Don’t waste your time coming here, I bought a car from them in April of this year and it’s been in the shop 5 times for different issues over 8 months
To respond: the car is in my husbands name it’s a 2019 Hyundai and when the car broke down the first time a month after buying it he called and was told that it was pretty much our fault because the car was in “perfect condition” when sold. We were then told to tow it from the shop we trust to fix our cars to some shop that tried to scam us on fixing it and charged us for things we told them not to do. It’s been in a shop 3 times after that and is currently in the shop AGAIN.
This is a high quality used car dealership. They don't try to screw you on the price and they will take care of you if there's any issues. They sell quality used cars at a very good price. Too often people buy used cars and think they're going to get a brand new car which nowadays have all kinds of problems right off the lot. What's the only dealership I trust in town to sell used cars and they always have a selection of really cool looking vehicles with nice trim packages and aftermarket features. Travis and his crew will get you in the right car.

Shady place likes to sell cars out from under you that you're about to purchase, then after they do that they'll ask for a down payment. Then when you call them down, some old crusty man will yell at you. DO NOT BUY a car from here unless you want to be scammed.

Excellent place to purchase a car from. The process was painless and it didn’t take forever. Mr. Ali was heaven sent, he definitely superseded my expectations. Purchasing a quality vehicle was my main concern and I felt at ease when driving off. 5 stars and beyond!!!!!
Don’t go over there. The owner so rude and also irresponsible I purchased a car with them 2 days ago. I did an inspection on it and got a lots problems and also an oil leak is a mini Cooper 2009. Do not buy it this car. And also I came back to letting them about it and if they can fix it. The owner told me we just gonna cancel the loan. This place don’t care about nothing. They just want ur money. Please go to a certified dealer. They will sell something u may think is good and is not. Stay away from this place.
Edited to add. My husband was in there not an employee. The tension that arose was due to you the owner not wanting to take responsibility for your mistake. Secondly you never disclosed to us that their was any recalls had you told us that these major recalls existed i never would have bought this vehicle.The dealership you sent us to can't even work on this van because they don't have a lift so we have to pay to have it towed all the way to Lillington because it's not drivable this is crazy. I gave 15000 for a vehicle i can not drive and it was never disclosed to us that there was an issue. As a business owner myself I expected so much more from these people. We needed a new work van they had one on the lot the guy claimed everything was great and said he had even been driving it. Let me tell you everything was not great we had this van barely 3 days and it has so many issues. They did tell me to bring it back up there but not until my husband went in there and had an argument with the owner who said it was sold as is and he doesn't have to do anything more. At this point i do not trust them to fix it. These people have zero integrety zero customer service and absolutely no morals. I paid 15000 in full for something I'm gonna have to dump a ton of money into to get fixed. It over heats the water keeps boiling over and out. Won't switch into gear. There is a recal on it that will be getting fixed in a few days hopefully that fixes some of it but let me tell you these folks up here are not honest they don't check the vehicles and they don't care at all about their customers so please be very careful if you get anything from these folks. I forgot to mention we did go back and buy their warranty it was trash paid like 1300 for it and it also doesn't cover the issue so as of today I've spent in total 15000 on the van 1300 on their warranty 800 on a new thermostat and it's still doing the same thing. Waiting on a tow truck as I type this to get it towed back here as they are now broke down on the side of the road. I have a full schedule and this has effected my own business very negatively. Today is day 10 of owning this vehicle this is absolutely not okay.
Hello everyone im the same guy that posted previously on how bad the service is at this place i just wanted to keep you updated as we only get one review and one edit (they know this so they try to tarnish your review in efforts to silence you) but I'm not being silenced I will make as many emails as possible until they right their wrongs. As of today I called Sell Your Car Today as I've been doing since i got the truck to get a driver side mirror because we worked it out in the purchase contract that they would be responsible for that. I've almost got into multiple accidents due to the huge crack in the mirror. After my last review where I told no lies , he said " so what was that review that you left , actually you know what get an attorney if you want your mirror" the owner of this establishment should have his license taken. I will do everything in my power to black list this place so no military personnel will come here I'm sure that's majority of their business. Follow along I promise to keep you updated ! Ps mark these words they are going to DENY even saying this ! Next time I will provide video proof on how they treat people UPDATE !!!!!!! As of 5/23/24 had the truck taken BACK to lafayette Ford because the check engine light came back on turns out the other side of the truck is faulty as well both Cats are bad and the sensors so it will be another $2500 to fix so that brings the total to 5k , so I advise if you aren't ready or can't afford to be out in the whole by this place STAY THE HECK AWAY !!!!!!!!!!! These guys are no good all they have is lemons because NC lemon law is hard to fight and the exploit that and take advantage of that fact but this is my last update because I'm done with this place like I said before if I can save one soul from these demons I'm happy with that & God bless you if you do business with these crooks.
