Called and asked about a part, the first time I spoke to the woman (Bonnie i think was her name) she was pretty helpful, the 2nd time (i called back) not so much. I guess I was bothering her, or she cldnt hear well bc she was interrupting me when I was answering her questions and then she literally blew in aggravation and said "mmm...wow". Maybe it was bad phone connection, but I whole heartedly think she has zero patience. Not everyone is knowledgeable in vehicles and I've never felt a condescending attitude from any other parts place as I did from her. As a woman you would think she would be happy to help another woman...not be rude as heck.

Very Poor & Rude Customer Service! Called to see if they had the part I needed before driving all the way there & the Female that answered phone was a Total Beeotch!!!

Trinity was the best ,found what i needed for a fair price, and made sure it's condition. Trinity also did all this with great customer service. The part turned out perfect. Ask for Trinity and tell him Todd says hello.

Sold me a motor that was 3.0 front wheel when i clearly stated i needed rear wheel, gave me the run around for months alot of time wasted, long story short the motor was NO GOOD( HEADS) they did bring me some heads not knowing if they were good or not because didn't take to machine shop, so i just bought brand new heads. I will NEVER do business here again and advise you not to either. Alot of money and time wasted

They have one of the rudest front desk staff. Went to see a part and the condescending look and hesitation from Jessica after every question - I just left than to deal with her. It’s much better to order part from ebay than to deal with staff who clearly don’t wanna be there.

Needed a new fender, bumper and grill for my minivan and found all of them here for MUCH cheaper than I would have had to pay for them new. I'm talking thousands. If you need replacement parts for your car come here first, you might save yourself a fortune.

Everytime I've ever come here the wait is incredibly long. I don't know how people can afford to waste so much time here. I'd rather go pick the part myself in the blazing sun.

Thank you, Jessica, for service with a smile and for hooking me up with body parts for my 1999 Yukon!

Great spot for used parts. Staff can be patient, answers the phones & works to be straightforward about conditions of parts

Bonnie is super nice, and I appreciate it much, as well as José. I called to get an alternator for a SAAB the day before today and was told that they had one .... Oh, My Lucky Stars! HOWEVER, when I drove a distance to pick up the alternator, there was no main terminal - couldn’t connect to power source (entirely missing). Thus, it was unusable. They gave me the alternator. That's generous, except that it doesn't work. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand. I was disappointed. HOWEVER, TRINITY realigned My Lucky Stars and on St. Patrick's Day no less. Located and brought in an alternator from Maryland for me to pick up a day early than expected. THANK YOU!!! ⭐⭐

They were very nice and also very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them. They actually called back and had the part there waiting for me. They also went above and beyond by sending me pics of the part I needed and making sure the paint code matched mine.

Great experience from start to finish. From initial contact via live chat, to getting the part once I arrived at the yard. Everyone knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Wish everything worked this well.

Went there today. Was worth the 2 hr drive. Very nice lady, Jessica, helped us at the counter & super nice guy, Andrew, helped in the yard. Only 1 person was allowed to go back with him in the yard, but for the most part, the parts we needed were already pulled. We ended up getting more than we came for, but their prices were pretty good, so we decided to go ahead & get them. Ty Jessica & Andrew!

If I could give zero I would, an agent came and towed my car and messed up my car. I tried speaking with the owner about it she was very hostile, wouldn’t let me speak and hung up the phone. She became very confrontational when I told her I had proof

I recently (early February) purchased a used automatic transmission from this salvage yard. I purchased it for a customer of mine that needed a replacement transmission in their vehicle. I own a small independent auto repair shop and have been doing this a very long time. This is not my first experience with Wagners but I will say it will be my last. I will say this much. In years past I never had any issues with them. However policies and customer service has clearly changed over there. I installed the transmission and the unit it did not make it very long. My customer has the vehicle towed back to me and I diagnose and confirm the transmission has indeed failed. When I email my sales individual who i had already dealt with, the response I get is that they do not have one on hand, they can get me one, but it will cost an extra $250 over my original purchase price because this one is lower mileage. Mind you, I already had invested $150 on top of the original purchase price, because after installing the transmission (the first one I got) I removed the pan to replace the filter/fluid only to find that the transmission pan was so damaged from underneath it literally destroyed the shift solenoids and internal transmission harness. Obviously I had to replace the solenoids, harness and pan to take care of my customer. It is certainly not my customers fault this happened. The job had to get done. I took pictures of everything beginning to end. I tried to get reimbursed for the $150 I personally invested in this unit and denied it because I had already addressed the issue prior to notifying them. Bummer, but I sucked it up for my customers sake. Now this unit is trash and after some back and forth I finally agree to pay the EXTRA $250 to get a replacement unit (again out of my pocket to take care of my customer, I'm now out an extra $400 over what the original price of the transmission was!) It's been over a week and I still don't have the replacement unit and have not had an email or any communication in over 2 days. Meanwhile my customers vehicle is in my shop and I can't take care of them they way they need to be. This whole experience has left me absolutely disgusted with this establishment and I will surely never return. I'm well within the 90 stated warranty period and have followed all their guidelines and then some. As a small business owner myself this I can say, it's shameful crooked behavior.

