I have ever used were all more than willing to help ASAP. They charge so much. Why would they not be willing to help? It's like your water & power bill. All wrecker / tow trucks charge about the same. Plus, who else are you going to get whatever is getting picked up that needs a tow truck to move it? Just saying
I receive a letter from SNC department of transportation regarding on my stolen vehicle to call Eric's paint & body shop so i did, i call and talk to Eric who said he would call me back with information but he never did, so i call him back to know some more information to get my car out off his shop, Eric wouldn't tell me anything, he didn't know when the car was pick up and he wouldn't tell how much would it be to get my car out, he was rude and he was not willing to help me and he said he didn't have the time for this and hang up on me. I will contact my lawyer... This is ridiculous
Unfortunate circumstance of why were there, (towed from bad accident), but the staff was great and helpful! Tow truck driver was knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic to our current situation.
Called them for a tow and was told that they were running behind but would be here in an hour or so. Waited 3 and a half hours for them to show up. When the driver arrived he got out of his truck and said that he was sorry but he couldn't tow me right now even though he was there, with a tow truck. He said that he had another call to attend to and suggested that I call another tow company because it would be hours before he could come back for my vehicle. I did call another company and will do so from now on. I don't suggest wasting your time with these guys.
Extremely friendly and made the entire process simple and easy to get through. Always answered the phone and every question I had. Can't thank him enough.