I know reviews go unread and everyone think "it can't happen to me" or "it ain't that bad." IF YOU READ ANYTHING READ THIS ! I bought my 2011 Ford F-150 from these guys (Travis) in particular. I had the truck less than 24 HOURS !!!! It threw a check engine light I took it to auto zone it was a bad Cat converter & bad 02 Sensor and "check brake system" came on while I'm driving down the highway mind you , so I brought it up to them and they told me to bring it in ALL THEY DID WAS RESET THE LIGHT and as far as the check brake system light THEY SWORE IT WAS MY FAULT " I must've hit the brake while hitting the gas at the same time after trying to explain that I didn't HE INSISTED THAT I DID because apparently he was in the car with me while I was driving and knows how I was driving better than me so after getting no where with them I left and It popped on again annd took it back to them and They did the same thing finally after the third time taking it back they referred me to one of there mechanics DO NOT TRUST THEM, they are all in bed together. They didn't fix anything and just tried to patch the problem and send me off. Few days later YOU GUESSED IT popped back on and not just that there was a hard scrapping sound coming from the bed. So I took it to Ford dealership and they diagnosed so many problems the warranty didn't cover ANY OF IT of course right ?! I feel like they suggest the warranty to you with the knowledge of what's wrong to give you the false confidence of assurance but anyway it cost 4k in fixes even the dealership said it was a bad truck. IF I CAN SAVE ONE PERSON FROM BUYING HERE AND GETTING PLAYED I FEEL LIKE MY JOB IS DONE AND THAT WILL BALANCE OUT THAT I FELL FOR THEIR TRICKS , very dishonest people wouldn't recommend if anything goes wrong it's ALWAYS YOUR FAULT (not a coincidence") but please look else where. And thank you for taking the time to read this sorry if it's all over the place I just have a lot to say and didn't even cover half my experience with them . UPDATE !!!! They replied knowing I I only get 1 review they if you see their reply THEY ARE LYING WHILE CALLING ME A LIAR which I have no interest in doing. POINT PROVEN !!!!!!!
Straight piece of trash place. Owner is trash too, trying to correct me about a warranty that doesn’t cover anything electrical in my car!! They will sell you a lemon in a heartbeat. Then when confronted about the issues of the lemon they’ve sold you, now you’re the problem. Got a jeep renegade from this place 2 yrs ago. A month ago it wouldn’t come out of park & I was told to take it to a transmission shop by the owner & they said it was not the transmission, that is was the computer to the transmission so I took it to a second shop the owner sent me to and they said it was the computer too, so they fixed it $1000!!Now it’s a month after the computer fix and now it’s being said that my actual transmission won’t shift into gear. My payments are never late and I still have 3 more years to pay on this trash they’ve sold me knowing it would have problems in the future and no way to accommodate the buyer, who is me. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRASH OWNER. TRASH CARS. THEY WONT EVEN CONSIDER PUTTING YOU IN ANOTHER VEHICLE, EVEN THOUGH YOU’RE AN UPSTANDING CUSTOMER. Just Sad. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this place.If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t care about anyone life just that they’ve made a sell. Now I’m out of a car I still have to make payments on. I’m super upset right now and don’t know what to do. This should be against the law. Their warranties don’t cover anything. After much disappointment and time wasted going from dealership to dealership, I found this place and they saved the day. There are great things to say about this car dealership as my experience has been fantastic and the customer service is second to none.
If you’re having a hard time buying/financing a car due to poor credit or little down payment, they are for you.
Jackson, the gentleman who assisted me throughout the entire process was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I’m thankful of his hard work in making it possible to get approved for the vehicle I wanted. Honestly, when he promised that I would leave driving and not in an Uber, I rolled my eyes and didn’t hold my breath but he didn’t stop until I got my car! — This was truly a blessing for me.
My husband bought a car from here yesterday, and I just wanted to say that they where an awesome group of people. After shopping around for awhile for a car. This was the first place to actually make us feel like they wanted out business!! Will definitely go here again for our next vehicle!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a truck from them and the very next morning I started it up and it ran terrible. This happened every day when the truck was started cold, but they had it warmed up before I bought it to hide the issue. Mr. Ali told me they would make it right through their shop and fix the problem for me. That shop then ghosted me after talking to him. Then I go back in there and everyone acted like they had no idea what I was talking about at all. All in all I ended up spending $4,000 on a major repair immediately after buying the truck for 26,000.
