Trash Trash Trash...My wife requested a tow due to her car cutting off and would not crank back up... she waited over 2 hrs for a tow on a dark road.. when she called 10:08 pm after the 2 hrs was told it wound be 30 more mins... after 40 more mins she called to see where the tow was at and they would not answer the call...she called one more time and still no answer..so we called from my phone, immediately the guy answered the call and even i asked where the tow was at, he said they canceled the tow through insurance but did not have curtsey to call or pick up the phone when my wife called let her know. Nasty and rude... if you ever stranded on a dark road and your insurance says they are sending J and P... tell them no... absolutely no! A big heck no!!!
Broke down FAR from home in the middle of no where !!!! All other companies wanted double to tow me home. There was a bit of a wait to get picked up but that was ok as we were allowed to ride with the driver ! Riley was very personable even stopped so we could have a bathroom break. He engaged us the whole ride which was pleasant . I would without question use them again . If you’re looking for affordable towing and pleasant workers USE THEM!!! Thank you guys for making a stressful experience a whole lot better peace of mind is priceless and the price was amazing

Having your vehicle towed for any reason at all is not a happy situation but Vonte in truck #6, was so professional and courteous, it makes a bad situation a little better. This is the first time dealing with J & P towing but will definitely be calling them for future needs.
Had to have my Mazda towed. My insurance called J&P Towing and Transportation for the job. They dispatched Riley who promptly called us with an ETA to my location and had the vehicle hooked up and moved out of the way faster than I could count to 50. Riley was fast and a true professional. I would absolutely call them again if the need arose again. Highly Recommended.
I needed a tow from home to the shop and another tow from the shop back home the next day. Driver was professional and arrived relatively quickly. No issues whatsoever with the service. Would gladly use this towing service again in the future if needed.
Well Let me start by saying that J & P Towing Found Me An Amazing Angel Wrapped In Flesh Named "Dakota"... This Young Man Was so Well Mannered, Patience, Caring, Understanding, Campassionate, Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Full of Wisdom, Not to Mention Very Quick on His Feet, and Takes His Job Very Personal! He came in a timely manner. -He Encouraged Me, He Calm Me Down Simply bc of the Situation at Hand. Prior to him coming, I had called another toll company but he didn't have time to wait for the car that was blocking my truck to move out of the way. The driver told me that he was going to circle around the neighborhood, but he trick me and left without telling me he was gone. Then he blocked me to whereas I couldn't call him back. Now that was so unprofessional. Dakota stayed there until he got the job completed. I'm forever grateful for his kindness and gratitude towards me. From a 1-20 rating I'll give him ...God bless you Abundantly in all that your hands do Dakota...I'm such a very satisfied customer...
Professional and timely! My insurance dispatched J&P to me and said it would take 60-90 minutes. The driver was at my vehicle within 45 minutes! Overall amazing service.
After waiting for other tow companies to show up my insurance called JP towing. They were there within an hour and were able to get my truck home. Will the driver was amazing and helped me get it parked. I recommend this company and will ask for them by name next time. Thank you for all you do.
Just got a call from dispatch to see how my tow was and checking up on me. The tow was exellent and they kept me inform on how long it would take to get me. The Driver (Fred) was the kindest tow truck driver ive ever met besides myself when i used to tow in Long Island. The trucks are clean in and out. The ordeal was simple and easy. I would recomend J&P towing to everyone and im a kind of person who does not give a perfect score, cause the only person who is close to perfect is God himself. Extremely satisfied with great and fast service. Pretty terrible day given the circumstances, but Riley was polite, efficient, and gave me a 15 minute mental break with great conversation on the way to the shop. His truck was also spotless inside. Thanks

I had two wheels on my vehicle blow out and through my roadside assistance the had JP Towing dispatched. Driver called to make sure they had a good location and the vehicle information. When the driver arrived within a matter of less than 5 minutes my vehicle was loaded on a flat bed and off it went to the delaership. I arrived at the dealership shortly after and my vehicle was there waiting on service. The driver was professional and personable
I called got great service with the lady that answered the phone and the great continued to the driver his name is Country truck #7. I had just finished playing golf and when I got in my truck it wouldn't start. I tried jumping it several times and thought to myself oh boy I need to get a tow and my first thought I hoped this wasn't going to turn into a rodeo of issues. The lady told me the driver would contact me within a hour. He called me 20 minutes later and said he was 20 minutes out. He showed up and the first thing I noticed was how clean his truck on the outside. He first tried his jumper box with no luck, he then said starter was bad and it was the issue. After hooking up I got in the truck and it was also very clean. On the way to my house we talked about several things. Country was a 29 year young man with a very professional attitude and his speaking was 2nd to none. I'll finish saying this saying, Country took something bad to something great and great thing was meeting him. Put J&P towing in your contract list and make sure you ask for Country or truck 7 you won't regret it and if you do let me know. Lol.

