SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! THEY ADVERTISED THEY ACCEPT CASH AND CREDIT CARDS BUT WHEN MY SON TRIED TO USE HIS CARD THEY TOLD HIM THEY ONLY WANT $100 IN CASH TO STOP THE PROCESS. MY SON WAS FORCED TO PAY $250 AFTER HE PROCEEDED TO TOW IT. THE VEHICLE COULD’VE EASILY BEEN DROPPED BECAUSE NOTHING HAD BEEN ATTACHED YET AND MY SON WANTED TO PAY THE $100 BUT BECAUSE IT WASN’T CASH HE REFUSED TO WORK WITH HIM. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THE SITE SHOULD SAY THEY ARE A CASH ONLY BUSINESS!
UPDATED RESPONSE: WHAT WAS DONE WAS A PREDATORY TOWING PRACTICE! IT IS A COMMON PRACTICE IN THE SITUATION MENTIONED. MY SON GAVE NO INDICATION HE WAS GOING TO BE DECEPTIVE OR RETRACT CARD PAYMENT WHICH ONCE AGAIN NO SPECIFICATION IS ON YOUR WEBSITE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TOW RATES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS! YOUR REDPONSE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL BE REPORTING YOUR BUSINESS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE AREA WAS NOT WELL LIT, HE EXPLAINED THE WEATHER CONDITIONS AFFECTING VISUALS OF THE RESERVED LETTERS IN THE STALL BUT YOUR COMPANY DID NOT CARE. IT IS SICKENING!
Jeff was amazing!!! He had to tow my car twice! Pricing was super affordable!! He was one of the most friendliest people I’ve met here. Was driving down I95 when I tried to pass one of their tow trucks. The guy sped up to block me, blew the horn and flipped me off. So then I was stuck behind and he slammed the brakes and flipped me off again. I literally have no idea why he was so angry! These are bad people! Stay away!
This tow truck company is extremely unprofessional. Tonight, the driver used racial slur, showing a total lack of respect. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment. I strongly advise people to not use their services— as they conduct business in a dishonest, unacceptable manner!

I believe this guy was sent to be a blessing to me and my family this rough cold morning, so many other places I called and he was the only one who answered and even got my family some place warm until we could get a ride home. I needed my car towed to the auto shop. When I asked for a recommended towing company, the number my mechanic gave me was for Jeff at All Night Towing.
Jeff was heading towards another call but said he would be out to me as soon as he could. Lucky for me, the other customer wasn’t ready for pickup and Jeff headed my way to get me taken care of.
He was quick and very professional from the time he arrived for hookup and final drop off at the auto shop. Service rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Jeff at All Night Towing again if I ever find myself needing another tow in the future.

Was stuck on the side of the road waiting for a well known towing company in the area to pick me up(not going say who). After a hour of waiting I called the company back and they said it would take a additional hour and a half to come get me and my vehicle. I then contacted All Night Towing and they pick me up in 15 minutes. Mr. Gillis even waited with me until my ride home arrived. He's a good down to earth family man. If you are ever stuck on the side of the road, he is the man to call. Thank you for your quick service response and professionalism.

This is by far the best towing company. I used them today to tow my daughter' car home and this guy was super nice ,super professional and pleasant. It's memorial day as well and I thought we would have to wait awhile, he was on time like he said and kept us informed when picked up the car and on the way to deliver. Can I just AHHHHMAAAZZZIIINNGGG!!!!! I never do reviews, however I raved on and on about this company and Jeff to anyone I could!!!! Not only did he save my life (figuratively speaking) but he was quick, quoted me a price, and arrived way earlier than expected! I was previously awaiting on fayetteville road side LLC who quoted me a 75 minute wait time, and after a no show, I called and received the worst customer service ever! I googled another tow company and All Night Towing popped up! When I tell you, I was completely amazed at how quickly Jeff hooked up my vehicle and and was able to maneuver it into my dealerships bay, with ease, I will never call another tow company again! I had the most wonderful experience during one of the most stressful times in my life. Mr Gillis was to my aid in less than 10 minutes, spoke to my husband to give directions to where I would be located, and allowed me to remain in the his storefront out of the heat while waiting for my husband.