Customer service was great and you could tell that everyone was like family in there. Also they were no issues test driving the car, Moose literally told me to take ad much time as I needed and he meant that. They worked their hardest all day to get me the lowest car payment possible, and was very professional every step of the way.
I took away one star because a piece of my windshield was cracked and in my contract it was stated that it was going to be fixed. The only thing was that I had to call back multiple times and break my neck in order for it to get it done which didn’t make me really happy.
Overall my vehicle has been running perfect every since I purchased it in February 2023. I definitely do recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle with minor to no major hassle.
This place deserve no stars. They all appear to be nice and welcoming however, it is a sham. Bought my car there and I regret the day I did. I have spent thousands in repairs in less than two months of buying the car. They made me sign a piece of paper stating I would receive one year warranty and when I called at the time I needed their assistance I was told that it was a mistake and I do not have any warranty on the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership not even to my enemy.
I do not recommend buying a car from them, I got my car just a year ago and I've spent over $8000 just in fixes. I purchased a 2012 dodge charger from them and purchased a warranty with their holder and they were both in on the scheme of getting people to buy cars to get the warranty just for it to run out after 130,000 miles. SMH! I should have known that those 30 days I had to return the car if I didn't want to keep it and gotten my money back, I had to keep taking the car back to their mechanic to have work done on it. Don't be like me. Do not buy a car from here, you will be sold a LEMON and will have to put more work on the car itself than paying it off. BE WARNED!!!
I paid cash for a 2015 Ford Expedition in November of 2021. Over $3500 of repairs that were pre-existing yet not disclosed and Travis tried to have the warranty company resolve. The warranty company is a joke and wouldn't cover anything at all. AND 7 months later, I still don't have the registration for my vehicle. I have communicated with Travis for months. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I've never sent a review online because I feel it's an easy way to complain without much cause. There is much cause her, I just need the problem resolved. Can you all please be a company of character and ethics and take care of these issues.
They tried to sneak in extended warranty and GAP insurance into the deal without telling me. When I questioned it, they said the bank required it, which is a lie. I made them remove both add-ons.
They overcharged me on my DMV fees. When I emailed them about it, they blew me off and refused to answer or send me a refund. Travis promised me a manual for the car, never got it. He also promised me a list of work that was done to the car because he bragged about how the car went through the garage and they did a lot to the car….never got that either.
They didn’t file my paperwork with the DMV until 34 days after I bought it, which means I had to park the car for 4 days with an expired plate. The worst part is they lied about the plate when I called and asked where it was. When I didn’t get the plate, they lied again saying they’ll send it out, that the salesman forgot to tell the title clerk to mail it. It took 3 more phone calls until they admitted the paperwork was never filed.
Very unhappy and disgusted that they would treat customers this way. Spend your money elsewhere, but if you do buy from them…watch them like a hawk and do your homework, especially with your loan rates and what your monthly payment would be. Had I not…I would’ve been paying an extra hundred dollars a month and had extra services I didn’t need or want. Buyer beware has a whole new meaning for me now thanks to Sell Your Car Today, LLC.
I can't say anything but great things about this place. I came in and I was met with a friendly atmosphere. Marvin, Travis and the owner went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it. I was so impressed I referred my friend and she purchased a vehicle the next day. Thanks guys and I'm very happy with my 2014 Dodge Challenger keep up the good work!
Even though we haven't yet finalized a deal, I would have to give this family owned business a 5 star review based on customer service. Travis and his father are going through great lengths trying to work out a deal for me even though all the cards are not stacked in my favor. I came here because they helped out 2 other people I know that had special circumstances. If your looking for a straight forward dealship rather then dealing with a salesperson that has to keep running to a sales manager tucked away somewhere out of site or think buying a car isn't within your reach, give these guys a shot they might surprise you !

Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Travis are both very honest and informative professionals and they walked me through my purchase patiently and efficiently. These people are pitiful. Just a few years ago all of their AT&T stores closed down due to illegal activity. Now they are allowed to run a dealership? Also still doing illegal activity. Went in there with an issue about the truck I purchased from them, kept saying they were going to look/help me get something straighten out with it. Gave me the run around for 2 months. All I wanted was a answer whether they were going to help or not. Guess it took me going up there the last time and being stern, in order to get an answer out of them. Tried my best to keep patience and trust, but enough is enough. Would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here until fully check out by a professional mechanic. Great people with great attitudes but I guess that’s a front as well.
