EXTREMELY unprofessional to say the least. I waited OVER AN HOUR for the driver to arrive and the lady over the phone constantly LIED about the driver arrival. Driver finally arrived and threatened to leave without giving me my car. I had to say I was calling the police for him to give me my car. They were very rude and disrespectful. Open hours are LIES as-well. Overall TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business and I would not recommend ANYONE spend money with them. I would push my car across the United States before giving them a dime of MY hard EARNED money. Money hungry, rude, disrespectful, and nasty behavior exhibited from these folks. Also I had to call over 7 times before the driver arrived and after about my 4th call they would just send me to voicemail. Again UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL. AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM. Bankruptcy is their best option with the way they treat people trying to give them money.
Not once did I blame you all for towing my car. I blame you for LYING. I was VERY civil my first 2-3 phone calls. ANYONE would get irritable after waiting an HOUR for a person to arrive to unlock a gate. When I was told they would MEET me there. You LIED about the arrival of the man 4 times THATS when I got angry. But you knew that.
The receptionist I talked to was so nice and friendly as well as patient with me down to the tow truck gentleman who came out to pick up my car and tow it. Both people were so friendly and sweet, which was a relief after my car had been broken into and dealing with my car insurance and two other tow companies trying to charge 300-500! When the place I need to be towed to wasn’t that far. Dave’s towing employees are amazing thank you for cheer me up after a stressful situation and being reasonable what your prices! I will definitely save your information. I refer you to anyone that’s in need of a Towing!
Chris Atkins was great. He showed up exactly at the time he estimated and was careful and respectful with my car (its low on the front) while loading and unloading.
Called them after another two company said it would be difficult. I was told 30 mins driver was there in less than 30 did what he needed to do and in a very good professional manner

Called Dave for a quote to have my car towed at 3 am. His pricing is so reasonable. He arrived within 15 mins might have been more like 8. Super fast.
The hook up to my car was impressively fast and efficient.

I needed road side assistance. Chris showed up, not only earlier than anticipated, but called to report he was on his way. He was so friendly and make a difficult morning so much better. He diagnosed my car and in minutes, had me taken care of. He really is a great guy and a great representation for Dave's Tow-Away.

I own a fairly large truck with over sized tires and wound up getting a flat on the side of I-40 west bound. My factory jack and spare tire are no longer of any use to me, so when I do get said flat tire, I’ve got to call for a tow. I started with my first Google search which was scam or wanted way to much to tow only 4 miles. At that moment I decided I wanted to look for a local business and help support the local community. Luckily I came across Dave’s Tow-A-Way out of Durham NC and they sent Chris out to my rescue. Chris tested the limits of is tow rig that day with my truck being as big as it is, but Chris handled it like a BOSS!!! Good experience with Dave's Tow Away. Chris called on the phone, stayed in touch with his ETA, and was prepared for a somewhat unorthodox situation. Drove me to the dealership and took care with my vehicle. Good service, I would definitely use them again if I was in Durham.

I had the best encounter this morning with Chris from Dave's Tow-A-Way. He called me after receiving a request for a tow from my insurance company. He was professional, polite and provided an accurate eta on when he would arrive to have my location to have the vehicle towed to the body shop. He arrived at my location and greeted me politely. He took pictures of my vehicle, reminded me to remove any items I may need from my vehicle, and started it to try to assess how he would get it up on his tow truck. He treated my vehicle gingerly and I was very impressed with the care he took. The entire process with him was seamless and I appreciate him. I was able to call my body shop to confirm my vehicle got there without issues and they confirmed it did. I will utilize Dave's next time I need a tow and recommend them as well.

Budget rental car tire went flat 12 miles from the RDU airport. Chris from Dave's tow away called and arrived almost an hour earlier that estimated by budget. A real nice guy. 5 stars for sure.
I caught a nail and the sidewall of the Mercedes. SL500. Chris showed up and was very professional. He also went above and beyond to tell me to a place where my tire could get repaired because I was stranded. I would recommend this service, but more importantly, I want to acknowledge the professionalism of Chris, the tow truck driver.
