We called them the day before and set up a time between 9-9:30am. At 10:00am, no show so we called again and he said he was on his way. Well we live on base and the guy said he had to turn around because he had a gun on him and forgot about it. Okay, no problem well it is now 4 and we have not heard another word and we have called and texted. They are clearly disorganized and unprofessional.

Very dishonest and unfair offer for salvage, offering less than 1/3rd of what anyone else was paying for weight. Very poor customer service. I would have contacted a charity had I wanted to give my vehicles away.
