A.R.E. Towing was super helpful when my car broke down on US-74 on my way to the beach. I was a couple hours away from home, but they towed my vehicle to the nearest Chevy dealer to get it fixed. Fast, professional, affordable service.
The reason I wanted to write a review is because in order to submit my towing receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement, I needed an invoice that had a little more information than the original one I had received the day of my tow. So I reached back out (almost two weeks after the tow) and Dwayne sent me the updated invoice within a couple hours. I really appreciate how helpful and quick he was!
While out of town, my tire drove over a nail and needed to be replaced. I called A.R.E towing and they were fast and affordable. The gentleman that towed my car was very professional and he explained everything in detail. Their prices beat every other company I called, and he had my car picked up and dropped of within 45 min of my initial call. I would definitely recommend.
Very friendly and helpful. They actually made somewhat of a tough situation much better. Popped a dent out as a courtesy. Lady who works inside handles the business better than I could. I overheard someone trying to straight up scam her. She stayed calm and professional... I'd have probably gotten fired for going off on him. Cudos.
Service was slow and prolonged. There was damage sustained to my vehicle..Dents and grease. Overall just not a great experience for me, but he did show up and he did get the job done!
My nephew called him Otp! He got to us in less than 30mins!! It took him less than 5mins to open the car door!! He wasn’t even there a total of 10mins. He is the best!! Highly recommend.
I called A.R.E to request my car to be towed. The owner took my call and asked a few questions that I did not have the answer to so I had to call back. Dewayne was very patient with me while answering any questions and concerns that I had. I was then given a price that was $40 cheaper than a previous quote which made my pockets very happy!! My car was picked up by Elbert who was very nice and professional as well. I absolutely recommend A.R.E. for your towing needs.
My pick up and drop off location was less than a mile apart even where he was located to come pick up my car. I still had to pay $65 dollars. For that I would have charged $35-$45. Other than that it would have been 5 stars

Called when my husband had a flat and no jack tonight. The gentleman who answered and then came out to assist was SUPER fast and friendly!! Definitely worth the money.
