The customer service for me was weird, after reading reviews I see it wasn't just me, I don't know of anybody I've ever met in my whole life that's as rude as who ever the old man is at front desk? its sad because they have a lot of parts and the price is kinda high but if you're spending your hard earned money to a business and they treat you and talk to you as rude as this man, ill never go back there again, and that's the last dollar they get from me!
Let this place be your last option at best. Very rude and unprofessional. Buddy at the desk has attitude like you're bothering him when you're asking him for service.
In and out, Fantastic experience. People are great, place is clean, PRICE is reasonable for body parts that are already painted etc that you sometimes can't find at local pick and pull. Grade = B+
I would give it a negative if I could. The absolute worst place to get parts. Very unhelpful, very unprofessional. Seems to be run by Scooter and Barney Fife. Do not go there if you want parts business.
Terrible customer service got a grumpy old guy working the counter or and I was their only customer and I got tired of waiting after 15 minutes just to be shown a part and just left
Be wary of this place. Very rude, just walked in to ask about a part, the man wouldn't look at me. Then when I asked about the part, he instantly told me no. I literally saw 4 ford rangers in the yard while driving by. I know they have the part but I guess he didn't feel like dealing with me.
Absolutely worst shopping experience of my entire life. Being it. Is scrap and a junk yard I assumed we could negotiate price, he told me to bring my used part that I was replacing and set it beside door. I went and got it and thought maybe Im getting a discount for that. I asked him if we could discuss price and I said I had called around and someone said for same price he offered i would have to wait 3 days for a new one. I needed one that day, he became absolute a hole and cussed me told me wasn't going to sell it ,and all other sorts of crazy. Never again .
Terrible service. Could hardly understand the man when we spoke on the phone and I misunderstood when he said to get there. He was very unhelpful and refused to give me service even though I got there 3/4 hr before they closed. Can't recommend them until they get a better person behind the desk.
I called O'Reilly's Auto parts and they quote me $78 for a new headlight, I called this guy he tells me 75 for a used one and I let him know I can get one brand new for 78 and he just goes okay. yeah you can definitely find a much better junkyard than this I recommend r&c Auto salvage off of 87 got my hood and fender from there no problems cost me sixty bucks
Racist and Rude sat there and told me on price on phone get there totally another price .Also there were not friendly ,I got a seatbelt receptacle and the guy placed it basically on the ground ,I know parts go there but it's so small you could have put that in my hand .There are alot of salvage yards around they better stop being rude.
My transmission blew, They replaced it and it has been running perfectly for over a year now, they offered the the most competitive prices in town. And i would definitely recommend.
very bad experience , they don't know where is part i need after we drove 45 min to pickup part and after we called to ensure is available and answer was yes , they can't find the part then he come with part he not sure if fit and ask for my old part to match and see if work and we drove back another 45 min to with empty hand.
The most useless auto junk yard in America. First time I tried to do business with them, they wanted to charge me new part price on a used tailgate handle, $35.00. Went to the dealer paid $35.00 for a new tailgate handle. Second time, the owner?, lied to my face about a vehicle that I know he had in his yard. No help at all. Completely avoid this useless place!

Do not go there. If what you are looking for is there and only there, you would rather drive 4 hrs away to get it or have it delivered than go to McLamb's.

Yeah avoid this place.. went in to find a radiator. Needed a certain size for a project I'm working on. Wouldn't even let me finish and was told they couldn't help me. I told the man that if I could just take a look at what they had that I'm sure I could find something. Was told no.. and walked out.. this place must be a front for something else because they obviously don't need my money!!
Not pleasant. Came in looking for a GM style trunk lock and was told that they don't sell the locks, but the whole trunk itself. So you mean to tell me that out of all the cars on the lot, there isn't a single GM that has a beat up trunk that you can't sell that I could buy the lock out of?
Felt very out of place. The owners we not friendly at all and the car chair I got they rubbed their oily hands on yet refused to offer a break on the price. Really wouldn't recommend this business.
Called 6 different times on different days asking about 6 different very common Chevrolet engines . "No we don't have any" is the exact response every single time and then hung up. Who doesn't have a Chevy 5.3 or 5.7..... or 4.3.
Screw over i was 8 months pregnant bought a transmisson and asked the older man if it wasn't right could I take it back up there well it happened not to be went back up there and he said no exchange or refund for a 5 speed transmisson what since does that make I just junked my car and the new transmisson
One phone call from Germany and you all had the part I needed for my 2005 Pontiac. I will be seeing you all December 5th. Thanks so much again.

Very picky people. Will nik-pik over a part, lie and say they have part, then save for a buddy. Quote one price on phone, change it when you arrive. Not very pleasant staff. Some been working their too long.
This is easily one of the most racist establishments I have ever walked in. Immediately upon walking in the office the owner looked at me with complete disgust and didn't bother to ask if I needed anything. I was searching for door handles on my car at this time. I asked if he might have any and without thought he replied "no" then I asked if he might know another business that might be able to help me and ONCE AGAIN without thought he immediately replied "no"
The people are absolutely disgusting humans and I would never recommend anyone to take business there.
They are so rude whenever you got there i looking for some espesifics parts for a car they're not have experience to treat with costumers

WARNING! This place sells bad parts knowing they won't work and will give you a hard time when you try to return it for a refund. They will make you PROVE the part is not working through outside testing (that you have to pay for) and try to tire you out of getting a refund! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I have no idea why they are still in business!
Doesn't even deserve a star. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate people. They say one thing over the phone and another when you get there. Worst experience trying to find parts ever. Oh by the way, if you get your car stuck in their parking lot, they will push you out into the street to get you off their property. Never doing business there. I will make sure to tell everyone I come in contact with to steer clear of these jerks.
Would give them less than a 1 if it was an option. It has been a while back since my visit, but felt I needed to warn other consumers. These are truly the rudest and most unprofessional individuals operating a business that I have ever dealt with. As soon as I walked in the door I was literally yelled at for bringing my old part into the building. I didn't notice the sign on the door that said leave your part outside, ok, my bad for not reading the sign first, but really....get over yourself, you run a JUNKYARD! This was just a small part I could hold in my hand, it wasn't a greasy transmission. I have been in many of other reputable junk yards and have never seen this rule anywhere else. The experience then went from bad to worse. I had obviously made the guy mad behind the counter for not following the rules. I ended up leaving without the part and purchased it new from the dealer. I would walk before I would return to them for a part!
