Called to get a quote from this company @ 5:45 am on a Sunday. They had a tow truck located near by. THIS MAN SAID $450 TO JUS PULL THE TRUCKS 2 FRONT WHEELS out of a ditch 5-15 ft out. This price was ridiculous...people can barely survive out here...now I see why theres so many vehicles left beside the road. Smh
Man these guys are awesome! I’m moving back to Texas form havelock nc noticed a leaf spring on my trailer had broke i brought to these guys and they fixed me right up super fast to get me back on the road. I can stress how thankful I am. You guys are awesome!
Bought brand new dolly in Paynesville mn, & hauled vehicle to arizona ,defective dolly bearings keep coming loose , manufacturer & dealer TEDS RV IN PAYNESVILLE MN WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT !! WILL BE TAKEING THEM TO COURT WHEN I CAN FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GET THE DEFECTIVE DOLLY BACK TO DEALER !!
Update on the master tow dolly, took teds rv to court over this issue & 2 people from teds rv showed up ,Jerry & Ryan & they both strait out lied, they said they inspected it as did the factory & that's not true !! Come to find out there are metal straps that have to be bent out over washer & castle nut to prevent bearings from coming loose, It's an old system that not many mechanics know about !! But I finally found out the problem & those tabs/metal straps were never used !! So no thanks to manufacturer & dealer it's repaired ,costing me alot more money & headachs not to mention time !! But that's business as usual at teds rv Paynesville mn , Get the sale & run & lie !!
I have owned a 2006 single Axle master tow trailer and it has been totally reliable. Many miles on it year after year. I just called to get a price on a new one. Was pleasantly surprised when given a quote !!! This company makes a quality product !
The customer service at Master Tow is second to none. I purchased a used Master Tow dolly and had to call them twice for help. Both times they took as much time as needed to fully answer all my questions and helped me get my unit in tip top shape. Thank you very much.
Junk and they won’t honor their Warranty, we been towing the same car for 15 years and they told us we didn’t have the car centered and the straps were loose!!! Balony!!
North Carolina Customer Service was Awesome. I contacted master tow by phone. The wait time was 1to 3mins to have a live conversation with a service member.He was knowledgeable about there discontinued 1996 car trailer and parts. Saved me alot of time and pointed me in the right direction for my needs. Looking forward to upgrades on my trailer with upto date mod on my 1996 trailer with master tow current products.Thanks Master tow.
I bought a 80THD tow dolly in the spring of '18. None of the nuts were stainless steel and have all rusted. The wheel axle hub and lug nuts are badly corroded. The hold down pin is likewise badly rusted. This dolly will probably fall apart from rust and corrosion in two years.
Very unprofessional and do questionable work. Would highly recommend buying elsewhere! After losing a day of work for them to fix trailer there is still rust all over it and overcharged is for ladder rack.
