I wish to extend my gratitude for ATRI's invaluable teachings over the weekend. Their presence and planning were indispensable, and I am profoundly thankful to their efforts to allow us (Henry's Wrecker Service) to get the most out of our experience there. While I understand that teamwork is crucial, I must commend Wes specifically for your exceptional professionalism and teaching methodology. His extensive experience in this business is evident in his ability to elucidate and simplify intricate concepts. His provision of comprehensive information enables individuals to discern optimal courses of action from their perspectives of understanding, without needing to spell it out for them.

I’ve been to a couple classes, and sent guys to additional classes on top of that. Classroom stuff is the same book for rotators as it is heavy duty, not any real additional stuff aside from one topic of ground pressure. I will say the classroom side is still great knowledge that I would suggest all companies invest in. The hands on portion of the class, well I’ve seen two different hosts-an ill prepared host, and the most prepared host I’ve ever seen. Both had the same outcome-too many chiefs-not enough indians(with no one actually in charge), and generally too much iron on whatever it is we are rolling over. Generally you want to send guys to training to learn to maximize what truck they have, the consensus I see is put more iron on it then you either have, or need. The hands on portion as well also seems to be somewhat of a sales pitch for their rigging. Not always a bad thing, and overall-I would still suggest going to a class especially on the heavy side. The only word of caution I have is it is essentially the same class for heavy duty recovery as it is for the rotator specific class. I expected a rotator class to not need to cover the absolute basics of HD towing. The premise they told us in the class was “This could be the only formal training some people in the class ever get” which is a valid point, but I feel as though if your spending money for a rotator class-well you probably have got the basics of towing a basic truck down by then. I will say however that Wes is a great instructor-his class overall is great for newer operators and he is part of our training curriculum for newer hires

Bought the 7 piece air fitting kit back in December. I called the very minute I finally received my kit to tell them only 6 pieces came with it. She said they didn't have the full kit and it was mailed to me because it got there late. Here we are in March and still nothing. Just go to zips at this point. At least they have customer service.
