I had an excellent experience! John, the Towing Operator, took his time to carefully remove a vintage car from a steep, narrow driveway. He was a pro and knew exactly what to do to get the job done right!
I needed a tow from my house to the alignment shop after I replaced some components on my truck. I scheduled a tow 3 hours prior to my appointment. I was in contact several times with the company and was informed they were 30 minutes away. I called back after an additional hour and was told they would be about another hour. Thats right 3 total hours of waiting. Since I had already paid for the tow I rescheduled my alignment appointment and the tow 24 hours prior to the new appointment. Fayetteville roadside LLC is once again 2 hours late for their expected time of arrival. I do not recommend this service to anybody. Let this sink in, I am requesting a tow from my driveway and they cant make it in a 4 hour window. Thank god I am not stranded on the side of the road waiting for assistance because I would probably die before they ever showed up. Unprofessional and unacceptable service to even claim to be a road side service.
I called USAA for roadside assistance and within about an hour and a half the tow truck arrived. The company was very communicative about their arrival times so that I knew what to expect. The tow driver, Scott, was very nice, friendly, and helpful with input on my repair. He really cared and wanted to help. Basically my mechanic overcharged and screwed me over, not fixing my original issue. My car wasn’t working again for the second time in a week, after my mechanic “fixed” the problem. On the ride over Scott provided useful feedback about my position and what my next steps should be.