Upon arrival I stood in front of a worker behind the desk.... there was no one in front of us....but the elderly woman with glasses on didn't look up to acknowledge us, but proceeded to speak to a woman completely behind and to the left of us, saying are you ready and then the woman stpped in front of us. Well as a 57 year young woman, I totally remembered feeling (WOW!!! Customer Service is Really going to Hell in a hand basket)......I mean this woman didn't even Freaking Acknowledge us, saying absolutely nothing!!!! Now had she looked up and said, sorry I was helping this young lady and will be with you in a moment, that would've made all the difference in this visit.... to top it off they didn't even have the battery for my car in which I was told to bring mine in for 40$ Exchange. I can't help feeling like this woman was the one who took that call, as it was filled with no customer service as well. Will second think this location of car graveyard in the future..... the gentleman that helped was, apologetic and courteous however.

Don't waste your time. Looked my part up online, showed in stock. Called ahead of time to confirm and have it pulled. After the hour long drive to get there. part had not been pulled and no one knew anything about it. Then one of the ladies called to have the part pulled had me wait another hour. She then handed me a sheet saying it was ready and I needed to go with this gentleman to verify it. After looking for it with him for 15 Minutes. Part wasn't anywhere on the shelf to verify and she tells me that the puller says it's not in the car they don't have it. Then smiles and says I hope you didn't drive far. Really. So if your shopping for parts don't waste your time. And if you're going to use walkie-talkies to communicate with pullers and the front counter how about call when your looking at the car and the freaking parts not there instead of wasting people's time. And how about verifying you have the part when someone calls and take it off the website if you don't actually have it.

I'm not really the review type, but when I have an experience as bad as I had at this place, I've got to warn people. So I drove 2 hours from Fayetteville after I called them to confirm the presence of a part, a fender. This is a difficult to find item so I was pretty happy about it, and she assured me they had it. Anyway, I get there and ordered the fender to be pulled. I waited for almost an hour for the washed up guy with the cheesy stud earring to tell me that the part is bad. Not only that, but he had a smile on his face as he told me that info like it was entertaining to him. It took everything within me to contain myself, also, I had my young son with me so I couldn't do that. It took me 3.5 hours to get home because of raleigh traffic. Wouldnt have been that bad, had I had the part I drove there for. So $50 in gas and 6 hours of completely wasted time. The ladies there were sweet and brought my son a bottle of water because their dispenser was out.

Have been trying to contact someone at this business for almost 2 weeks about a motor I purchased and is not as described. Looking for a solution but given .no response I'm feeling I'm being ignored. Motor said it had 47,000 miles and no issues which is not the case. Immediate faults when starting. I am just looking for a solution to my problem and just would like some help getting the motor back to where it was advertised

They have a good selection of parts and great staff. You can search the website for parts you're looking for. Some stuff is already removed from the cars and sitting in their warehouse, ready to go. Everything else, they'll pull for you. They won't start pulling it until you get there, though, presumably to make sure they're not pulling parts for someone who's going to flake. I highly recommend it. I got my transmission, rear axle, and driveshaft from them, have had no problems with them, and saved maybe $2-3k by now

I ordered a torque converter for my Audi A4 quattro and expressed several times quattro and received a torque converter for a cvt two wheel drive which looked nothing like wouldn't fit and I was told that the part was purchased as is even if they sent me the wrong part..which the last who takes calls said I know what a torque converter is but clearly she had no clue sine there totally different in audi . Never trust them again!

Website has a pic of their sign and that's the only way to figure out what their hours are. Sign says they're open on Sat. so I called to ask some questions about a part I need. Lady answered and was kinda snippy and didn't know any answers. She hung up on me, so I called back. She answered again and then said they were closed, so I apologized for bothering her. My questions weren't out of line -- I just needed to know what to expect as a first time customer before driving all the way there. I bought what I needed elsewhere.

I’ve only picked up parts from here a few times. Efficient and easily accessible. Front counter staff helpful in making the process happen as quickly as possible. The guys having to do the yard and parts removal could use a couple snicker bars.

I called ahead to make sure that the middle stow and go seats I'd seen online were STILL available BEFORE I drove from Lillington TO Durham. I was assured they HAD the seats and when i got there, the only seats they had for me were a bench seat that I couldn't use. Was a waste of time and gas money to go there. Found my seats at Mclamb's in Fuquay Varina instead. Not only did Mclamb's have my seats BUT they also threw in the floor cover part because the floor cover I had wouldn't of worked with the seats I bought. AND a sweetheart named Miguel helped me install the seats AND cover. ****Stow and go seats pictured here I FOUND at MCLAMB'S in Fuquay Varina NOT at Wagner's****

Wagner's had exactly what I needed and the best part is that all I had to do is call and ask. They have a great database with parts and prices of everything they have on the lot. I was behind on my inspection because the Hyundai dealership was well or if my price range for a taillight. The lights worked but the red cover had a small crack in it. Wagner's was a life saver. As others have said, do not turn into the industrial park like Google Maps tells you to, just drive a bit further and you'll see the entrance.
