My husband and I was stranded in the middle of WE DIDN’T KNOW WHERE and they found us! When I tell you All Out Towing and Transport made us top priority, found where we were and towed us to our destination safely. I love the fact that we wasn’t left alone until they knew were going to be fine. I didn’t remember the gentleman’s name that allowed us to ride also but Thank you sir for your phenomenal hospitality, great conversation and for going the extra mile to make sure we would be alright were you towed us. I also want to thank you for the very affordable price you charged us to get to where we could get home. I highly recommend All Out Towing and Transport no matter where you are because they will come to no matter what!!
I can't say enough good things about All Out Towing and Transport. Customer service was spectacular! Scott genuinely cares about his business and customers. I was able to call out of state and get a tow for my father and brother who were stranded on the side of the highway at 2AM. He even towed them to their destination 2.5 hours away from Olin, NC. Such a great experience for all of us. Scott is proof good people still exist in the world. Even the follow up service was wonderful. He is very responsive and helpful with anything we need. I wish nothing but the best for his business and family. Highly recommend!
We didn’t catch his name, unfortunately, but this guy was like the 20th person we had called. We were about out of options, stranded while traveling with our two kids and two dogs. To say that he saved the day is an understatement. My husband and I were super impressed with his customer service, and how quickly he responded to our needs. He hauled all of us, and our car, where we needed to be. Great conversationalist, and just a great guy all around. We made sure to save his number. He’ll get all of our business going forward. My husband got in a wreck in Harmony tonight at 8:30pm and stranded in a ditch, thankfully with no injury. AAA couldn't help him and offered no help. All Out Towing was so helpful and fast! They got him home safe and sound and I couldn't be more grateful. My husband said the tow driver was very friendly and offered a lot of assistance and even suggestions on what to do with his broken car.
10/10 would recommend and we will be keeping their number.
I hired this company and explained to them my towing was going to be reimbursed by insurance. All I needed was a document showing the details of the tow so the insurance had supporting documentation for the claim. All I received was a receipt from a credit card machine. I reached out numerous times through text and website an phone. A month later still nothing so I was unable to get reimbursed by the insurance because I couldn't get a document showing the details of the towing he charged $100 for. I have been very patient and provided numerous information he asked for. I ended up having to pay for something that my insurance was willing to pay for if I could have got the supporting document. If they resolve the issue I will remove this review. I didn't want to leave a bad review but had no choice when I could have picked any company that would have made it an easy process for me to get reimbursed.
Scott was a lifesaver! My car’s transmission went out in hour 5 of a 6 hour trip to see family for Thanksgiving, and my insurance wasn’t helpful at all. I called Scott and he responded right away with a quote and an ETA. He towed my car and chatted with us in his truck cabin for the hour drive - we honestly had fun despite the stressful day. My starter went out at a gas station in mocksville, 3 hours from my house, totally thought I was stranded. I called multiple tow companies and the quote back to my house was bare minimum 900 bucks from everywhere, even my insurance roadside assistance wouldn’t help. Finally after explaining my situation to Scott, he helped me out and came and replaced my starter for me at the gas station. It’s currently midnight and we’re just finishing up. Would recommend to anybody. Scott was a cool dude to talk and hang with too. Great Company!
The service I received was top notch and Scott really cares about his clients! He went above and beyond to help when AAA failed me. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but I found it today.
When nobody else would come out, the owner came fast to the rescue and towed my 1984 Celica. Worked fast and communicated very well about everything and knew almost everything there was to know about cars. Very nice guy and would recommend 10/10

I was stuck on I-40 late at night and could not get anyone to come out. All Out Towing came quickly and got me on my way. Very nice guy! Should have called them first!
We ran out of fuel on I-40 on a Sunday afternoon and needed assistance. We had called another company and couldn’t even them to call us back. That is when we called All Out Towing. Scott was helpful and quick! He delivered us gas within 10 minutes of us calling. We truly appreciate him helping get back on the road!
Roadside Assistance had me on hold for over a half an hour looking for companies in this area. While on hold I googled this area and I called this company to help one of my drivers get pulled out of a mud patch. The estimated time was 30-45min and they were there in less than 10 with great service and a great price!!!
