I want to update my review from 4 years ago.
Since then me and my parents, and daughter have had to call on mike too many times to count. From my moms Subaru constantly breaking down, my red civic having some issues, or locking ourself out of the car, Mike has always been there when we need him.
This last time not only did my car refuse to start, I went and locked my keys in the car after I had done called him to pick it up in Advance. It was 95+ degrees outside and I felt so bad about complicating the issue.
However, he was so friendly about it, just a "its ok, we will get it taken care of, send me a picture and ill get to it shortly". Set my mind right at ease. Made me feel much better about the whole ordeal. Wasn't long I seen my little red head sitting on the corner at the local mechanic shop, parked nice and neatly, safe and sound.
So, if you want to have someone friendly, professional, and considerate help you in your time of need Mike is definitely the one to call. He is always the first one we call.

My girlfriend wrecked my car and mikes towing showed up before emergency services. The following day, I went to take pictures of my car for an insurance claim. Mike was super nice and gave me really great suggestions as he guided me along the process. It was my first auto claim, and Mike helped to make it as painless as possible.
Freindly southern experience he trusted me with a transaction of 25.00 i did not have on me that showed alot of character in this day and time, of course i did right by it.
Long story short totaled my bike when a farm truck pulled out in front of me on HWY 64 and Ridge Rd. Totaled the bike. EMS took me to Winston Salem Baptist Medical Center. Mike took my bike to his yard. He sent his card to me via text and called me while I was in the emergency room. assured me he had all my stuff that was on the bike. helped me the next morning talking me through what I needed to do. Took an Uber from the hotel to his location and got my stuff of the bike. He talked me through what I needed to do to get my pistol bake to TN. Shipped it from and FFL Dealer in Mocksville to a Dealer in Nashville. It was a rough weekend and would have been so much worse without the help and kindness from Mike. Great guy.
Stranded at midnight and this wrecker service was one of two I called.. both said they didn’t have any help:: sorry can’t come. Thanks for leaving me stranded while you went back to sleep.
The most honest guy I have ever dealt with! Did exactly what they said they would do, very nice trucks very professional and was on time to meet me I highly recommend this company from wrecks to locked out of your car
