The owner was very professional. I called on a Saturday & he came to tow my car for me within 35 mins. Very knowledgeable about the issue of why the car stopped as well. Great customer service!
Excellent. Carrol, who works the phone and directs everything, is awesome and understands life troubles. They had pulled a blown engine in my truck and replaced it very quickly and the cheapest price within 100mi. Very considerate company even made sure my tires had adequate pressure prior to me driving away. The tow truck driver was professional, courteous , and knowledgeable. I hope to never need major repair work again, but if needed I advise you use them for the Tow and the labor. One stop for all vehicle needs.
I had a suburban that we tried everything to get back working! We wasted a lot of money in trying to trouble shoot it ourselves and a lot of towing to no avail. I called Jamroc and they insured me that they can fix it. Reluctantly I agreed since we did not have anywhere else to turn to. IM GLAD I DID. These group of mechanics took their time in making sure everything was checked before letting me know what was wrong! I’m so happy they were able to get my truck back up and running and once diagnosed, it took almost no time to fix! Needless to say, I’m very happy with the service here!

Contacted this company after reading such good reviews to have an unknown vehicle towed from my property. Only to be left disappointed No one showed up, attempted to call back no one answered the phone was connected to voicemail. I had to call another company. I normally don’t leave reviews.

I was driving up from South Carolina and experienced a flat tire near Fayetteville. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with a defective spare tire, I couldn't find anyone to give me a tow to the nearby car dealer.

I was stranded in a dark, rural location, and it was hard for other towing companies to look up my location on GPS. I called Jamrock around 11:30 pm ( they close at midnight). They came to me with no questions asked!!! He was patient & explained the issues with me. I will HIGHLY recommend this company for any roadside assistance needs.

Not happy at all with ur driver that did not leave my car at the address provided. He left it in an UNSAFE LOCATION and my car was damaged because of this negligence... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I only gave that one star since that's the only to post this review... Yall don't even deserve that
