I had a car that my insurance company declared a total loss after an unfortunate collision with a deer. They sent a tow truck from Cain’s to haul it away. The tow truck driver’s name was Keith, and he handled the process extremely well. I was away from home when he arrived, but he called me to let me know what time he’d be there. Then I realized that I hadn’t removed the license plate from the car, so I asked him to remove it and leave it for me - which he did. His competence and his pleasant and professional manner made a tough situation at least a little easier. Thanks, Cain’s and Keith!

These guys are awesome they definitely came and saved the day! I originally called them for a tow because My vehicle would not go in gear and then when Johnny showed up he knew what was going on and actually saved me time & money. I would recommend them to anybody Very professional and knowledgeable and as their ad states they are affordable.
I called the night before last to get a tow and the person answered the phone and said he wasn't interested in towing me and hung up on me with no explanation. His response is not accurate as I only called once and there were only 2 passengers. The driver and myself. The only bad attitude was from the person who answered the phone on their end. I only get two other companies to pick up the phone. One said an hour and a half wait and the other came and towed the two of us in 20 mins and we fut in his truck. You didn't offer any solution, you just hung up after saying you weren't interested. You don't have proof of two calls because there was only one.
My tire blew out while I was on the highway. Cain's towing was very quick to come grab my car and bring it back to my house. Very respectful and cooperative as well.
Cain's picked up our car today. 5 we will reccomend Cain's to anyone who needs a tow! Very professional, and will call you to update you on their location.
John was the nicest, most honest guy. I asked for a tow due to a blown tire and he came out to put on my spare for me instead of just towing. He even took my spare and put air in it for me before putting it on. He went way out of his way for me. I highly recommend Cain’s towing!

Awesome tow company! Was traveling in the middle of the night and alternator went out. Called several places to no avail! Called Cain’s and woke the gentleman up and from the start he was professional! After speaking to him he dispatched a driver and after driver confirmed my location he was there in about 30 minutes! He was skilled, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure I was comfortable in the tow truck. I couldn’t be more thankful for the safety in the middle of the night and traveling alone this company and driver gave me. As well as my extremely limited budget. It was a fair and reasonable fee. If not for Cain’s towing I would have had to come up with alternatives to getting vehicle to my daughters home. Especially after driving for 7 hours! My mind was numb and tired! Best towing service I have used yet driver was very friendly and wasn’t just trying to get more money out of me and he was quick and was concerned about my time and the things I had to get done had my tire changed in Less than 10 minutes highly recommended
Broke down on the side of the road this company is the only one's I could reach. They came quickly and were reasonably priced will be using them in the future.
I had gotten my tire replaced earlier today apparently the lug nuts weren't tightened correctly. With my tire almost flying off I had called around to find the assistance I needed. Only John from Cain’s Towing was there to save the day. From affordable prices to great personality idk what to compliment first. Over all 11/10 forever recommend every time!!!
Most towing companies I called the prices started at over $200 for a tow, Cains towing had the best rates of them all and was there in 20 minutes! I'll never even consider another tow company in Fayetteville.
I recently had a serious breakdown going through Fayetteville. Every other towing company I called had said it would take hours to get to me, and that's if they answered. Of the ones that did answer most seemed to have attitudes or were unprofessional.
When I called Cain's Towing, they answered quickly, spoke to me in a pleasant and professional manner. Then got to me quickly and got what I needed done. When you need a pro who's dutiful, and will treat you with respect call Cain's Towing.
Very affordable and fast service I was stuck on the side of the road around 1:30 in the morning it was no problem for them definitely will be using them in the future!
