While in Fayetteville we developed vehicle problems and were forced to call for roadside assistance. I had my wife and teenage daughter and we were stuck in a not so nice part of town while enroute to the highway. This Company was dispatched by USAA insurance to tow our vehicle after we broke down in Fayetteville. The company was 10 from where we were sitting. After waiting for an hour and a half I decided to contact this company and inquire when they would be out. I spoke to a woman who checked and said there were 2 calls and we were one of them and it was probably going to be anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes before they could arrive as they had one truck. This was in addition to the 90 minutes already. I guess I should have been suspicious when the number I called was from San Juan Puerto Rico. Not wanting to restart the process I agreed to wait, hoping it woul be sooner than 2 hours more. Not long afterwards I received a text from USAA that the company had cancelled the call. USAA needs to remove them from the list of agencies they use and hopefully my upcoming complaint will assist the process. We were rescued by Mitchell's Towing, a Class A professionally rum company. If you use USAA and in the Fayetteville area request Mitchell's Towing.
