Unfortunately I had to have my car towed several times this last week but J&P Towing took great care of me and my car. Between mechanical and electrical issues it was a lot tondeal with but Vonte called me with any questions and concerns and always made sure I knew when everything was happening. He made a very stressful experience almost care free. I am very grateful for the customer service they've provided me.
I’ve had two great experiences with JP towing, the trucks are insanely clean, they were fast, and a Mr. Allen went above and beyond in helping me actually find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Any person I talked to on the phone was kind, honest, and professional. I feel they have the best prices in Fayetteville and definitely will recommend & use every-time!

They were great to work with and the price was very reasonable. From calling them to the arrival of the tow truck was quicker than I expected for sure. I highly recommend them and they have nice equipment and everything is clean and organized on their rigs.
The bomb.com. My alternator died. They were there in 30 minutes. Clean truck. Towed me. Driver had a great attitude. Young man with manners is hard to find. Give that man a raise. 1 for being a good dude and another for making J&P Towing look good.
When God said he sent angels, he sent angels like this business right here. My car had to get home, and I had to call my insurance company, who called JP towing. I was so thrilled when the car pulled up, but I was in an accident and couldn't go to the car myself, so the gentleman, as nice as he was, pulled my vehicle back up into my carport. He didn't have to do it, but going above and beyond is more than a reason this company is the best fit for any towing need. Thanks
J&P provided excellent service when my Jeep needed to be towed recently. My Roadside Assistance provider had dispatched another tow company for the service and I’d been waiting over four hours before I was able to get in touch with anyone only to find out that they basically ignored the call because they didn’t have access to military bases. I then contacted J&P and they promptly responded and the driver checked to verify my location and the status of the vehicle. J&P swiftly arrived and took care of the job!!

He pulled the car out of the way of traffic out of the kindness of his heart. So i decided to have the young man officially paid. He towed the vehicle back to the dealership. Excellent service. My truck broke down at my job site and I used my insurance to get roadside assistance. After I submitted my paperwork I got a call from Riley letting me know his ETA. He got where I was hooked up my truck and brought it home to me and put it in my driveway exactly where I wanted it! He was courteous and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. We were stranded on a not great area of I-95, and they came to give us a tow. The dispatcher was quick to respond, very competent and professional. They were able recommend a nearby place that would be able to service our car and the driver arrived prompt and was friendly and professional. The tow truck driver called me back promptly to offer me an ETA. He even offered me a jump on my dead battery. Unfortunately, my battery was too far gone. I appreciate how quickly the driver arrived and safely delivered my truck to where I needed it towed.

The first towing company took our vehicle to the wrong shop. We contacted J &P Towing and they arrived in less than an hour. The driver was very professional, technical and customer-orientated. He handled the entire exceptionally smooth, fast and efficient. From the dispatcher to the tow truck driver, this company was amazing. They got to me in under 15 minutes — the fastest tow I’ve ever had. The driver was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, and he listened to exactly how I needed my vehicle dropped off. He made the whole thing smooth and stress-free. The dispatcher was just as helpful and professional. Hopefully I won’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only company I’m calling.
I had my service truck towed this morning and this company was excellent! They were called by the dealership roadside assistance. The truck was in a tight spot and the ignition was broke, stuck in park, and the electric parking brake on. The driver came up with a plan to get it from an angle without damaging the truck or my yard. He was able to do in minutes what another tow service had pulled away from. He took pictures before he hooked up and after he dropped it off at the dealership, and texted me to let me know it made it successfully.
Well Let me start by saying that J & P Towing Found Me An Amazing Angel Wrapped In Flesh Named "Dakota"... This Young Man Was so Well Mannered, Patience, Caring, Understanding, Campassionate, Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Full of Wisdom, Not to Mention Very Quick on His Feet, and Takes His Job Very Personal! He came in a timely manner. -He Encouraged Me, He Calm Me Down Simply bc of the Situation at Hand. Prior to him coming, I had called another toll company but he didn't have time to wait for the car that was blocking my truck to move out of the way. The driver told me that he was going to circle around the neighborhood, but he trick me and left without telling me he was gone. Then he blocked me to whereas I couldn't call him back. Now that was so unprofessional. Dakota stayed there until he got the job completed. I'm forever grateful for his kindness and gratitude towards me. From a 1-20 rating I'll give him ...God bless you Abundantly in all that your hands do Dakota...I'm such a very satisfied customer...
After waiting for other tow companies to show up my insurance called JP towing. They were there within an hour and were able to get my truck home. Will the driver was amazing and helped me get it parked. I recommend this company and will ask for them by name next time. Thank you for all you do.
J & P Towing has showed up twice for me, in less than 6 months for the same "used" vehicle that I purchased Feb. 1, 2025....cough, cough a Jeep Grand Cherokee, using 2 different auto insurance agencies, (had to go back home, ya'll!) AND I got Fred, the same tow truck Driver that towed me both times!! He took good care of me by getting me up & out of the NC rain and heat!! I appreciate his care and "attention" to detail. He listened and tried assisting with any concerns that spewed out my mouth on both encounters! He remembered picking me up previously, (or my vehicle) too! Felt like kinfolks! lol
