Great job. Driver was very safe and meticulous with loading my boom truck onto the wrecker. He gladly gave me ride to the repair shop of my choice in his very clean truck.
A waste of time and money. $67 to charge a battery that was not done properly and told the battery was not chargeable. The lady was paid $70 because we did not have any change. We were expecting a tow truck, but the lady showed up in a personal vehicle. Called AAA and they were able to jump the battery no problem. Called back to receive a refund but have not gotten a response. Have tried calling from different numbers and being ignored. BAD BUSINESS!
Tow was made super easy and cheaper than the others in the area. My vehicle was actually dropped off at the wrong location and they fixed it right away! Costumer service was fantastic!! 10/10 recommend!
Papa towing was excellent! They were on time and efficient with getting my vehicle hooked up and sent to the shop. I will recommend their services again.
While in Fayetteville we developed vehicle problems and were forced to call for roadside assistance. I had my wife and teenage daughter and we were stuck in a not so nice part of town while enroute to the highway.
This Company was dispatched by USAA insurance to tow our vehicle after we broke down in Fayetteville. The company was 10 from where we were sitting. After waiting for an hour and a half I decided to contact this company and inquire when they would be out. I spoke to a woman who checked and said there were 2 calls and we were one of them and it was probably going to be anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes before they could arrive as they had one truck. This was in addition to the 90 minutes already. I guess I should have been suspicious when the number I called was from San Juan Puerto Rico.
Not wanting to restart the process I agreed to wait, hoping it woul be sooner than 2 hours more.
Not long afterwards I received a text from USAA that the company had cancelled the call.
USAA needs to remove them from the list of agencies they use and hopefully my upcoming complaint will assist the process.
We were rescued by Mitchell's Towing, a Class A professionally rum company. If you use USAA and in the Fayetteville area request Mitchell's Towing.
I was very happy with their service here. From the moment of my initial call, very professional yet personable. They arrived within the estimated time given and then with smooth transition got my car to where I needed it to be with no problems. Even paying them with card was easy. I recommend them highly. Call them! I will be referring to my friends and family! Plus they were reasonable as well! Thank you so much
One of their drivers almost caused three accidents and when reported to the company, the response I got was “okay…?” If they don’t have regard for other people’s cars, I certainly wouldn’t expect them to have regard for my vehicle. You should look a little harder for the record! I’m sure you’ll find it
