Ms. Gina who took my call was fantastic in getting us set up for a tow. Christian the tow truck driver was really great too. He went above and beyond by trying to jump the car off again, then telling us it was the starter (he was right) and then got is towed quickly to the dealership for repairs. My truck needed to be towed to a local garage and Quality Towing made it extremely easy. Even when a scheduling conflict popped up they were flexible and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Quality Towing did a great job. It was only a 30-45 min wait time from the time I called till the driver showed up. At 0600 I would have expected the wait time to be longer. Myself and family / friends have been using quality for years and will continue to use them. Prices are always fair and service is always great. Thank you guys for all you do.
My daughter had an accident where she ran into a cow on the highway and totaled her car. Quality towing came and towed it to their storage yard. I went down the next day to pick up her belongings out of the car and Gina was extremely kind and helpful. My daughter is ok and although it was a bad experience, overall, quality towing, made it better. Thank you, Gina and staff.
Unfortunately, my boyfriend’s experience with Quality Towing & Recovery was not a positive one. While we appreciate the importance of timely and efficient roadside assistance, the cost charged for the service raised serious concerns. He was charged $525 to tow a standard coupe out of a ditch that, by any professional assessment, was not very steep or complex to access.
As someone who is familiar with North Carolina towing laws and guidelines, I know that pricing should be transparent and reflect the actual difficulty of the recovery. In this case, the cost felt excessive and not justified by the circumstances. We expected fair treatment and a reasonable rate, especially from a company with such strong reviews.
We hope this feedback encourages a more consistent and customer-friendly approach moving forward.
Larry driver#4 was outstanding, he arrived on time, very mannerable, excellent driver. He ensured that my vehicle was safe and secure before leaving the p/u site

I had to get my car towed from my residence to the dealership due to it not cranking up. Ms. Genia was incredibly helpful with the whole process. Chris was the driver who came to get my vehicle and took all necessary precautions to ensure my car had a smooth transport. These guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. I 100% recommend this place. Compared to the many companies that I called in the nearby area including Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC this was by far the best option. My vehicle is rear wheel drive and didn’t start. In total I paid $144 for the car to be moved to an auto shop 25mins out. I called numerous places and the average price was roughly 280-300 dollars, the highest being $380. Thank God that this place is affordable and quick. Within the hour the guy was here and now is on the way to drop it off where it needs to be!

These guys are professionals! Love them! Love their work. Love their quality. They stand for their name. Had a 3500 Silverado Chevy pulled to the farm. Followed them all the way to the house driver pulled it like it was his own vehicle. Love and care. I highly recommend these good people. Thank you Christian for the care of towing it for me

My car was unlawfully requested to be towed by enterprise from their location. When I got to Quality they were super helpful, understanding and got me on my way quickly.
They even gave me daughter a little candy goodie bag. This is a location that can turn a bad experience at one place into a blessing.

Gave me an $1800 quote that I was considering until the owner was rude. I’m pretty sure I woke him up because he sounded so and very much irritated. If I can’t get simple customer service over the phone, no way would I spend my hard earned $1800 on a tow!
