Our truck broke down right in front of Advance Auto parts and we were able to pull in. The manager was gracious enough to come out and check the code errors on our truck. They were so kind! Now we know exactly what's wrong and can get it towed to the repair mechanic. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

If you need auto parts, windshield washer fluid or headlights like I did then this is the place to go. Always friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff. You get the correct parts you need & if like me you're not sure they will go over the options & prices with you, take their time & explain everything to you so that you can make the correct decision & then explain how you can install your part if you are inclined to. As a single,older lady that means so much.. this is why I have continued shopping here for over 30 years. They treat you with kindness & respect. You can't say that about to many places these days. If you need parts,fluids or trendy little air fresheners at the best price then here's where you need to be! Thank you guys for my LED headlights, now I can see those deer on the way home at night!

When I say super awesome service from the store manager John. I mean it. I live 30 minutes away and just googled the closest store to me coming from statesville and going to Winston. Grateful it was this store . I’ll drive to this one from now on.

I had a great experience with Richard, he found a great price on a battery and quickly installed it! Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience.

We went in for a new battery for our truck and John made having to come in to make a big purchase more pleasant. He is so educated and considerate of your time. Anytime I need anything for my vehicle I will be returning and asking for John’s opinion.

Absolutely amazing staff!! They went above and beyond for me! Some of my parts wasn't in stock but will be there early and they explained all that and more too me before I purchased anything!!

Have been in this store a dozen times. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. John (General Manager) and everyone else that works there are always super helpful and probably go beyond what they should. This morning I was having trouble fixing what I went in to buy and John came out and problem solved it and fixed it for me.

I always use Advance Auto for my automotive needs, however this location surpasses all others in my opinion. From the management, John, to everyone else, you simply cannot get better customer service. The staff at this location are second to none!

Moved to Davie Co. almost a year ago, I’ve always chosen Advance Auto over any other auto parts store, but this crew here are top notch. Very knowledgeable of their products and vehicles in general. One particular situation, I had some issues with my vehicle and an associate, named Tyris, on his day off, went completely out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. We didn’t solve the issue, but he went above and beyond what I expected anyone to do.

What an awesome team in the Mocksville store. John was extremely helpful this past Friday, but even prior, every time I have gone into their store, each staff member treats me with respect and I have never felt belittled being a female in an auto parts store. I cannot walk into the store without always being greeted and asked what they can do to help me. Thank you - Thank you!!!!

The entire crew was very supportive for helping me find the best paint for some scuff jobs on my vehicle. The manager went outside and got dirty to find out what I needed. They signed me up with the discount app as well to make sure that I benefited from what I did buy. From the manager to the counter crew, this is a team of gentlemen. And they know their stuff! A year and a half ago, I dropped in to grab a new battery for my Jeep and I've been a loyal customer ever since. I can always count on John and his staff to answer any questions I have and make sure I get the parts I need. They're always friendly, knowledgeable and very clearly care about their customers. I highly recommend stopping in!

Excellent customer experience with online ordering and "same day delivery" from my local store here in Mocksville, NC. Ordered a jug of oil + filter at 1pm ET...expected it to be delivered sometime in the evening. Delivery showed up at my door right at an hour later. Incredible service! Keep up the great work!

Nick was so much help today. He was knowable and willing to go the extra mile. He was even checking the other employee work. It is just a guess but I think the other guy was new. Great guy great service. I am just visiting but would definitely recommend Nick to locals and travelers.

Nick was amazing! He was able to answer all our questions and took the time to crawl under the truck and check under the hood to look at parts and numbers to make sure we got all the correct things. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He even helped us switch the wiper blades and clean the windshield. I will be returning to this shop for all my needs from now on!

Visited my local Advance and the service was beyond terrible. Came to the Mocksville store and was greeted immediately by Nick. Told him what I was interested in looking at and he immediately began to ask me questions about what I was planning on using it for and what my end goal was. After a few minutes he made a recommendation but I was still undecided. It was almost like he knew I needed to see it in action to finalize my decision. He asked if I had a code showing up on my car and once he found that out, he grabbed the scanner, and off to the parking lot we went. He walked me through how to use it and all the features. Once I saw that, I decide the extra $60 was worth it, to get the extra features, and the ease of us. Nick never once pushed my decision but let me make it own my own based on the information and seeing it in action. Please let him know great job and I will be moving my business to this location because of how he interacted with me and the customer service I got.

John Boger the GM and his assistant Amber were terrific working on an old Jeep that I brought in to buy some supplies for. They went out of their way to make sure the jeep was solid before leaving the shop. Outstanding customer service going above and beyond.

The Mocksville location has earned my business, always helpful and nice employees. Quick to show you different options and prices. Needed a headlight for my car one night, they didn’t have part.. found someone that did, at one of their competitors stores. Definitely recommend shopping here

Picked up parts that were ordered thru another store. Couldn't install at home. Returned later and staff was extremely helpful. Installed proper adaptor on one set of wiper blades and exchanged another to what actually fit the rear wiper arm. Recommended place

John Boger, the manager is the best, he knew exactly what was wrong and what my car needed, then he spent the time to correct the problem. I can't thank him and his staff enough. He saved me a lot of money too. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was driving to Chapel Hill in the rain when it became abundantly clear that I needed new windshield wiper blades. I found this store on the Google Maps app and it wasn't too far off the highway. I was able to buy the blades and have them installed in less than 5 minutes. Really great service! Made my trip a lot easier. Thanks!