J&P Towing were good people to work with. I called them and they were able to get me towed to a repair shop in a very timely manner. I really appreciated the quick response from them. They were very responsive and professional. I would recommend them again.
They were incredible! They arrive at my home within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. The driver (Travis, I believe) called me when he was on the way. I had a dead battery that my portable jumpstart wouldn’t get it started. He got my car jumped off when he arrived and even followed me to the dealership to make sure I made it safely! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
Highly Recommended! Tow Truck driver even let me know that my car might potentially be under a recall! Fast Friendly even in my rural area as I am about 30 miles away from Fayetteville and have a hard time getting a tow within a reasonable amount of time! I hope I dont need to use them again but I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any towing needs and would recommend to friends and family.
Had my classic car break down today. I ended up with JP Towing and my driver was a gentleman named Country. What a pleasant experience!!!!!! The truck arrived very quickly and in a short time we were loaded and on our way. My car was treated like it was worth millions, it's not...lol

Wife noticed smoke trailing behind her truck while we were headed in to Fayetteville. Ended up being a trans cooler line had come off the transmission. Pulled in to a Circle K and coordinated a tow. Initial ETA from our insurance was over an hour. The driver called me a few minutes later and was there in about 10 minutes. Very nice young man and very professional. Highly recommend J&P and will use them again if the need arises.
J & P Towing has showed up twice for me, in less than 6 months for the same "used" vehicle that I purchased Feb. 1, 2025....cough, cough a Jeep Grand Cherokee, using 2 different auto insurance agencies, (had to go back home, ya'll!) AND I got Fred, the same tow truck Driver that towed me both times!! He took good care of me by getting me up & out of the NC rain and heat!! I appreciate his care and "attention" to detail. He listened and tried assisting with any concerns that spewed out my mouth on both encounters! He remembered picking me up previously, (or my vehicle) too! Felt like kinfolks! lol

I called J&P for extra support they gave me a honest rate, The operator they provided me was very skilled and professional. I was highly satisfied with their work and definitely recommend them.

Came through in a pinch. Vante showed up and pulled a heap of a wreck into my double gates so my neighbors didn't have to see it. He is so professional and nice. I appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!!!! The previous towing company left it halfway on my lawn and halfway on my driveway. I got a angry phone call from my neighbor asking WTF! J&P (Fred) was dispatched to pick up my Moms rental car that had issues. It was a looonnng drive for him and not super urgent but instead of being irritated at the late non urgent call he was friendly and courteous. If he was irritated at the call after what I'm sure was already a long day of work he hid it behind being friendly and getting things done. How can you ask for more? Would definitely recommend. Anyone who is nice to my elderly Mom and Dad gets an A+. I wasn't there but per my parents "he was the nicest man!". Thats high praise.
Travis was awesome. He was professional and courteous, but most of all he took care of my baby. He even let me know when he got to the shop and took a picture of her. I was out of state, my vehicle was left by a friend on I-95 and impounded within 5 hours. JP was dispatched by my insurance and was able to pick up and drop off my vehicle within the hour of being assigned to it! It helped me a ton knowing that someone on the other side was able to help me when I couldn't physically be there to do anything. Erica was a huge help in all of this. Outstanding service from J&P's crew. My trucks starter failed me at a doctors office on April 30th. I called J&P and was received by a very patient and polite lady who got my info and sent a driver. Patrick arrived and was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to him on the way to my house.

I recently needed my car with a blown engine towed from a Fayetteville auto dealership to my home 12 miles outside of town. The dealership recommended J&P, and I am more than happy to say that they were excellent! They were super nice and courteous over the phone, very easy to talk to and set up the service.
