They DO NOT sell used auto parts. Signs on all the doors and windows stating they DO NOT sell used auto parts. Need to update their website/ marketing. I wasted my time driving out there to them. Not their fault just suggest updating your marketing page fully stating you don’t sell parts.
I'm a battery man, I do battery things. I like junkyards they have battery's from time to time. This yard was very nice, the people I spoke to were respectful. I would recommend this yard for all of your recycling needs.
I called and let them know I had an old car that wouldn't run. They made me an offer, came and got the car, paid me for for it - all in about the time it would take for a lunch break. Quick service, and very courteous and professional. Thank you very much!
Called in about a driverside mirror for a 2012 dodge avenger. Thankfully these guys had one. I had it installed on my car today. It works perfect! I will be going back if I need more parts in the future.
Told me they had part i needed said it would be 20min.. so after waiting 30min i walked back up to window and was told it will be just a few more min .they about 5min later he comes out to say oh we dont have the part you need.. si i wasted a cool 40min of my life.
They are rude honestly don't think they like blacks...they were rushing me out without trying to figure out what I needed told me to go to the another place
I would have given this place a negative 1star but that's not allowed so I will say this was the worst experience with a business that I've had in a long time. First interaction my husband called the day before for a part and the guy told him yes they had it....hence he looked on the computer instead of going out there or have one of the yard ppl go look to make sure. Then the next day I traveled an hour and 40 minutes to this place to get the part & the guy goes out on the yard and comes back and says oh no we don't have the part on the car & laughs that rue car looks like ur wascut in half! Really how unprofessional of you to have someone drive all the way to your place of business to give you buainess and you don't even think to go look for the part 1st before a customer drives all the way there taking time out of their day and gas traveling. I bear my responsibility in not asking to have someone check before I drove all the way out there but really how do I know that they actually went out to check and I still would have driven out there and the end result is the same. This is horrible business and I wish they will do better in the future and keep their parts supply updated online.
Great customer service, they didn't have the parts I needed, but they gave me Information on where I could obtain them. I would definitely give them a call in the future.
Very nice people to deal with! We needed a rear wiper for our van for some time now and just for hoot, I called and they had it for a good price. Will be back if ever in need of any more parts.
Very professional company. I noticed that a bolt was stripped. They helped me restrip the bolt install the part and made sure it it worked. Excellent customer service!
Called looking for parts for my vehicle, all their staff was very friendly and willing to help! Prices are affordable and the parts were clean. I would highly recommend calling them first!
